When we recently bought our condo it was evident the kitchen cabinets were last updated over 20 years ago. We had a door hinge that broke and after tracking down the manufacturer they were able to direct us to your company for replacement parts. We received the replacement in around 10 days and were able to re-hang the door without issue. What began as a worry that we'd have to spend a lot of money possibly replacing the cabinet, ended up being a very inexpensive fix. Thanks for being a great resource!

Ordered the 15" VLS 2.0 Undermount Slide, Full ext., 90 lb, Soft Close and wasn't disappointed. Nice quality and price. I would definitely order this product again over Blum. Had most of the items I needed and easy to order. I'd like to see your volume discount apply for all items over a certain amount rather than the "volume packs". If I buy 45 hinges I get the discount for 40, but pay full price for the additional 5.

Shipping charges were a surprise. I would like to see those before I enter all my personal information...

The reason I contacted customer service was because I did not receive free shipping on my qualifying order. I ended up getting $5 off. That is the only coupon code it would accept at the time. However, it should have accepted the free shipping. I tried only putting that code in but it never would show up. When I contacted customer service I was told it would take just too long to process me a refund on shipping. The agent did offer to credit a future order the amount of the shipping, however, I don't need anything else to order.

Disappointed in that. I love the hardware though and very pleased with my order.

We were 5 pulls shorted in the delivery. My wife sent an email to someone but have not heard back.ordered 66 got 61.

I needed replacement hinges for a two door corner cabinet. I provided some info online and Cheryl got back to me with a recommended set of hinges. I placed the order and received the hinges, plates and screws in a few days. She had indicated that I might have to drill new holes which I did. No problem. The hinges were exactly what I needed and they work perfectly. Thank you Cheryl and thank you Cabinets.org.

Love the selection and service at CabinetParts. In this order I purchased two Blum blind corner hinges for one of my kitchen cabinets. They arrived quickly and work great.

A minor change to the order took an 35 min on the phone with customer service and they had to cancel the order instead of making the change and I had to reorder - after calling 3 min after I placed the order.

The "Place Order" button failed to respond the first few times I pressed it, even though I allows 10- 15 seconds each time. I almost bailed.

I went to stinking Home Depot like 4 times trying to find the correct hinge and the worker there who helped me was just as incompetent about cabinet hinges as I was. Turns out they didn't carry the ones I needed at all. I went cabinetparts.com and was able to get the correct hinge on the first attempt. They also taught me how to measure the overlay of the cabinets. I definitely would recommend going with cabinetparts.com!

I was so happy to find the cabinet part on your site. I had searched all over for the cabinet hinges in stores and on line to no avail. The hinges arrived in a timely manner and they were a perfect fit. Thanks for carrying hard to find older parts!!!

Two of my new cupboards needed the ability to open wider than 90 degrees. I purchased 165 degree hinges and plates suggested by cabinetparts customer service and installed them. When done, the cabinet doors had a gap between them of 5/16" which was greated than the 1/8" I had before installing. Subsequent purchase of different plates recommended by customer service did not fix the problem. I am currently waiting for response to my recent complaint that I seem to have wasted my money because the problem has not been solved.

Replacing my lazy suzanne turning part was as simple as one, two, three. Thank you for having this available to all of us "DIY's". My cabinet works like brand new, however, I am going to be very careful not to load that shelf with too many heavy cans. It cannot take the weight. Moderation with these is the key.

I rate the ordering, delivery and quality of my hinges 5 stars!

I did however have issues with several screws. (2 of the 22 flat head screws had heads with driver slots too shallow which rendered them useless and 1 of the 33 round head screws was cut flush without a point)

Item is a replacement part for my existing hinges, had to drill new holes which I was aware of prior to purchase. They fit perfectly!

Great experience and very happy with products. Just turned out that we did not need some of the parts ordered so that is the reason we're requesting and RMA to return some of the items for a refund.

The quality is very good. I like the self closing feature that prevents slamming the cabinet shut.
It was packaged very well with boxes and a lot of bubble wrap. Working perfectly. Easy install.

I love the hinges, they fit perfectly....i have one question....i ordered 50 pair of hinges, when i meant to order just 50 hinges. I have like 43 extra....is there a way to ship them back to you, in that i don't need them?

I did not get an original replacement so the holes are not in the same place. Now I need to get some one to drill new holes. A pain.

Easy to order from. Received my order within a week. Everything was correct and in good condition. The only drawbacks were there was nothing that said screws were or weren't included. And after the initial credit card payment there was an additional $1.97 charge, with no explanation on what it was for.
