Bought 2 items month ago never delivered ignore letters sent. TRIED over 40 times to send feedback only get ERROR in "/" APPLICATION. take your money, keep your goods & ignore all letters sent one with proof of DELIVERY

Mar F. Finally got contact but keep getting told dealt with 7/10 days told them I'd no printer send me page to print off fill in & return!!!!!!
ever had that feeling going though steps but not actually reading what c/o is.
Have repeatedly asked for regulator I can contact ignored Have over 60 E all on none delivery 2 items Have contacted HERMES delivery who keep saying between ME & bidtv ask why as apart from my money all other dealings between them.
Who does "disputing" can anyone direct me to this or other sites I can warn people Really need money back was sewing machine to make Xmas gifts in Catch 22 can't get them finished in time by hand & can't get SM till money returned.( no not that many but going o'seas & cheap sending date for parcels usually mid Oct).
