Disgraceful company. Started a Tier 2 with these and just got lied to constantly. Paid my bill which was in the thousands to suddenly have the goal posts moved and visa rejected. They knew all along it wouldn't work. Never ever replied to emails and when you ring to get answers they get snappy at you for calling! Ana Maria was a disgrace and the first person i had contact with John, suddenly disappeared. I would never trust this company. I started this process in 2012 and i have just finished the process with a much better company THANKS FOR NOTHING CAPITAL VISA!

The worst company ever. My Tier 1 visa got rejceted because of their bad service. I had a caseworker called John he was terrible. Most of the times he put me on hold because he was reading stuff on internet to answer my questions.

I got my visa now through another solicitor who appealed for the decision.
I just waited 995 pounds for nothing

The worst decision we ever made was to use Capital Visas. Our first caseworker never returned calls and then left suddenly and all the documents we had scanned and emailed to him were lost. We were given incorrect and conflicting advice by the case workers. It took them 6 attempts to get the online application form right - they kept sending us old versions that we had previously amended. My husband turned up at his first interview with a TB certificate that was not correct. The regulations had changed several months before and all the caseworker could say was "that's amazing". Capital Visas had also supplied my husband with the wrong form, an application to get married instead of one for people that are already married. At least 3 different people at Capital Visas had looked at the TB certificate beforehand and I had been assured that everythign had been properly reviewed. My husband's visa was not surprisingly refused due to a minor issue that could have been put right if Capital Visas had only done their job in the first place had they properly reviewed all the information we had given them several times. Capital Visas apologise but never accept any responsibility even for their staff giving incorrect information and they will not give us a refund. They will never give you the name of any of their directors if you have a complaint.

I am delighted with the prompt services provided by Capital Visas’ team of immigration experts. They provide all the legal advice and do all the work for me. I have been able to get my Visa stamped without any hassles or difficulties.
