My mom purchased a rearview carseat mirror from Britax for me. I installed this product in my vehicle upon receiving the gift. When I got my carseat inspected for safety by a professional at the local fire department, I was instructed to remove the mirror because the product was horribly unsafe. I called Britax in order to return the product and was given an attitude by the customer service representative that I spoke to. She would not allow me to return the product if it wasnt in original packaging (which I obviously didnt have anymore). I explained multiple times that I had full intentions of using the product until I found out it was unsafe! She offered no help and no alternatives simply rudely repeating that I couldnt return it. For a company that claims to be "#1 in safety technology," they sure do not back that claim. Highly not recommended due to unsafe product and poor customer service!
