I've used Blazing Electronics to sell my old iPhones when the newest one is available for the last 5 years now. They have always given me the Best price and their customer service can't be matched. They will email you if there is an issue with the condition of your phone upon inspection and counter offer a price that they can offer. It's always been fair. I get my checks within a week. Sent some phony photos of our perfect, barely used I-phone 6 that we traded in for upgrade with AT&T. They offered not enough at AT&T so we looked at online sites. This one came back at $400 or so and when we sent in the phone, we were told it was "heavily damaged". Total nonsense, We had the phone for 3 weeks before the new phone came out. There as not a mark. Then we get these laughable photos back from them showing "a phone" with dents on the frame. Outrageous bait and with to lower the price. Avoid these scammers.

This is the second year I sell my phone to blazing electronics. Last year my iphone X and this year my iphone XS max.
I compared the prices and there were better than other sites. Shipped my phone Monday using the prepaid label I received and got paid Thursday!

I sold my 11 Pro Max in October and was given the full asking price. My only concern was the processing fee of $20.02 for paying me through PayPal. This wasn't something I was aware of prior to selecting that payment option.
I sold them an S4 Galaxy on 11/12/13 & and the claimed that they sent me a check (which never reached me). When I informed them of this they told me I would have to wait for the check to expire before they would issue a new one.

You are right, the check got lost in the mail. We made a paypal payment since you had problem getting your mail. There was never a conversation regarding waiting for the check to expire. Our Customer service probably asked you to wait an extra couple days to see if you would receive the check.

Blazing Electronics
When you enter blazing you are always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service! I have had my phones serviced there several times. Each time the work has been done right and a 30 day warranty given just in case. I have also purchased a few devices over the years and never had a problem.
I came in as a walk in appointment and the nice man working told me he could fix my phone screen within the hour and at a very reasonable price! Other places I've gone before have told me they wouldn't have my phone done until the next day - I will never go anywhere else again!

Drop phones off on Saturday morning had a check by Wednesday. Fair prices, great personal service, Quick paying.
I have used Blazing Electronics in the past and was very satisfied with the service. However, recently I sent my kids old phones into them and it took 4 days for them to even acknowledge that they received the phones and another three days to inspect them. Two days after that I finally received my money which was much lower than the initial quote.
UPDATE: Tried them again and they were super fast with payment this go round. Maybe last time was a one-off, so I would say they have redeemed themselves!

This is a great business to get your phone fixed! They did it in a timely manner and they were very professional. I wasn't worried about if my phone was going to be fixed or not I knew they would be great.
My iPhone 7 was in new condition, but my usual reseller was not offering a fair price. After finding Blazing Electronics online and sending them the specs on my phone, they sent me their offer, which was the highest on the Internet. I sent them my iPhone and expected the offer to be downgraded, but yesterday I received a check for the exact amount of the original offer. That is a FIRST for me! I sold my Verizon Samsung Galaxy SIII. The offered a good price (a lot higher than competition). I got paid extremely fast (next day after the delivery of my phone). I have never heard of them but very happy with the service.
Sent in my phone and they received it in 3 days, received a email letting me know every step of my order and received my money very quickly and wonderful service. Will definitely be using this company again!
My daughter decided to get a new phone so I used Blazing Electronics to sell her old device, an apple iphone 6 64gb (Verizon). The process is fast, I picked moderate in the condition as the phone had a few scratches... Shipping label is free. I got paid on my Paypal account 2 days after they received the phone. While we are very grateful for the overwhelmingly positive reviews we usually receive, a bad review is inevitable every once in awhile. When Mr. B created the order for his device, he created the order for a 128GB iPhone 6 in Like New condition. When our shipping and inspection department received his device, we found it to be a 16GB iPhone 6 with Heavy Wear. We judge wear condition based on the definitions found on our website when creating an order.
According to our definitions, if a device has any dings in the frame, it is considered to have heavy wear. Here is Mr. B’s device, along with the serial number of the phone in the condition we received the phone in:

We’re confident that if any customer had bought this device new from Apple, they would be upset if this was the device they received, and they would agree that this is not in Like New condition.
