I found myself in Kansas City for business and found a great seat for Janet Jackson for tonight's show. Very happy with the selection and the quick emailing of the tickets. Looking forward to a great concert now! :)

I planed a trip to Memphis for a concert. I purchased a "premium" floor ticket from their web site. When the ticket arrived I noticed the it said GA, not Floor. That same day I called BestSeats to try to get the correct ticket. I spent 10 or 15 minutes explaining that this was not the ticket that I paid for. I ended up talking to Doug who says "I've been doing this for 28 years... I guarantee that is the ticket you paid for". WRONG DOUG! It was a $30 general admission ticket. Instead of listening to me, they just blew me off. Sure enough I fly to Memphis and find out that I got ripped off. Not much I can do now. I'm just out $200+ for a ticket I never got. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! BUY YOUR TICKET FROM ONE OF THE OTHER 24 SITES THAT SELL THE SAME TICKETS.

This ticket site was easy to use, fast and a fantastic bargain! I got Billy Joel tickets. Easily found the date I wanted, and found the seats I wanted in my price range fast. I looked at other sites and the same tickets for the same seats were cheaper here. I got e-tickets and they were delivered within minutes to my email. I will definitely be using this site again and I HIGHLY recommend it. :)

I used this site to get tickets to take my kids to the Ringling Bros Circus. They had the best prices compared to other sites, huge seat selection, easy to navigate, and the tickets arrived in my email very quickly. We had a great time at the circus, thank you bestseatsfast, highly recommended!
