Great experience. They were very helpful and understanding when verifying our order since we live out in the middle of no where. Once that was completed, the FedEx personnel were very accommodating in getting our order to us. Since then I have used 12 Gig of pictures on movies on a 16 GB chip, 2 of the house, 4 of the family and the rest are of Robbie, my grandson. He loves getting his picture taken. Frist word out from him I swear was CHEESE! Great Camera
This has been very bad shopping experience. I ordered a camera through them on April 24, except for an\ confirmation email about my order, there is no update about shipping or credit card charge. Their website only shows the order is in progress. Till today (May 2nd), I made my second phone call asking about where is the merchandise? The guy says it will be shipped out tomorrow. The customer service was rushy and unclear, apparently they do not care the customer's need because there is things they are hiding. Will never shop with them.

I ordered a SLR camera and after two weeks when i called customer service the response i got was they cannot see my order in there system and they cannot do any thing. And most important thing is the people in customer service just hung up the call on our face.

Very much disappointed with the service they have, ordered one camera before 7 days and after following up for shipping details. Customer service told me the product is outof stock and will deliver after 2-3 weeks. I am going out of town after 2 weeks. So had to cancel my order. And they dont even appologies for their mistake. I wish I could give negative rating for this site.

"I am on the phone on hold for the fifth time today! No FedEx tracking numer and shipment was to be sent weeks ago. Rude, unhelpful customer service. Never again! I am canceling my order through my credit card company. If you order thru them, expect a delay in shipping until they reach you by phone in an attempt to sell you all sorts of extras before they will send your order. Check out the complaints with the Better Business Bureau before you use them. The WORST ever!"

THIEVES! After 3 months, they still have my money and I never received anything. Initially got a call to upgrade to a battery that does not even exist, was told every time I called shipping confirmation nubers are coming,,,,,,,,,,, they never came, canceled order thru email, no response, filed complaint to BBB, they told them I woould get a refund... never got it,,,,,,,, now filing criminal charges, gettting bank involved and anywhere else I can, They should be shut down
Ordered a Nikon Coolpix online. A day later a guy calls trying to get me to buy all kinds of accessories. Lied about that they were original Nikon brand, the camera was opened and missing parts and defective. Called Nikon and they recommended sending it back and that they are NOT a Nikon dealer (another lie). They refused to issue an RMA as customer service (does not exist) is a scam. Put in dispute with credit card company. STAY FAR AWAY!

They advertised the lowest price but did not ship. The called me and told me I ordered the wrong SD card and I needed an extra battery for videos the price jumped $140, When I researched the SD card and battery I found they could be purchased for less than $30. If I had gone to best buy I would have saved $50 after sales tax. Even after the bait and switch they took over 5 weeks to deliver This company sucks.
Worst customer service. I need to wait 20-30 min to talk to their representative. I ordered canon EOS 60D through their website. I called them every week. They never shipped to me. I waited for almost 50 days. I dont have patience to wait longer than this. Today i cancelled the order. I will never buy any product from them even if they offer me free. Worst experience. Please stay away from their website. Don't know why they put false deals in their website. I am wondering they do some misuse my credit card information.
I would not recommend buying anything from this site. They use fraudulent business practices, like selling a remanufactured camera as brand new. I had ordered a "new" Nikon L820 and received a plain white box with a broken remanufactured camera. After a hassle I sent the camera back to Best Price Photo on my postage. About 10 days later, I received a replacement. I thought that it was also a remanufactured camera so I called Nikon and they did confirm this. Again, I contacted BPP and I insisted that they take the camera back, and they did, postage paid this time. Thanks to my credit card company I was able to get my money back conditionally almost immediately.and permanently after about 2 months from the initial disputed claim. I could go into greater detail but it would only be a repetition of many things that I have already read by other people who posted on this site that had similar experiences. If I would done my "homework" in researching the merchant, as well as the product I would have saved a lot of headaches. You can learn from my experience: Buyer Beware!
I ordered a Sony HDR-CX580v camcorder from this site on 3/29/12 and get a confirmation the same day saying that it would take 24-72 hours to process. I called on 4/3 after not having heard from then. The service person answered my called was very nice and told me that they do not open on Sat (or may be Sunday, not sure?), and promised to ship it that day. The camcorder arrived on 4/9 via FedEx. The price is great and the shipping is free.

BPP sells gray market cameras which usually come with none of the items (manuals, chargers, etc.) that come with the retail versions and occasionally come with no US warranty. Your credit card number will inevitably be used without your authorization at another merchant as well. Stay away!
TERRIBLE customer service. Took 6 days to ship an express order when I was told it would be 4, even thought website says 24-48 hours. RUDE employees. Charged me for overnight shipping when I asked for 2 day. Doesn't follow through with special offers. Actual charges are different that whats on the website. They try to upsell you by telling you the battery only lasts 30 minutes. NOT TRUE. THEY OFFER YOU FREE GIFTS TO LEAVE THEM 5 STAR FEEDBACK.
Read the other reviews and beware. I ordered a camera 2 weeks ago, I cannot get any email back from them. As well, call the phone number and they are always closed during their normal business hours. You do not want to do business with this company.
I found this website from bizrate. The prcice is competative. But have a hard time to get the approval of the credit card. Use the camera for last 2 weeks. So far so good.
Be Careful - I ordered a Fujifilm x10 which was advertised as new with USA warranty. Instead, I received what I suspect is a gray market camera - no warranty, European style plug on charger, and a Spanish operations manual.
When I asked for verification that the camera was for US market - no response!
I suspect this place is running some scam operation and intend to report them to consumer protection authorities.
I ordered a camera a month ago. Cancelled within hours of being told it only came with a demo battery, being pressured to buy extra batteries, having the card charged more than I agreed to, being treated rudely, not getting an invoice. Just got the refund a few days ago (one month to the day-I had deferred my comments until that process was complete as it involved filing a dispute with my CC company). The first post cancellation contact I had with the company was being called after I posted a negative review on another site.
Best price photo are useless as they don’t finally deliver the goods, says out of stock and keep saying the same after a month. Do not buy anything from www.bestpricephoto.com
I agree with all the other negative reviews out there. I had a terrible experience when trying to order a camera from this site, and when I tried to ask for a refund of my money back, and told me that the only way I could get my credit card refunded was if I lied and gave them a 5 star review on the website www.resellerratings.com.
Every single positive review on that site is most likely a lie from someone who was told that the only way for them to get their money back was to post a positive review. Stay away from this company.
Biggest mistake I made is I placed order from them before reading some reviews. I placed order for Canon EOS Rebel T3i Digital Camera W/EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens and found that price is ~50$ less than what amazon offered. I got one email confirming the order, then nothing. I called them and they said your order is shipping tomorrow. I was waiting for their shipping notice, but nothing called again after 5 days now the gentleman said that "Your camera is not available now and it may come in two weeks". C'Mon placed order and waited for a week... damn another two weeks? Still any guarantee that the item will be shipped? If you don't have an item in stock and why you put this on sale in your site? I'm bit worried if they are trying to just get the credit card info, rather than selling anything at all?

Stay away from these people unless you are willing to risk having your money stolen or getting fleeced in some other way. I placed a $1700 order from them one year ago--a camera with extras. They sent me a recalled camera unit, a ten-dollar lens filter kit they claimed was worth $250, and omitted some important items. When I returned the package, they kept telling me my refund was on its way. A couple of months later they claimed they received no return. (I did submit a disputed charge to my bank--that failed, but not due to a lack of merit in my case. It failed because of a perfect storm of bureaucratic errors.) After going through the Better Business Bureau and then the NYC Dept. of Consumer Affairs, all I earned for my effort was knowledge of just how rotten this business is. They fabricated "information" left and right about our transaction and subsequent dealings, And they have gotten away with it. I could take them to court, but I live in California and I would have to pay for a roundtrip ticket to New York. This has been a very hard lesson. If my story can save one person from losing money like I did, at least something has been gained through my experience. (Oh, and there's a reason that Best Price Photo's current rating with the Better Business Bureau is a D and that 60 complaints have been filed against them through the BBB in the last year alone.)
Just want to give everyone a heads up. I placed an order with them (bestpricephoto.com) and a day after, my credit card information had been stolen and used to make fraudulent purchases. I NEVER use this card so its no coincidence that bestpricephoto.com is to blame. A couple of other people had the same problem with their info being used to make fraudulent charges. Got the products on time but BEWARE
The worst experience i ever had among all my online purchases. After waiting for 10 days of my order for a T3i Camera, they said they are waiting for stock and without my permission they cancelled the order.The guy over their customer helpdesk making mockery of me and talking as if they are giving the product to me for free of cost by doing some favor.
I could see a similar site named primotronix.com where the price and the stuff selling are the same.
The pricing of these websites is really good which attract people but dont fell into it as i really feel they are not selling the original product with more than $100 dollar lesser than any regular online stores.
They are a identity theft racquet. They purchase their inventory with stolen credit cards and then scam potential customers with bait and switch tactics. 100% that you will be scammed by these fraudsters. Ever seen the movie "Zohan"? Same type of electronic scam store. What a joke.
There's a reason why you can't read comments on their web site before making a purchase. I wish I had researched this horrible company before I ordered a camera. Every negative comment is true and I am hoping that I don't get charged for anything after I just canceled my order. My in box is FULL of spam since I ordered, and I am getting international telemarketing calls since I cancelled. Print out the sale price and bring it to Fry's where they match on line prices. NOTHING BUT LIES AND LIARS!
