I purchased the Good Witch series for my grandparents for Christmas. The movies were recorded off of the hallmark channel (I know that because at the bottom of the screen it shows what was coming on next) it was 6 dvds they were all stacked on top of each other and were not labeled in anyway and the first movie was blank. I can't believe I paid $30 for something that was just recorded off the tv. My grandparents are so excited to get these movie and were let down by them. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything for these people they are a ripoff.

I received my DVD today, came nicely packaged from California, if it was used it was in excellent condition, I played the movie and there not a flaw anywhere on it. Seeing it was priced on E Bay at 249.00 and Amazon for 88.00 I got the movie for 14.95 plus shipping. I will deal with them again.

I am still waiting for my DVD of "I'll fly away ". I am wondering whether this is all a scam! I have no way of checking the tracking info.

Paid for and waited for Meet the Santa's dvd. After many emails we finally received it. Kid's were so happy. When we opened the envelope the dvd was without shrink wrap or the white strip. When we put it into the player it was obvious it had been taped from t. V or another dvd. So sad. We lost $20.00 dollars. $20.00 that we come by very hard. Kids were upset. So please let people know, NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is a follow up review. I received my dvds yesterday. The dvds were in a nice professional looking case. I opened it and though the dvds were laying on top of one another, neatly of course. There were no scratches surprisingly. They were not labeled. The quality is excellent. I will purchase slip covers and label. For 32.00 I received 8 movies, that's the full Jessie Stone series. I am very pleased so I've uped my rating. If labeling and covers are a must have for you then I wouldn't order. If you want great quality without spending a lot of money I highly recommend this site. I feel it's only fair to follow up with my review because sometimes we are quick to point out the bad. So in this case this is my opinion after receiving my product. I hope this is helpful!

I purchased the DVD "The Sound of Music" for my daughter and I am not pleased. The "new" DVD is clearly used. The case was beat up and nasty (not sealed like a new DVD) and the DVD itself was scratched up and will not work (seams to be blank). I have sent several emails and only get the reply "It is new, Damaged in the mail". So far, They have not even offered a refund for the purchase I made and yes, the customer service is AWFUL! Please do not buy from this company... they are not legit! Please notice there is not a phone number for customers to call or any real info on their website.

I find communication very hard. I have no tracking number. I received an e-mail saying has shipped almost a week ago and still no video. I hope this site will give me an answer. It was marlo Thomas movie it happened one christmas

My story begins with my trying to record all 11 episodes of Mystery Woman from the Hallmark Channel. Something happened and most of them did not record or cut off in the middle. I was very upset as these movies are very hard to find. I Googled and was led to BlowoutFlix who did have the complete collection and at a very good price. I am pretty sure I did see that they said they were recorded from a DVR and that was OK as I was recording them myself from the channel. When the package arrived, I was not sure it was even from them. I had paid $4.99 for S&H, and I had to pay postage due of $1.43. It costs $3.04; they paid $1.61 and I had to pay the rest. When I opened the box, all six discs were stacked on top of each other with no identification of shows on any of them. I left one in the original box and put each of the other discs in plastic CD cases, which I will mark myself. I had already decided not to ask for the money back as I did not want to deal with them at all. From the other reviews, it sounds like I would not get it back anyway! I will not order from this company again. I have already told my friend who spends a LOT of money on movies about the practices of this company. If customers tell their friends not to order from them; maybe they will lose enough business to see what they are doing wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I Believe these DVDs are pirated. The do not come in a sealed cover, and do not have a label on the DVD.

This company's business practices are poor. They do not provide customers with tracking numbers and claim that they do not use traditional tracking methods for purchases under $30. There is not a customer service number on their website, so communication is limited to e-mail, which is extremely frustrating. I have not yet received my DVD, but I'll be sure to write another review when, and if, I receive it. So far, this new company is falling short of expectations for businesses.
Update: I e-mailed the company and stated that USPS requires tracking numbers for all First Class USPS deliveries, so they're either being dishonest about not having a tracking number, or being dishonest about the method my package is being shipped. I also stated that I hoped they weren't scamming me, as this was a valid concern. I asked again for my tracking number. This morning I checked my e-mail and customer support sent me a message stating the my transaction was flagged and my order canceled. I am upset, to say the least. The DVD I ordered was going to be a special gift. I e-mailed the company for an explanation, but have not yet heard back. Now, I really do not recommend business with blowoutflix.com.

I received the 8 Jesse Stones as a set. I am upset with them. First of all, there are no labels at all on the disks. You can't tell which is which. Most importantly to me is the fact that there no closed caption. I have poor hearing so the closed caption feature on movies is important. I cannot enjoy movies without it. I might as well throw these into the trash.
