We bought 4 bar stools from Bizchair.com and the stools arrived fast. Turns out we made a mistake and ordered the wrong stools. So with Traceys help we returned the wrong stools and reordered the correct stools. They have very good customer service relations. Thanks.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Wanted to return 3 office chairs. Their new policy forces you to pay 35% restocking fee and pay for return shipping yourself! Have never heard of a company that does this EVER. I paid $250 to send them back their chairs and I got nothing in return. Spoke to a supervisor and they were no help. They would not budge on the 35% restocking fee even if it meant losing a returning customer. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Chairs we ordered all arrived dented, scratched and with cosmetic damage. We reached out to customer service and never heard back. The discount they offer is not worth the product you receive.

I ordered 6 barstools in red with red poly seats. They sent 1 gray seat. I have called 3 times now asking how and where to exchange the seat. Instead of sending me a retun label so I could exchange the seat for a red one, I was told that they would be opening up a case and for me to send pics of the item that was sent in error. They also told me to just donate the gray seat.? Luckily I kept it because it looks like I will have to spray paint the gray seat red.

I ordered chairs and couch for $1,900 and advised I live on the 6th floor but with an elevator. The truck turned around in front of my door since I do not have a loading ramp or a forklift. I am a private person! They returned the merchandise and charged me $500 for the return. Again: Unbelievable, but true.

Even if you click on "Door Delivery" they do not unload their truck.

Order chair on 12/13/22 order and just got the chair in today on 12/24/22. It was scheduled to be here 19th. It took like a week before I could talk with a supervisor about the chair. So the chair came in today and the box was beat up in the legs of the chair was sticking out and messed up. So, in other words, the chair showed up damaged..

Bizchair will charge the full amount upfront then they will order from china and delivery date will be given a week but after two months there will be no sign of delivery, its hit and miss case, if you get it early then 2 months then it depends on your luck. Furniture will arrive in pieces, you will get complete furniture in 2 3 different deliveries.

Tip for consumers:
stay away from the website its biggest scam

I got a heavy duty bariatric chair with arms. I had a coupon in my inbox minutes after I placed the item in cart but I didn't see it until I placed the order. Right after I ordered, I saw the coupon & emailed BizChair asking if they could apply it as the purchase hadn't even gone through. The man said he'd make a note on my account (but I never got the discount). I also haven't gotten a reply to my email.

Tip for consumers:
Check your email before placing an order in case you have a coupon. It's hard to get assistance or customer support.

I have dealt with many types of customer service reps, but today I experienced THE WORST customer service experience. They showed NO remorse for their terrible almost non existent process to ASSIST their customer.

Tip for consumers:
Please be certain that you do not use a service does not provide customer service regarding canceling and order within the same hour of placing order. I even offered to eat the shipping cost, but they still disregard any of their customers requests to cancel order that was still in their possession.

I ordered a couch and loveseat and was really worried after reading tons of bad stuff about the company. But they were delivered on time, and they were beautifully packaged. Each was first wrapped in a foam-like plastic sheeting, then wrapped in heavy clear plastic sheeting, then double-boxed in cardboard, and strapped to a pallet. The product was in perfect condition.

Incompetent, rude, etc... Wish I had read the reviews 1st. They shipped to the billing address instead of the shipping address and then blamed me! Refused to take responsibility and hung up - rude!

Check your confirmation which will have the wrong shipping address if you use a different shipping and billing address

I WAS a big fan. I purchased all new chairs for my bowling center a couple of years ago. I WAS very happy with my 200 HERCULES Series 880 lb. Capacity Ultra-Compact Stack Chair with Metal Frame. I purchased this chair because of its weight rating and the frame warranty. Then these chair frames started to break, ALL in the same place. Bizchair was great about replacing them in the beginning and then recently told me they would no longer warranty these chairs for me because I am the only customer that has ever had chairs break that they have had to replace. The chairs are apparently not made to have people sitting in them for 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. And we have certainly never had anyone over 880 lbs in them! If a company isn't going to honor the warranty they have advertised, then they should not advertise it!

I didn't get an answer back from my December 19th email. Since the last replacement. There are 7 more chairs with broken frames. These chairs all break in the same place. I'd like some advice. We've invested a lot in these chairs (for a business our size) and converted our entire location to exclusively these chairs for our customers. These look beautiful and are comfortable. Your website for this chair says "Limited Lifetime Warranty on Frame", in one place and "Lifetime Frame Warranty Yes" in another place. What does this "really" mean?
I have more furniture to purchase and I'd like to continue our business relationship as it has always been a positive experience. Can I get these 7 chair replaced when I order more furniture?

I purchased two of their chairs. One for my office and one for my wife's sewing room. I use my office more than eight hours a day and I'm certainly not even close to the 250 lb. weight limit specified. The chair is both comfortable and sturdy but after a little over a year, the faux leather began to peel. Slightly at first on the arms but it eventually became alarmingly bad. I contacted them, even offering to purchase new arms. It was only then that I noticed the peeling was beginning on the seat and back at the seams. The faux leather is obviously of poor quality. I got an automatic reply that they would get back to me in one business day. No reply was forthcoming. I contacted them a second time. Two weeks later, I finally got an e-mail. The rep seemed clueless as to what I was explaining (I'm a professional writer so I know how to explain things in simple concise terms). The rep asked for photos. I sent the photos. Since I no longer had the box, I made sure that one of the photos had the label with the model number stamped on it beneath their name. I also sent a photo of the entire chair so that they could see the style and design. The rep said she couldn't find that they ever manufactured that model! I leave it up to other customers whether they would want to buy any product manufactured by this company. To me, they know exactly what the problem is and they are dodging any and all of their responsibilities.

Ordered 2 chairs for 315.00 each, got one delivered in a reasonable amount of time with a tracking number, second one I had to call their customer service line to find out where my second chair was and their phones were having a blackout. So I email customer service, asking for information on the second chair as an email they sent me said it was shipped but this time with no tracking number and on the web site it says the order is still processing?!?! In steps Sasha Rodriguez my customer service person, She response with the phrase Your order has fully shipped. No tracking number given, so I asked again and she sent me one. IT was the one from the first chair. After 7 emails I finally got a tracking number and the chair was supposed to arrive that day. A lot of good the tracking number did me. Then I find out they didn't even put my address on correctly so it couldn't be delivered and I had to sort it out with Fed-ex. Only to find both chairs with damage, deep scuffs on some parts and loose housing screws.

For starters, RAUL IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

Got an email stating I would receive my chairs on Aug 10. I called off of work, LOST MONEY waiting all day for a shipment that never came. I didn't receive email, phone call or any form of communication letting me know what to expect. This company is very unprofessional. Raul got into a shouting match with me about a full refund. I want a full refund and he said that won't be possible. I'm infuriated! How do you deny me my full refund if I've never received my order?!? Raul will bring this company down with his attitude and ego alone. I literally can't believe they hire people like him to work in customer service. I hate to leave reviews but this is your warning STAY AWAY. Im going to fight to get my money back and keep calling and reporting to whomever necessary.
Think twice before throwing away your money guys.

Renovation/Remodel Problems

Long rant to follow. Read if you want the details.
Our youth ministry is renovating our room and made replacing our chairs. We had a modest budget in place and looked for chairs within that budget range. We ordered sample chairs and they arrived to our expectations in a box.
We then ordered 200 chairs and they arrived on pallets but wrapped in shrink wrap. After unwrapping, 85 of the 200 had scratches, bent frames, and missing protective knobs for protected stacking.
We immediately took pictures and contacted the company. They wanted additional pictures and exact counts of damaged chairs. We did so. Again, they wanted additional pictures and a more detailed count which we provided.
They replied that they would replace 3 chairs w/ a $250 credit after spending over $7000 in damaged chairs.
If I wanted used chairs, I would have purchased used chairs.
AVOID this company. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned.
And yes I know youth ministry will damaged the chairs. I just wish it would have been our use and not manufacturer damage.

Horrible, terrible, disappointed, not satisfied, rip off, don't waste or throw away your money on poor quality, cheap, junk, defective chairs. Bad/poor customer service. Their warranty is a joke.

I would recommend you stay away from this company! Read the reviews on other sites as well. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in online ordering. Vickie was beyond unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

This website has been my biggest nightmare, Tracy the supervisor on the phone, was an absolute nightmare to speak to, very condescending and entitled! Despite a registered phone call that prove that I was promised 7 days shipment, it took over 14 days to get the furniture! When i tried to cxl the order after this company failed to fulfill their promised, i was told i would have to pay $ 350.00! What a joke! They don't understand how to take ownership of their own mistake and go above and beyond! Pathetic service and awefull costumer service! Never ever again I will but from this store! They are an absolute fraud!

I did not get the same chair I was "looking at" to purchase!
This is the second review I've written. The first never got posted, and this one probably won't either. The minute I opened the box, I was ready to return it. This chair looks like a very soft leather in the picture, but it is NOT. The material is rough and very dull it looks and feels like vinyl not leather! The LIST price is misleading -- it suggests real quality. When I called to return it, I was informed that I would have to pay shipping BOTH ways. Since I am not willing to DOUBLE the expense of returning something this big and heavy, and have nothing to show for my money, I guess I am stuck with it. Buyers beware don't be fooled by the picture or the inflated list price and big reduction "super special" price. You get what you pay for and they're not in business to lose money! Enough said let's see if this review posts LOL!

FYI - I checked out return shipping fees. UPS was approx. $37 and BizChair will deduct another 11.70 for original shipment. It would cost me almost half what I paid for the chair just to send it back!

I wish I had read these and other reviews on this company BEFORE placing my order! All I can say now is WOW, they got me too... Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and shipping/return/damage policy. We could have been a very big customer of theirs but never again will we order anything from them. The product was damaged and we got screwed.
