I used to love BE! Their customer service used to be a 10/10...now it's gone to sh*t. They charged me for something I didn't order and now trying to get a hold of them via phone takes FOREVER! I was waiting to get a hold of someone for almost an hour! And when I did get a hold of them, we "disconnected" and then I had to wait almost thirty minutes again to get a hold of someone else...when I do get a hold of someone, they are very nice and usually solve my issue. I still love their items, just be careful if you order something in a collection- they will charge you for it.

Manager would not respond to agent. Last agent was rude, deeming and unhelpful. Still no resolution! Customer service is absolutely disappointing and poor representation from this company. Will not continue future business, not worth the headache.

Placed order. There was a problem with the shipping address. The customer service agent said it was a glitch in their system however I would need to call back. I called again and spoke with a supervisor. She was rude and unhelpful. Still no resolution. Could not cancel or edit order. Customer service is absolutely disappointing considering the high standards expected from this company based on reputation.
I ordered my family my heart gold & diamond ring. When I first received it, I was just satisfied because you can barely see the names on it, unless and you put on glasses and a magnifying glass. That's the first deceiving part because the picture of the ring you can clearly see the names very well, secondly, I've only worn the ring twice
Since I've had it and I already notice the gold is fading so how can it possibly be real gold? I refuse to pay $200 for a ring that's not real.

1. The box looks and feels cheap. Bradford Exchange is an established brand and should provide quality packaging as many of the products sold are gifts. I was embarrassed to present my volunteer of 10 years with this gift box.
2. The watch feels cheap. This is a $99 watch and feels like a $10 watch. I gave 2 stars for the face of the watch but I am very disappointed with the cheap feel of the watch it's self.

Yes, based on the reviews I'd say I'm not the only one who feels that Bradford Exchange needs to figure out if they want to get back in the game of doing business or close their doors. this gift was an embarrassment to present and I had no time to go to a plan B. Do NOT purchase this product...so cheap from the watch to the packaging...you'll be disappointed.

They only shipped one and said i had to buy each one individually for the price listed on their website for all 4.

This is a classic Bait and Switch operation. They lure you in with decent arts and crafts,then quietly keep charging your credit card forever with much more stuff than you ordered. Trying to get them to stop is near impossible. You keep telling then to stop, but they keep right on with the sales pitch.
They finally explain that when you initially order an item,you agree to have 10 or 20 more items coming monthly at a hefty price. Don't trust these clever Scammers... Look elsewhere

I placed an order on a jacket since Las October 2022 they keep postponing the delivery I supposed to receive it Wedesney June 14 and they postpone again till next month very unprofessional no updates nothing
If I could rate a 0 star I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Took my money but never received my item and no contact as to why. I just received a bill in the mail when the item was paid in full at purchase. Then had to fight to get my money back which will take 28 days. Now I have to figure out another Christmas gift for the person I ordered for. Will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Don't purchase from them online. Call and place order and make sure every penny is correct. I have never heard of paying shipping and then expedited shipping on top of that.

They are really good at taking orders but don't deliver on-time. Then trying to get in touch with a human is literally impossible. Made an order that was scheduled to be delivered on 12/22/23. Then on 12/22 delivery date got changed to 2/3/24. How can a company not know until the last minute something is backordered by 2 months? Poor poor poor customer service experience. My first and last time ordering from them...
They are very hard to deal with. They sent to the wrong house not once but twice. They sent a extra piece and it's hard to return. We are washing are hands with this place. And we had to pay 25 dollars to send it to the correct house.
In November 2022 I bought a gift item from the Bradford exchange. Unbeknownst to me the Bradford Exchange reward program automatically signs you up to be in their club and charge you $14.95 a month for nothing. I never authorized it I was never explained this I never knew anything about it and then while doing taxes and looking over all my charges I noticed this repetitive fee. They have agreed to reimburse me for 6 months but they still owe me for the remaining 8 months. This is a real scam so be very beware

Be aware if you buy something from Bradford Exchange they may tag on this club without your knowledge and charge you. So check for repetitive low-level charges which added up to $209.30 for 14 months. I contacted them and they deny that they signed me up although I never ever join any clubs. So I will never buy from the Bradford Exchange again even though I did like the item I bought. So be very careful with this scam

I order two very expensive snowglobes that have NOW turn yellow! So angry! I contacted them about it last year and they had nothing to offer
I went to order checks on line, the first page told me my checks would cost $3.50 per pkg. I ordered 4 pkgs. The bill with shipping and handling and all the order crap they add on should have been in the amount of around $25.00 the most, the bill came up to over 44.00. I called customer service and got the biggest bull crap I've ever heard. That's only for first time orders nowhere does it say that any where. I will never ever deal with them again. Oh yeah and 1 first customer service rep was rude as could be and the 2 nd one hung up on me because she couldn't explain the difference in totals. BAD. BAD RIP OFF.

Their customer service is bad. I requested one coin per month they send me three. I called them And after a 6 minute wait someone said they would enter into the computer my request. Well, I just received my third coin for this month. I called customer service and they told me it wasn't entered that way. When i wanted to speak to a manager I waited about 5 minutes then they hung up on me.
I ordered the Rudolph Christmas Village for my daughter they sent thing that are not in the set and over charged me! So So mad!
This is the second year I ordered the same item. I receive an email to order this item it states it will be in before Christmas. I ordered the item 2 days later I checked my account and I'm now told it will not be delivered until February. They do nothing but lie. Shameful. I have been a loyal customer for years now and have spent a lot of money at Bradford Exchange. I purchased the Thomas Kinkade night before christmas story house last year and used it a couple times. Opened it this year and used it once. Now it doesn't work at all. No lights, no story, nothing. I call the B.E. Help desk knowing that I'd be out of warranty but hoping I could purchase a part or something to make it work again as it's one of my daughter's favorite things about Christmas. I was not looking for a handout but a Fix that I was prepared to pay for. I was told that because it's a year and a month from purchase, there is nothing they can do and that I have to buy the entire $220 dollar item again. For a company that prides themselves on quality, this doesn't seem like it was a priority at all. I'll no longer purchase any items from this "company".
When you select return, they arbitrarily interpret your email as you want a replacement without a dialogue. This one experience will leave me never again, I'll pass on future orders.
