I ordered two products from these people on 31 July. They failed to deliver. They responded to my first e-mail enquiring where my order was, but did not respond to two further e-mails, and when I tried to ring them I discovered that the number they gave on their site did not work. I wrote to them by recorded delivery asking them to contact me by 1 September and either send the order or give me a refund and an explanation. I have had neither, so I have had to open a dispute via PayPal. They have a blog; there seem to be no comments on it from anyone who has actually received anything from them. I am now convinced this site is fraudulent. Please don't use it in any circumstances.

Sent me a product which doesn't match the description at all, arrived unsealed and without an expiry date. Never replied to my e-mail when I requested a refund, could never find anyone on the phone, always with an answer system.
Stole my money and never gave me the correct product or a refund, had to have my credit card company chase them. Stay away!

Never answer emails. Phone box always full and you cannot leave a message. Have charged me for something I did not order.
Do not use this site anymore.
