Truthfully, they have been very reliable and honest from the start. I have dealt with many sorts of phone seller and sadly all of them are a bunch of liars with false promises. But cell2get have always been honest with me about their merchandise from the get go, i always thought that getting a new phone will be hard till i met cell2get. Thank you guys so much and you would see me buy my next phone from you too again.

I will know how i felt fully when i get the product and if it works. I got burned on a previous purchase online so im not holding my breath

From all the sellers, companies, merchants out there that sell phones, cell2get is the only reliable source to buy phones in my book. Their communications in terms of invoice, shipping and making sure if I received my order seems very important to them and they don't waste any time! I will continue to support their business as I am a happy customer each time I buy from them.

This is hands down my go to for cellphone needs. They offer good customer service and returns, their prices are fair to what we can all see out there. Purchasing with cell2get is easy and requires no contract or hidden fees, you get in you buy what you want and continue onwards. So I will be buying again just because of how satisfied I am.

Excellent website and merchant! No different than your average ebay seller. First time I bought from them and actually through their Walmart storefront. Communication in terms of shipping and tracking was surprisingly quick! They shipped my order within 7 minutes after I placed the order and the product arrived within 4 days. I would definitely recommend them and buy more stuff that they have to offer both on Walmart and their own website. These guys definitely get my seal of approval in my book.

Their customer service is extremely good! Placed an order with them and had a slight issue with my service activating the phone to my network. I decided to see if anyone from cell2get will help me as I bought the phone through them. I'm now with a phone and the very helpful person Steve managed to get my phone up and running within seconds.

Honest, straight forward, and products come as advertised. Had my order delivered to me and their customer service was quick to respond to my concern. They wanted me to ship it back and they shipped me the correct one immediately. Took a bit of a hassle but it is ok all as long as I am now satisfied.

my credit card was initially declined, which is fine. but when I retry it after telling my bank that the charge was not fraudulent, you block the second attempt because it is a duplicate. This made it very hard to order from you. Please make sure I am only charged once for this transaction.

If you ever need a new phone, look no further! As I somehow bumped onto their website and ended up buying from them just because of their excellent customer service. Phone is new as advertised and I'm super happy I made business with them and not anyone else.

Can you put an option to use two cards? I tried to use two different Visa Gift cards but was unable.

Fine, but could use better edits on shopping cart if you make an error trying to correct an entry without ordering more than you want and then having to re-enter other parts.

Been honest and straightforward with me from the get go, the representative I believe is Melvin had a great skill of communication and manage to help me resolve a small issue from the phone I bought from them. They have good prices and great customer service. I definitely recommend them!

Followed link through Google shopping advertising 64 or 128 GB options, but only 64 GB option available. Still, great price and navigating options while checking out was smooth.

I bought on the website a blue Kyocera 4g flip phone and before i confirmed my order i wanted to make sure that its a brand new phone not a refurbished or used so i called the so called customer service and he told me its brand new an if its refurbished it says on the website and when i received my order i saw right away that its not brand new so i checked on the phone call settings an i saw that he erased all info by call timer but lifetime calls i guess he wasn't able to reset an i saw there that it had been used already for over 45 hours

Good except the description of the phone was unclear about is it new or not? I thought it was new so I bought it. It should be clear in the description if not new.

Your site should say whether the phone is new or refurbished and if so, the condition it's in. Search doesn't work very well. I was easily able to reach a person on the phone for advice, and when a problem developed, cell2get fixed it immediately at no extra cost. Will buy from here next time.

After selecting and paying for overnight delivery, my phone arrived about two weeks later. When i notified the company on a Thursday, i had not received the phone, i still has to wait till the next Wed till my phone arrived. In addition, the package ended up being delivered to my billing address, as opposed to my Delivery address. They did send me the phone i requested... if you are in a jam, don't expect speedy service.

I have placed many orders with cell2get throughout the years way before they became an internet thing they had a store I used to go to. Their customer service is top notch and they always sell new phones at a fair price.

So far so good can't complain. Made my 2nd purchase through them for a galaxy note 10 plus, it came in brand new just not in original packaging as expected for a phone this age, but regardless its still new with a full 1 year manufacturer warranty. Shipping just like my last order was as expected with the method I selected, and their prices are fair to whats out there on the market. I will be glad to make another purchase with them again in the future.
