Ordered product in November, my card was charged ($90.00) in mid November. None of the items every arrived I have spent almost 4 months trying to get my money refunded. Multiple emails and conversations with customer support. The only thing that I have received is a coupon of $7.00 of a future purchase! Seriously? I wouldn't buy anything from these people.

I ordered 2 bottles of perfume on 11/4/2014 and it is now 3/20/2015 never recieved them. Reported them to BBB. Horrible Company!

I too ordered product from this site. I received my confirmation notice, but no product. I tried calling the number on their site, but the message was that the mailbox was full. At that point I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I would not buy from them nor would recommend them. I also emailed them and never received a response. I do not think they are on the up and up.

DO NOT order from this company! We have yet to receive the product ordered but they of course got our money. They will not return e-mails, or phone calls. I've contacted our credit card company.

My experience with this outfit is the same as described many times in the reviews. This scam organization is untrustworthy. They take your money and never deliver.

I ordered some men's cologne about a month ago I have yet to receive anything they never pick up the phone I will never use them again.

This scam site is finally not luring new victims in. I ordered one thing one time. Luckily I used a prepaid credit card that I had only loaded with enough to cover the transaction. I will not use such a site unless I am certain it is legitimate.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be ripped off! Order placed in October 2014 and I never received my item. No one ever answers the customer service line or answers my email inquiries. STAY AWAY!

Do not order from this company. They will take your money and never send your order. You will not get through on the phones and they will not respond to your emails. I placed an order and keep checking the status and it always said "awaiting fulfillment". It's been almost two months. I ordered from another company and received my order in one week.

I agree a scam. I too was taken and never receive any response. I contacted the BBB in the area and they too cannot get a response. All I get is a voice message when i call and no responses to email, except to ask me to place the order again. Think not! So sad they are online

BUDGET SCENTS.COM is a SCAM SITE... they charge your credit card but do not have any products to send you. Budget scents.com does not have a physical location, they just have a P. O Box. There is a phone number that never connects you to a live person.

I had to call my credit card and report the scam. In my case my credit card would cover the charge.

The low prices on the Budget Scents. Com is a bate to trap people, do not fall into this trap.

Do not order anything from Budget Scents.com, IT IS A SCAM...
