Prices are often the best especially with many coupons (like minus 40 for an order of 400). But don't be fooled by the prices that are crossed, they are often too high! I never had to return something so i don't know if returns are easy with them

“Scam warranty”

The warranty I bought against breakage (€17 for a €100 product) turns out to be worthless because the vendor gets to 'decide' if the conditions of the breakage (well within the warranty period) meet their criteria for repair. They 'decided' my new wireless headphones broke due to 'mususe' (apparently putting them on and taking them off constitutes misuse) and they therefore won't honor the warranty. 3 months after purchase I have a useless pair of wireless headphones. Total scam. I will never buy from Cdiscount again.

Very very bad customer service, no professionalism what so ever! The payment method at their site is a bit of a scam since you are obliged to create an account at a certain bank in order to pay a couple of times. And the worst thing ever, is that they treated me as a liar/ scammer when I tried to recover my money that I had to pay after canceling my order. Worst experience at retail site ever, never again, and will absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

After all the calls, the mails, the useless interaction with their unprofessional customer service agents : Worst retail experience in France, never ever going to deal with them again.

If you do you will will find you only have 1 chance to contact them about any problems. They refer you to the agent who replies giving closed down businesses. You are left helpless. I was silly enough to buy a ride-on mower.

Do not ever do any business with this company. They are incompetent and above all they do not honor any refund policy. I tried to order a mini frig through speaking directly to one of their advisers. She supposedly took my order for which I paid, however, I never received confirmation of the order, which is always the norm. There is no order for this frig in their system. However, the money was in fact deducted from my account -basically I paid nearly 100 for nothing and they will not return it to me. True pirates!

CDiscount signed us up for a subscription that we didn't want and without our knowledge.
We then returned faulty goods but they only half refunded us
This company is trained not to give money back
DO NOT USE THEM
If there was zero stars I would use that

Worst experience I ever had with a marketplace, I sold 5 guess watches (total sales 336 euro) and at the end of the month they took commission 62 euro and 200 euro for GUARANTEE

So basically I paid more than 200 euro for watches + taxes + transport and after selling the watches on cdiscount they give me back 74 euro.

I asked them for how long are they going to keep this guarantee until I can withdraw it, and they sent me a cold answer that until the end of our contract, and this answer comes after explaining to them that the 74 euro earnings I received after commissions and guarantee is less than I spent on transport alone.

They explained to me that this GUARANTEE is something they'll take monthly, they took 60% from the sales only the guarantee + 16% commission so in total they took 76% from sales without the possibility of getting back the guarantee until the end of the contract.

I can understand if they keep this guarantee for a month or two but until the end of the contract is simply unacceptable, I'm not sure if this is even legal, sellers try to make a profit on a marketplace, how can someone make a profit when they charge a guarantee of 60%+16% commission?

I removed all products from cdiscount and I asked them to return the guarantee, I'll wait to see what's happening next.

You came here on cdiscount to make a profit and you go with a huge loss, these guys have zero respect for a seller, after all the time and work you put in, and money you spent they give you back from sales 24% which doesn't even cover what you paid for products, transport and taxes, forget about making a profit.

What a nightmare! Simply disgusting, I never expected to anything like this.

The seller canceled my purchase without informing me! And he was marked as a great seller and he did not deliver the product within 25 hours, as it was written on the website, but after more than 24 hours he decided to cancel my purchase, this website is a scam! There is no way to contact support because the buttons don't work, only through social media you can contact them and I don't have them!

Ordered some items, received only a part of them. Didnt get the customer service to send missing items. Used paypal to get money back on missing items. Dont buy here.

1. If you are trying to help a client and be faster in exchanging a product or sending another one, before solving the initial issue - DON'T! They will not help you and the clients will steal from you!
2. they have multiple cases of people trying to cheat like showing fake pictures and telling the product was damaged... some even tried to fake some serial numbers!
3. if you cancel by any reasons some order, your indicators go low and then they will still charge you while you are susspended!
4. some of their support is very agressive and with high ego -- while you are paying them with the comissions, there is 0 respect to sellers
5. A lot of pressure on messages, no matter what good support you offer!
4. account manager will not help you and will leave you to rot...

C'est un super site marchant. J'aime beaucoup commander chez eux. Facilité de navigation. Livraison rapide et peu honereuse surtout avec la carte de fidélité. Je recommande ce e-commerce! Jamais déçue.

You have not refunded also you have taken unlawfully more money 618**************BRJP for insurance and so far only refunded my return postage for the FACTURE n° *******. I sent you proof of postage and delivery, you refunded postage costs but not the printer. I want to close my account, you refused. I want to leave a review, you nrefuse to accept it? I want my money refunded for the original order. I have contacted the phone number you gave me. 1st time they said a refund was impossible. 2nd time I sent proof of posting back, they sent me an email saying they were looking into it? How long does this take? Now you have given another invoice number Order N ° *******3278BSAD, what for? I'm unable to contact by email as all are no reply. You simply play for time, you are crooks. I strongly advise others to avoid your company like the plague.

J'ai récemment acheté un téléphone portable I-Phone XR votre site CDiscount.com.

J'avais souscrit à cette occasion la garantie « CASSE + VOL » à 70€ que vous proposiez. Ce téléphone étant destiné à mon fils de 14 ans qui, comme tout les enfants de son âge n'est pas spécialement soigneux. Je pensais ainsi me prémunir d'une casse possible. Etant donné le libellé très clair « CASSE + VOL » utilisé sur votre site Cdiscount, Il est clair pour moi que cette assurance me dédommagera si ce téléphone est cassé ou volé. Je pense que toute personne qui lit ce libellé « CASSE + VOL » ne peut l'interpréter que de cette manière.

Or, quelques semaines après l'achat, mon fils prend son téléphone en main et il le fait accidentellement tomber par terre, ce qui provoque un dysfonctionnement majeur de l'écran. Celui-ci affichant une suite de lignes verticales, empêchant même l'arrêt de l'appareil. Et ceci malgré la coque de protection dont l'appareil était pourvu. L'appareil devient alors inutilisable en l'état.

Le jour même, je déclare ce sinistre sur le site de votre assureur Cdiscount.sbp.eu en précisant qu'il s'agit d'un accident et que l'appareil est cassé après être tombé sur le sol.

Le lendemain, Je reçois un courrier électronique m'indiquant que SBP.EU refuse de prendre en charge ce sinistre sous prétexte qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un accident mais d'une maladresse. Ils prétendent que la notion d'accident est établie uniquement si l'appareil est cassé par un tiers.

Je fais immédiatement une réclamation en argumentant que:
- Le libellé « CASSE + VOL » est très clair et que donc j'ai bien souscrit à une assurance qui prends en compte la CASSE de l'appareil. Pour moi, le fait d'avoir fait tomber l'appareil est une CASSE manifeste.
- Dans 90% des cas, ce n'est pas un tiers qui casse notre téléphone portable mais c'est bien nous-même. Ne pas assurer ce type d'accident, c'est donc mentir à l'assuré car c'est bien de ce type de casse que l'assuré cherche à se couvrir. Ne pas assurer ce genre d'accident, c'est finalement ne pas assurer grand-chose car ils représentent la grande majorité des accidents. Pensez-vous que les gens prendraient ce genre d'assurance à 70 € s'ils savaient que les cas les plus courants d'accidents ne sont même pas couverts?. Bien sûr que non.

Malgré ma réclamation, l'assureur SBP.EU n'a rien voulu savoir et ne m'a pas donné gain de cause, argumentant toujours la même chose. La casse de mon appareil n'est pas due à une tierce personne. Ce n'est donc pas un Accident. Et il n'est donc pas couvert.

Je tiens à vous exprimer mon mécontentement suite à cette réponse de votre assureur SBP.EU qui est pour moi une rupture de contrat caractérisée.
En effet, lors de l'achat de ce téléphone, j'ai payé la somme de 70€ afin de bénéficier d'un service « Garantie Casse » qui m'est refusé aujourd'hui.

Pour moi il s'agit d'une tromperie ou d'une publicité mensongère. Vous ventez un service qui finalement n'est pas rendu. Lorsque je paye 70€ pour assurer un appareil et que finalement je suis obligé de réparer moi-même, alors c'est de la tromperie.

Pour en finir, je dirais que ce libellé « Garantie Casse + Vol » est bel et bien une tromperie dont je suis victime, mais soyez certain que je saurais le faire savoir. Les sites de consommateurs sont faits pour ça.

Don't buy from Cdiscount. There customer serice is incredible arrogant so you won't get a refund, they will keep your money. Its not just worth it to deal with them.

Hotline available without solution
I bought a TV which was delivered rapidly and correct on a sunday at my request. The tv had a red line on the screen so I asked the seller to change it. A view days later I still had no news from the seller so I contacted the service line. They agreed with me that the seller Auditel did not respect his obligation and told me that I would be contacted within 24 hours for a refund. One and a half day later I call again, they tell me everything is all right and the refund is on its way. So one and a half day later no news, so I call again today the 20/12/19. After having to explain everything from the start they tell me that they still don't know what to do and they will contact me monday. I tell them I just want to return the product and get my money back, how hard can it be? I have already lost 3 hours writing messages and talking to the service on the phone and I still have a tv with a defect in my house and no solution in sight.

J'ai commandé une valise devant être livrée a ne la voyant pas venir, je regarde et vois qu'elle a été livrée en point relai, non pas a 700 m de chez moi, ou est le relai le plus proche mais a 10km! Ils allèguent que je n'étais pas là (et donc qu' ils l'ont laissé en point relai... a 10 km... un peu loin non...). C'est tout simplement se moquer, ils n'ont même pas été jusqu'a mon quartier

I purchased on Cdiscount what I thought were white bedsheets. I received two black bedsheets. I contacted the site, and they responded that they could change the sheets, but all return costs would be on my account. I checked again on the site, and realised that there is no description of the color you order, except for the pictures which show different color. As I am positive I clicked the right color, it seems there is either a problem with the Cdiscount site, or the seller chooses which color they want to get rid of (black being an obvious choice, as they really look horrible).
The main issue is the poor service from Cdiscount - easy to blame the customer - other companies, in the same situation, do not bother arguing, and swap the products.
This also showed me that once you opened an account with Cdiscount, you cannot close it on line.

This is the worst experience I've had in online buying. Those people are really irresponsible. I ordered 'KONKA Mini Four électrique 12L rouge' on 7th October 2019. I paid and they sent me the confirmation email, both Discount and the seller 'GorgeousGirls'. After two days, the seller sent me another email telling me to cancel the order myself because it ran out of stock, while I already paid them and at that time, the oven was still on stock! And if there was some problem, it's about Cdiscount and the seller, not me, so I was very confusing because they told me to cancel it myself! One day after, they sent me another email again telling me that my parcel was being shipped together with an email saying that my order was canceled (while I didn't cancel it), and there was also a number to track my parcel. After 4 days, the parcel was delivered but not at my address but in the middle of nowhere! I tried to contact the delivery service but they didn't give me any clear address as well as explanation. And on 14th October, the delivery service said that my parcel had been delivered to the receiver, I have no idea. If it ran out of stock, the seller should work with Cdiscount to stop selling it! Not taking my money and then easily saying it ran out of stock! Not giving me a fake track number of some parcel taking my time. Those previous days are really wasted with those b|_|ll$#*!s stuffs, both the seller and Cdiscount. I used to buy several times on Cdiscount, but from this time, I would never buy anything on Cdiscount again. I will also tell my friends to stay away from those irresponsible people.
My advice is: never buy stuffs on Cdiscount!

The 1st time, I bought 2 TVs, got one and had to pay a lawyer to get them to refund the missing one.
Second time I bought a present for my 3 yrs old grandkid. I had to sign 5 times the same form swearing I was ready to spend the rest of my life in jail if they could prove I had been refunded the 30 AND got the present... My advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY!
