I heard back from Ginger on my order. She cleared everything up and got me a partial refund. She was very kind and was just as concerned as I was. They clearly care about their customers.
I placed an order in November, two weeks later I asked them the status of the order and got no response. A week later I sent another email, no response. Still no product and they have my $50. I did file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and they understandably won't investigate but they'll keep a record of the complaint for future reference. Avoid Candy Direct!

My Order was canceled by Candy direct. My $52 never refunded. Emails go unanswered. Beware of this company.

Ordered two items which were in stock on their website. They shipped one item and the day before shipment arrival informed me that one item was out of stock. I told them to cancel the entire order and they should have informed me before shipping the one item that the second item was out of stock. I was told by email they would have Fed Ex return back to them the shipped item. That never happened and now they will not honor what they said. The also do not reply back to follow up emails on this order. BUY YOUR CANDY ELSEWHERE.

I placed an order with CandyDirect last week. Some of my items were out of stock but Ginger helped me out and got me a refund on those items. Great customer service
I have yet to get a reply to either of my two emails. My order was cancelled on YOUR end and I still have not recieved my refund or any communication in general. I wish I never wasted my time with this site. Never again.

I ordered a box of 5th Avenue candy bars and when I checked my order status, It said my order was cancelled. No one will return my email and I had to file a case with Paypal because the refuse to return my money or communicate with me. Thier products are way over priced anyway.
Do not do business with this place! They will send you orders you don't make. By the time you find out it's too late to get your money back. Only a sleazy company does business this way
You cancelled my order without explanation or telling me - and you still have my money! Never again. Have left messages a no one returns my calls.
Awful, stay away from candydirect.com. I ordered a lot of candy for a party, which the company then lost. They had the candy but refused to expess ship so it would be on time, and were pretty hostile and certainly indifferent to my need for on time delivery. There are lots of bad reviews of the company, and lots of better places to order from!
