The fruit basket I ordered for a grieving family arrived promptly. I was sent a photo and the basket was assembled lovely. They tell me the basket was heavy. Thank you for adding a bit of joy to a family experiencing a solemn time.
I've used other online flower business in the past, but this is my first time ordering from this company and it will certainly be my last! I spent over $90 on this order just to receiver $30 worth of flowers. I usually read reviews before dealing with a company for the first time but did not for this order and I wish I did. Do NOT make the same mistake...you have been warned! If you want to be robbed and embarrassed, order from them!

Do not use this company! I purchased flowers on their website to be delivered to a family member who had lost a loved one. The order went thru, my credit card was charged and the next day I get an email saying that they cannot deliver to her address. The website should not have let me place the order if they did not deliver in her area! Buyer beware. I should have read all the reviews first. Don't do business with them!

I ordered valentines flowers for my wife today and didn't hear from them all day and then they finally deliver around 3PM. I ordered a beautiful bouquet to surprise my wife and she sends me a picture on mediocre flowers in a mason jar with aluminum foil wrapped around them. Absolute trash of a company. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM. Both pictures of what I wanted ordered and this is what was delivered to my wife. Flowers in tin foil in a mason jar? Really? Don't give these people any business whatsoever please. Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing.
This place is a joke! Who takes an order in person on the phone, processes 2 credit card charges and then then next day sends an email saying they don't deliver to the zip code I provided? How did they not know that when I placed my order? I am not flush with cash and will now have to wait days for the money to be put back in my account.
Ordered flowers for a funeral. Service began at 5 pm on a Saturday. At noon (day of) I found an email stating that they needed to do a flower substitution. I agreed, asked why they didn't call as time was running out. At 1:39 they told me they were unable to deliver to the location in time. Again, they did not call me. They sent an email. Horrible service.

I did not read the reviews first. My fault. I received a false notification of delivery. After 3 emails and 1 phone call, an absolutely awful bouquet of tired flowers was delivered - late. Customer service offered to replace it and blamed "supply chain" issues. So what happened? Another false notification of delivery and no flowers. Roadside weeds look fresher and lest anyone blame the nation's hot weather as a cause - guess again. It is 76 degrees. $80 fresh flowers? Look at the photo.

They can't keep a flower delivery a surprise. When I ordered for my mom on a very special occasion, they called beforehand and most people are told not to answer calls if they are not familiar numbers. Mom didn't answer so she didn't get her flowers on the day of her very special birthday or Thanksgiving. They ruined everything.

They didn't let me know that they were not able to deliver until 5 PM when it was too late to get something else figured out. They swore they would deliver the next day, but failed on that front as well. I would never use this company again! Canceled my order and went with a local florist. They're a big fat zero

Paid over $100 for flowers, a balloon, and a box of chocolates to be delivered on October 1,2023 which is my wedding anniversary. It was supposed to be delivered on a Sunday (Which I paid extra for) and I emailed them Saturday to verify everything was on track for delivery and they told me everything was on track. Moral of the story, the flowers were never delivered, and I was empty handed on my first anniversary with my wife. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. I ordered them a week in advance.

They never made the delivery, and never told us. Really?! They said they sent an email, which they did not. When I checked the spam folder, NADA, zip, nothing! They sure had no problem charging my card right away, but made no effort to issue a refund either.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would have.
I paid the expedited fee to have flowered delivered before school let out. Not only were they extremly late, they didn't even have them there before they left school. Customer service basically said... sorry we'll try better next time. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. Buyer beware, they will charge you an expedited fee and be late with a simple "sorry" as if that's just the normal way the operate.

Don't waste your time with these people. Customer service had zero help and did not apologize for missing a delivery to a school for a teachers award. Extra expedited fee was paid and they missed that by over 1hr with no call or warning. Teacher had already left for the day.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and they never were delivered! They send a message saying they were and when I contacted my mom, nothing came. I Started reading reviews after and see they do this a lot, funerals, birthdays, Mother's Day, all occasions! What a way to destroy feelings and hurt your fellow human! This place and all employees will burn in hell for doing this and they need to be shut down and sued! Shame on you all!
Blooms Today has disappointed my expectation in the worst kind of way -order not delivered on time after three calls to customers service the receiver got the delivery -nice try however I received a photo of the plants in the basket I was assured of getting- it ruined the the overall look of the " EUROPEAN " plant basket -So sad and disappointing-I wanted my friend to be impressed with the arrangement
I ordered the sapphire collection. Vase was suppose to be sapphire blue. Flowers were in clear vase and wilted. Very unhappy this was for Mothers Day. Tried to call Thursday May 7th. VM says we are no longer taking Mothers Day orders will reopen on the 11th. Wow I'm so disappointed.
The only thing that matched was ivy, a pink bow for a man's funeral. No resolution. Disappointed 100%

The reason why I gave a two stars only because the bouquet was created well and was exactly like on the picture. Meanwhile, the order was delivered on the NEXT DAY of event! My surprise gift for the best friend who came from the hospital was completely collapse jus because of your terrible service! I call to the customer service on the same day of scheduled delivery afternoon to check the status of my order. The lady from your office promised to check the delivery status but nobody call me back with apologies or gave me refund...
I definitely wouldn't recommend this company if you need to send the flowers for specific day because you have a big chance to not receive it!
I ordered the middle choice for a funeral bouquet for a friend's grandmother and called to confirmed they received my order (the reason for 1 star for customer service). What was sent was not what I ordered and not at all for the amount of money I spent. I've read they use local florists to create but the ball was dropped somewhere! Whether on the florists end or Blooms Today, not sure, but it's clearly not what's expected on the website.
I am beyond upset! I purchased this for my mother for Mother's Day and she never received them! I should have looked at these reviews prior to ordering! How dare you take my money and promise a delivery and not follow through? I cannot visit my mother due to the pandemic and if you are closed during this then why would you have a Groupon available and allow orders on your site without indicating you are not open? I ordered a plant basket for a wake I couldnt attend and wanted it there two days before to make sure it was there on time. I called today - the day of the service and they hadn't gotten it! I called Blooms and they told me they couldn't give me the name of the florist and they'd call them. I then I got a picture of the arrangement as it showed eventually - and it's half the size of the one I ordered! This was $100 and looked So small. I'm so disappointed!
