“Out of business?”

I've been with this company for 15 years, now my biz phone lines down for weeks and they don't answer the phone nor return inquiry. Chat has been taken down Never had issues before but for my company, this is a serious problem, no phone line no customers. Looking at competitors as we speak, any suggestions would be helpful

They have the worst customer service you can imagine. Worse than Comcast. Absolutely no support. Nobody answered the phone ever

I signed up with CallFire in 2010. I paid $125 (the last $25 in 2019) and assumed it would be there when I needed it. Apparently their Terms of Service state that all money is forfeited after 18 months. They basically stole money from my charity that was using them to make robo calls to membership. I failed to notice until it was too late. I asked them to restore my credits but they refused, without explaining the reason for their unjust policy. I admit the platform is useful, but not if they are going to make up rules which permit them to steal money from their clients. There are many other alternatives out there which are cheaper and do not confiscate your balance. Lucky for them that they are not a bank or they would all be in jail for this dishonest, dispicable behavior.

Tip for consumers:
Never, ever buy more credits than you need immediately, as they will "expire" after 18 months. You will have zero recourse. Instead, find one of the many cheaper sites which do not misappropriate the funds you entrust to their care. What a crock. How do they sleep at night when they blatantly rip people off per their "policy". There is no excuse or reason for theft.

Callfire has no backup for your data.

Recently I went on to run a contact list only to find all my lists were empty. Of course they tried to blame this on me but I did nothing to clear the lists.

They agreed to re-populate my lists but never did so.

I've sent several emails to the support department but they don't even have the courtesy to respond to a paying customer.

Bye Bye Callfire!

This was my first experience with Callfire.com and while the platform worked fine for the very limited usage I had, the TOService do not allow you to withdraw funds placed in the pre-paid account. Granted it has been a long time since I deposited the funds and it is a low amount of money, but good business practice should include terms that allow the user to withdraw the funds if they later decide that they do not need the service.

I'm sure I am not the only business owner that has pivoted the direction of their marketing. So, BEWARE and read the fine print. I actually may be implementing the use of a platform like this in the future, but I certainly will not be giving them any of our money.

There are several of these cloud based phone services popping up that all offer a similar range in products. Pick any other service but these guys. Not that there products are poor but their customer service is awful. I setup a cloud based calling service for a small sales staff of 10 loaded on credit only to find that after not using their service the entire amount was wiped out. After requesting it to be reinstated they refused after not calling me back and being rude through out our conversation. I advised there were compliance issues which was the cause for the stop in use and they had since been resolved. Their reply was tough luck, that's our policy and we you should take your business elsewhere if you don't like it. Products were great, service is awful.
