Ordered a notebook from them. Paid £6.99 for delivery with 4-7 days (then noticed that all orders over £200, which my item was, were eligable for free delivery!) Now 7 days in. No delivery and can't get hold of them via any means. Number on website does not work and not responding to emails. Take a claose look at their Google reviews and I am not the first! DONT USE BILLINGS HARDWARE SHOP!
