I bought a PAX from them recently and it turned out to be a COUNTERFEIT product. They won't answer their phone (they don't even have a way to leave a message) or respond to my emails now. PLOOM confirmed they are NOT authorized and now I am out $200 and a piece of crap for a vaporizer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
This web site is a scam. They sold me a counterfeit PAX PLOOM and do not answer e-mails. DO NOT BUY from this web site - they also have different variations of their names so be careful. They are THIEVES! I had no idea tha PAX PLOOM was being counterfeited but they are and in a big way too - only buy from authorized sites!
