Ordered a blackberry curve case on the 20th June - the case has never been delivered and the email correspondence advises me that the order is awaiting fulfilment - the money has been deducted from my credit card - but I have been unable to contact the seller - there is no telephone number and they do not respond to my emails or website contacts etc STAY AWAY THIS IS A FAKE SITE??

T N. right, it probably is if it's illegally using the blackberry name to do business. it helps them show up in searches when people type in "blackberry curve cases" unfortunately. blackberry should know about this. call your credit card company and file a dispute.
