The worst place, dishonest people w/o any dignity or values this is the worst experience i ever had in my life. "they should not be in business"and this have a game to play with you to waste your time! I spent at least 2 hours and 45 mins with a very unpleasant service to buy Toyota Camry with sale person and manager! Finally, the manager provided the salesman a price of $19k for Camry se car., so I asked for the manager to come over so we could do the deal faster after i spent so much time waiting. I offered him 18.5k but he did not accept it. So while I was walking out he offered the car for $18,750 which finally agreed on $18.5k. So I said bring the car and prepare the paperwork. The sale person went to get the car with my son and the papers to sign. But a nice surprise in the paperwork that a new price listed of $19.5k instead of the agreed price of $18.5k! I asked the sale-person why is this, did not we agree the 18.5k price! Why there is new price? Can you bring the manager again to find out what's going on here. Why the price is listed $19.5 instead of the agreed price of $18.5k. This time, the manager who agreed with me on the price did not show up but he sent a new manager to discuss the price all over! I did not want to listen at this point and just walked out with my wife. So the bottom line, this dealership will bring you in for attractive price, makes you wait a long time for each step, finally get you a price to bring you up a little by little to get you where he wants you to be! His prices are the same at every other dealer but I advice anyone to no buy a car from this place unless you want to experience their game. I sent 4 letters to all managers and who contacted about the car quote, one responded that we will investigate and let you know. Never heard back from anyone yet!
