I searched everywhere for crossman glow in the dark BBs as that is what we used for our games. Big supply has em for only $4 so I mm doing a shout out to endorse this website and keep em in business. I think it is great to be able to buy them for $4 instead of $10.
Ordered 3 reels got only 2 in Dec. 2015. One was "backorder". Told them don't want it. Never got credit for it. Finally leverage my credit company and surprise They sent it 3 months later. Sent it back. Should have gone through Amazon ($5.00/ea. More) with their superior customer service. Never again.

Very, Very Poor Customer Service with Predatory Inflated Shipping Costs...
While searching for a Streamlight Sidewinder Rail Mount, I came across this company who advertised a very competitive price for this small item; it fits into the coin pocket of a pair of jeans. I any event during the checkout process I found that the S&H was going to double the cost of the mount so I called them in hopes of getting an adjustment from the automated S&H estimator. No such luck, in fact I was told that they really don't care to sell to the small purchaser and only cater to larger buyers. So why I asked do they offer single quantity items? The CSR evaded a direct answer by saying their business model does not included the individual buyer. As a result they are doubling the cost of a small item so as to discourage its purchase by individuals. He even recommended my checking Amazon or eBay. So it worked, I purchased on Amazon, got free shipping and when it's time to purchase for my entire unit I will not be shopping from Big Supply Shop, ever...
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother unless you are buying larger quantities.
As we explained it is not our business model to provide first class shipping on products. There is no bait and switch. We provide shipping costs upfront with just a zip code. We recommended Amazon for your need. Glad it worked out. But to leave us a 1 star review for this is absurd. SJ is a b/s website for reviews btw. We refuse to pay their "fees". Shopper Approved has over 7,000+ positive reviews on our company if anyone is truly interested in our business.
After my bad experience with this seller, I wanted to write a review on their website. I couldn't! The system gave an error message every time I would try to "submit" it.
Now I know why all the reviews on their websites are positive. They're all rigged! I did some research and, sure enough, all the reviews of this seller on other websites are very negative.
Their rebuttal to the bad review given here is indicative of how professional they are, calling a customer "a liar" and "a cheat". Instead of focusing on the problem they resort to personal attacks.
Stay away from this company!
This "customer" is a liar and a cheat. Sorry, but it is true. This customer placed an order and we filled it in a timely fashion. He put the WRONG shipping address on the order. It was a two box shipment and he contacted UPS to correct the address on one of the boxes but not both -- never telling us of the issue. He then called us and said he needs to send back because it was "late". We did some research and figured out the issue -- wrong address. Long store short he never got box #2 and it was returned to us by UPS with a return shipping charge and a $20 return fee that we had to eat. He then made threats for a full refund PLUS more money. All we could do at this point was give him a full refund because of the threated chargeback. This order was a terrible experience for US as an honest store. We lost a lot of money on it with returns, original outbound and return shipping costs, etc. If you read our "real reviews" on our website you will see that we know how to run a business and are very fair with customers -- especially if WE screwed up. In this case we did not. We banned him from our store.

This was a defective reel and the manufacturer sent it to the customer direct. We sent a label to recover at no cost.
