I have used them a few times so far and found them totally reliable. Their prices are not as low as Amazon - but with free international shipping the total cost will be cheaper if you don't have a local Amazon.

Free shipping - can't argue with that, especially compared to Amazon's extortionate postage rates. Quick delivery, good range of titles. Can't go wrong there.

Found their prices to be very reasonable, and most titles cheaper than in the store. Love the free delivery. The delivery is a bit slow, but generally always receive the item within the specified 20 days to my destination.

This is a brilliant site! Its huge inventory makes looking elsewhere redundant as there is virtually nothing they don't stock (or can't get at short notice). Not only are their prices generally lower than most competitors, their shipping is inclusive in the price so there are no nasty surprises with excessive postage. If I require a book, this is the first (and only) place I need to go.
