one of the more versatile shopping cart programs - I always tell my clients to go with a shopping cart that offers multiple solutions for payments and processing. This cart offers everything from google carts, paypal and quickbooks. They also have multiple shipping options including Fed Ex. I believe these options are MORE important than going with cheap software as over time these types of options will give your business more options and pay off in the long run.

We have been customers of this program for over 8 years.
We will be switching over all of our websites over to a new platform because cartmanager provides no customer service. We have had several repeated software issues which we have sent in service requests, we simply get back canned messages (the techs don't read our actual problem). Emails go back for four or five days, sometimes over two weeks before they actually read what the problem is and fix it. Our current problem is cartmanager does not interface correctly with the new google wallet system. Google orders do not porcess correctly and you can no longer capture funds for google orders within cart manager. At times the orders go through cart manager but somehow don't process through google checkout/wallet. We have now exchanged 10 emails over a week period with cart manager and they still have not addressed the problem. We have requested three times to have a supervisor call us to discuss the problem...we have not received a single phone call. Over the next two months we will be switching all of our websites to a new cart platform due to this extreme lack of customer service. If they do this to a long time client....imagine the lack of service you would receive as a new client.

Tracy O. I agree wholeheartedly with Christine G and her assesment of their 'services'. Not only do they not answer (besides canned messages), but its also apparent that when you do actually reach them that the tech people they have answering the customer questions arent knowledgeable enough to actually help out with their own product. This has been my experience with them.
