Took my money, no paint, no communication possible.
Will have to pursue this via my credit card co.

Chris A. I contacted my bank and got my Visa card debit refunded. They said that as it was less than £20 they weren't interested in pursuing the matter, which I wanted them to do to "blacklist" carpaintrepair. So I contacted trading standards office who said that they would perhaps take the matter further. I think I have done all I can but responses have been pretty lukewarm. I think I'll set up a business not sending people anything they buy off me, it seems a pretty safe way to earn easy money.

Nigel S. Latest - I received 2 kits yesterday after 12 days by which time I had already ordered 2 more kits from somewhere else that arrived the same day so now have twice the amount -oh well. The paint match looks ok but I would not risk using them again as all emails to them bounced. Pity they do not ship on time.

Neville A. The paint has now arrived, the day after I had contacted Trading Standards on 08451 28 13 84.
The fact that I had Emailed Carpaintrepair with this information possibly had an influence. Perhaps Carpaint do read the the comments posted here.

Contrary to all the other reviews, I recieved my 2 touch up kits both of which were metalic, one which was for a none UK car. Both colours made a good match. You do need to send them the paint code rather than a reg No.It did take 6 days to recieve my order.

They have given me my money back thank to my credit card persuing the matter for me. I am even more furious now as it is clearly a scam to steal peoples money.

PLEASE every one pursue your cases. Noone should reward these criminals.

Good service, fast delivery. No problems here.

Take your order and money with remarkable speed but they never send your touch up paint. You can't contact by phone or e-mail. Fraudsters.

wish id have seen this site before! ordered 1 set of paint in June arrived no problems. Ordered a second set 18 aug and guess what no paint as of 6 september. Emails are returned undelivered and calls not answered. Keep away from this site its unbeliveable that nothing has been done about them and they still continue to trade! Trading standards will be receiving a complant about them from me. Hope the cowboys get shut down and as other reviewers have said spend a little extra and get the paint from the dealers at least you won't lose 25 pounds to a dirty robbing *******!

Ordered a touch up paint kit on 22 July 2011. As of today 5th August have still not had receipt.
I have emailed, called and left voice messages without any response. I have also written to RBSWorldPay to complain and ask that they investigate these ROGUE TRADERS. Have now got my bank on the case and written to trading standards and OFT.

If anybody is thinking of taking legal action against CarPaintRepair I suggest it be directly against Evelyn Harris rather than CarPaintRepair. That way any CCJ's will be registered against her personally.

Won't be surprised to see her featured on Watchdog and Rogue Traders before long.

blah blah, same as everyone else they take your money and delivery nothing.

ordered paint on 31/03/11 and I still have not received goods. I have telephoned and emailed to no avail. I am contacting WHICH magazine lawers to see what my rights are. Judging by the comments here, this company appears to be a scam.

I ORDERED PAINT ON 29TH MARCH . I HAVE PHONED AND EMAILED THEM WITH NO RESPONSE . DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

ordered paint 23rd January, money taken almost immediately by RBS World pay, but still no paint has arrived. Have sent an Email days ago to carpaintrepair and no response whatever.

Jas T. Similar story here. Waited nearly 2 months now, no response to emails or phone calls. See what I cant understand is, why would you run a sham company and leave your details on facebook?

Ordered a touch up repair kit 0n 8 October 2010 with an advertised 24 hour delivery. Nothing arrived and despite numerous e-mails they were never answered. On 22 October sent another e-mail this time he answered say he had a computer glitch and the goods were being prepared for delivery within 3/4 days. I had to accept that as it was better than losing the money as I envisaged. Today 2 November I received an e-mail off World pay stating they had immediately refunded my money in full. Don't bother with this company spend a few more bob and go to car dealership hassle free.

My experience is pretty much the same I had to return product for a refund, I have sent messages, telephoned all with no response. I have had no refund as yet and quite frankly given other peoples experiences do not expect to get it. Would not recommend this business. PS in Norfolk

Ordered 2 lots of paint 3 weeks ago. Wish I had checked this site first. Now I think I have lost my £25.00

Terrible communication, absolutely horrendous service and can't tell you about the product as it hasn't arrived after 10 days and judging by the way this company seems to operate probably never will. If you have a choice between cutting off your right leg and ordering from this shower may I suggest a good, sharp butchers knife

I ordered on Tuesday 27th April 2010 using both my car registration and colour code.

I emailed them on Wednesday looking for a delivery date but my emails were returned as undelivered. Starting to get worried.

Thursday, I called the number on the site which had lines open from 9.30am to 4.30pm - no answer. Getting very worried now.

Friday, googled carpaintrepair.co.uk and go into panic mode reading all the bad reviews.

Friday 30th April afternoon, delivery arrives! Not special or recorded but delivered none the less. Colour matches perfectly.

Spot on job. Very happy customer.

Do not believe this site. I ordered and paid for touch up paint and 30 days later have yet to receive the goods despite numerous telephone calls which are never answered. Emails, too, are generally ignored by this site.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered paint, money taken and promised on 2 occasions paint would be sent by special delivery. Never arrived but did get my money back. On checking site I see it has been taken down???

orderd paint online never recieved anything i have rung, emailed and even wrote to the company with no reply, so they have my money and i have nothing unfortunetly i paid on a debit card so theres nothing the bank can do.
