Avoid like the plague. Our website has gone off the air and we now have to find a new host. Unreachable and we are out close to a £1000.
Paid them for one years hosting up front, paid them for two years domain name hosting up front, emails been offline for weeks, cannot contact our website to make alterations; username and password don't work, they tried to bill us for the hosting again and domain name again when not due, no replies to emails, no replies to telephone call, there website is still online; try contacting them what a performance that is; impossibly. What makes me angry is that no email; letter or conversation has explained why they have removed our business website of the net. As far as I am concerned I have lost potential orders, bad publicity website seen online as: Website Suspended....contact emails; two owners; directors returned; not longer valid.....yet when telephoning they have an answerphone line; no response. Am I angry; you bet; money taken; bad publicity and no repsons apart from trying to bill us for items not due.
This company is now sending out numerous emails for payments due for hosting and domain name renewals that are not due. Email is signed "Regards" with no name or contact, so someone must be sending these demand for payment emails out. For some unknown reason, the sender will not reveal themselves; so this now sounds like an internet scam. I wonder how many other customers have been scammed. Imagine having a secretary who instantly pays on their emails and then; that's your money down the drain. The original owners; two of them, seemed bona fide; however, one would expect any decent business person to have contacted their existing customers to explain any situation they were in. In view of their continuing proliferation of emails requesting money; Be Warned.....this company cannot be contacted; they are spamming and should not; in my opinion be trusted; you have been warned....
The customer website has now been reinstalled on the internet; no comments from Catalise as to why this is so or why it was removed; no contact names, no idea of who or what is playing around with the website. The customer website still cannot be updated; Catalise servers are obviously at fault; someone has messed around with the settings so now the website is seen online but cannot be altered; what the hell is going on is anyone's guess......
