They have some incredible deals going on with their preowned movies. Just bought 5 for $20 deal. Wish there were more stores around.

I had notified Blockbuster.com that I wanted to cancel my subscription to DVD's through the mail, they replied by saying that I have to return any DVD's that I have by a certain date, and I did just that. I then find out that they are charging me 21.93 each for two DVD's that I sent back. They even asked me for a review of the movies. I notified American Express about this situation and they wrote to Blockbuster and Blockbuster did not answer them, (they knew they were wrong) so American Express credited my account for a total of 43.00 and change. I always use American Express and I advise you all to do the same. Bye Bye for now. Stuart.

They have some incredible deals going on with their preowned movies. Just bought 5 for $20 deal. Wish there were more stores around.

Even though it is not the cheapest place to buy Games and DVDs. It is the best place to go to rent if you have a store near you mainly in the Town or City you live in so it saves money from traveling.

Now we are talking about the website not the store but there will be a little maybe just a line about the store's they own from here on.

The website has a great layout it is easy to get around when your looking though it, colour is goes well as is is mainly white so everything is easy to read.
But if you want to buy Games or DVDs new and not rent them, it is cheaper to do it online as the store prices will always cost you more.
Renting Games and DVDs online from them is as easy as buying them but may take around a day or two get to you.
If you pre-order a new game or dvd you will also get some money off vouchers that you can use next time you buy. Best to pre-order two or three things you want if the release dates are fairly close to each other (around a month or two) it will end up cheaper for you.

If you live in the United Kingdom delivery is free. Dont know if delivery is free anywhere else in the world.

Blockbuster... what happened to you? We re-joined this service when we bought an xbox, just so we could rent games without going to the actual store (which has since closed). Slow service, wrong games in the sleeves, lost in the mail/never arrived games... ugh!

Blockbuster used to rock but they closed all the stored in my area.
I loved renting online, and returning in store for another movie. Since the stores were closed i cancelled my account. I'd rate them %&*%* for that but if you have a store in your area i'd recommend them above netflix

I use BB.com mostly for video game rentals. Most games all have wait times, it's rare that anything is available immediately. So they really like to keep their inventory low. They don't stock games until after 4 months from their release date, so don't expect any of the latest games. This works out for me though:)

I'd give it 4 stars if they kept more copies of games in their inventory. It can be frustrating having to wait so long for a game to become available.

They charge you for unlimited dvd's, then don't deliver them. Calling and emailing them is useless, because they give you all kinds of promises and excuses to correct the situation, then don't deliver.
