I spent 2 hours setting up an account and creating design via their online designer tool. I proceed to checkout to enter shipping details to get the T shirt shipped to a friend only to realise they do not ship outside US. They should've marked that clearly on their site. Further more, you can enter other countries and addresses in their shipping section, but when you click next it just pops up an ambiguous message. Cannot calculate shipping for the specified address. I thought I made some mistakes in writing address and kept trying variations on the same address. Anyway, this website is bs. Get your Tees printed elsewhere.

Anyway, this website is bs.
Get your Tees printed elsewhere.

Blue cotton got my order completely wrong. I ordered 10 hats size L/XL. 2 were the correct size and 8 were XL/XXL. I reached out to them after the return period to discuss this issue. (I didn't realize their mistake). They told me sorry there is nothing that can be done out side of a discount on your next order. Nothing says customer appreciation like "give us more money to fix OUR problem". They stole my money and now I have hats I can't use or give to my customers. If I ran my business that way I would be looking for a job somewhere else! I do not recommend them and will not use them in the future. They hid the wrong sized hats under the right sized ones. Nobody would have noticed. Extremely dishonest company. Avoid at all costs and find a more trustworthy company.

Our child's club ordered tshirts that were needed by 5/19. The order was placed May 4 and the website promised 2 week turnaround which, with the 2-3 day shipping, would have been plenty of time to receive the shirts.

Today is May 18 and the shirts will arrive on Monday, May 21 so the club can't wear their shirts on the final Race Day - the culmination of the year's effort.

When contacted on May 16 to find out status of order, BlueCotton said that turnaround is "10-15" days and if we wanted to pay expedited shipping, we could have received our shirts in time. They offered us 10% off our next order but there will not be a next order.

Moral of this story is to order at least 3 weeks in advance and hope you get your stuff in time. Our children didn't.

I had ordered a t-shirt from bluecotton.com before and it had turned out great. So, I placed another order for a second (different) t-shirt this time and the results were terrible. The first shirt we ordered was white with a very colorful design on it and the quality was super (the colors were bright and the design was solid).

This time around however, we ordered a simple design (3 colors) on a light grey shirt and the results where terrible. The printing on the shirt looked as if the shirt had been washed 50 times and that you'd been wearing it for years! What new t-shirt is supposed to look like that?

I contacted customer service and they took their time to respond several days later. They are sled me send pictures of the shirt, so I did. Several days later nothing. I emailed them again. A few days after that they responded with this:

"When comparing a white shirt to a non-white shirt it is going to affect the colors because any non-white shirt has a white base underneath whereas a white shirt the colors are laid directly on the shirt. That's what causes the difference in vibrancy of the colors. We can set up a reprint for you for 50% off if this is something you are interested in please let me know and we can set this up for you as soon as possible!"

I checked their website and they state which digital printers they use for one off shirts. I checked the printer manufacturer's website and they show beautiful designs with vibrant colors printed on black and other dark shirts!

I sent an mail back explaining that it didn't look like the printing had a white base underneath because I can see the shirt material through cracks in the printing! I told them that if they cannot print a better quality one that I would prefer a refund. Their return policy states:
"If for some reason the finished product is materially different from what you created we will replace your order in full or refund your money! How's that for removing anxiety?"

I have yet to hear back from them after 3 days. I am not optimistic.

Printing was broken and blurry. They said it was how I designed it so they wouldn't have to own up to horrible printing. Their template shows that you can have shadowed letters but they don't use enough ink so it is so thin the colors cannot be distinguished from each other. The spots they did print didn't even cover so the whole design was not printed. I've got $200 of unusable product. Grrrr...

Okay so i used blue cotton for a group order of custom shirts and the problems started as soon as i started. You can only order 19 shirts before it becomes unreasonably priced. After i figured out my quantity i ordered... The shirts were expected in ten days and when they didn't arrive i emailed them and they had not processed my order, so i was to wait another TEN days for my shirts and they again didn't arrive so another email was sent and this time they had not printed the shirts for no reason. Another round of emails and they were sent out. When they finally are they were printed with bad coloring and i was short over half of my shirts. I am still in contact trying to sort this out but i do not recommend at all!

So first off I want to say that I know what I was going to print was copyrighted. They told me over the phone that I could print this shirt. This is after I explained in great detail what it was. Several days after my order they notify me that they cannot print it. The customer service rep sent me an email. I responded back. I waited almost 2 days for an email back. She never did. I ended up calling their customer service line. The lady was very pushy and was not patient. After she informed my order was cancelled, she tried to quickly hang up the line. I still had more questions. She was very snobby and rude. All I can say is that bad and slow service. Will not order again.

I really hesitated to leave this review because I have mixed feelings, but anyone looking to order from them should know. I first ordered from Blue Cotton in February. I was a short order for digital prints and everything went fine. I made a larger order in April for a screen print, and again everything went fine. Here's where the problems started. I ordered from them at the end of June, I believe the 29th. When I received the order they modified the artwork that I originally uploaded without and notification or warning. When I contacted them it took about 3-4 days for me to get an answer for what happened. They claimed the art work goes to China then comes back here for print, which honestly makes no sense to me why they would have to go all the way to China to get the design ready. I think I was being lied to. Anyway, they took responsibility for the mistake, took about another 3 days to let me know of a resolution. They claimed the manager was on vacation and they had to try to get in contact with them. Red flag. If you can't operate and make a decision on a mistake you made without a manager that's not a good business practice. So I waited, lost money because I planned to sell the shirts that weekend, but they agreed to reprint them and send new ones before the next weekend. What do you know another weekend gone that I lost money because the shirts didn't arrive. When I contacted them they blamed it on them not having the right shirts.
I get the shirts a few days later and lo and behold they are messed up AGAIN! I contacted them to let them know, so now I guess I will have to wait another three days, contact them, and try to find out the resolution. At this point I think I just want my money back. I'm going to lose money AGAIN this weekend and next weekend, unless I pay a bunch of money for another company to have a rush order. At the end of it all it's been almost a month, two misprints, loss of potential income, and I have nothing to show but two orders of misprinted shirts!
I must also admit, although the customer service was never rude to me in any way they are not good at returning calls and communicating during the process.
My two good experiences with them were ruined by this one HORRIBLE experience.
To sum it all up. If you're doing shirts for a personal reason, due to their good pricing I would say take a chance, but if you are trying to run a business, or need shirts in a timely manner and done right go somewhere else.

I would never use this site again. I TWICE have made a rush tshirt order before an event and they guaranteed delivery by a certain date (the weekend of my event) and BOTH times they called me at the last minute to say there was a "problem" with my order and they would be delivered AFTER my event. So both times by the time they could get me my shirts, the event was done and all the participants had flown home. What a waste. Don't believe anything that they say on their website.
