I placed an order on this website on 29th January 2011, they took my money straight away and then e-mailed to say that the item could not be delivered until 2nd week in February. I said this was ok as long as it was this date as the suit was for my gran for my wedding and she cannot get out and about. The 2nd week in February came and still no suit, this is where my issue starts to date I have called them constantly and the line is always engaged, I have sent numerous e-mails and also sent an e-mail on their homepage and still no one has contacted me. Needless to say the wedding has been and gone and they have still not contacted me!!!!!! I have now reported them and low and behold they have a a sign on therir homepage advising that they have had system problems since February how convinient ---- PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE TERRIBLE

i also ordered an outfit for my sons wedding they told me it would be here in time i ordered it on the 3/2/11 they took my money 178.00 still no outfit. i had to run about trying to get an outfit. i have tried phoning them can never get an answer also sent loads of emails no reply. i am so angry as i cannot afford to lose that amout of money. stay clear of them

it might still be worth a try, especially if you never received the item. that might make a better case for you, but i'm not sure. still, if nothing happens, you should also report them to the FTC / IC3 - if this happened to you, i'm sure it happened to other people who just haven't spoken up about it yet.
