I placed an order for a Sugar Boo phtoto frame for my daughters 1st birthday on the 5th January 2010. The website states delivery can take between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

After 6 weeks I sent Gary @ Box Brownie Trading an email chasing my order, no response, I sent a text - no response, I tried calling no response! A week or so passed and he finally got in touch to say my frame would be another 2 weeks. The frame did not arrive I tried the process all over again. After no response from Gary I finally sent an email explaining if he didn't get in touch I would register the payment with my bank as fraudulent activity. He got in touch and said my frame would be another week. That was a week ago and the frame has not arrived.

I think the worse thing is is that Gary has not once got in touch out of courtesy to tell me when I will be receiving my order.

I have now asked for the order to be cancelled and in the process of getting my money back from the bank.

What is quite shocking is that this site is a supplier on Not on the High Street, I have also contacted them to let them know one of there suppliers is not sending through the goods.
