STAY FAR AWAY from this online merchant!!! The .ca website domain is a SCAM; they are SO not a Canadian company, in fact, they're located in Miami. The canvas I received was wayyyyyyyyyy too small for the cheap, 'put-together-yourself' stretcher frame (flimsy, piece of garbage, impossible to achieve a tight stretch/fit when you DIY). Nowhere on their website does it explain that YOU will be the one to stretch the canvas and staple it onto the cheap wood frame that you put together yourself. Tried to contact them, given that they adverstise a "100% Moneyback Guarantee" on their website; what a joke; no response to emails, tried calling to no avail. TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM of a COMPANY.

Darlene W. I had similar experience. I thought they were a Canadian company as well. I ordered 2 canvases which I thought would be shipped in 3 days. After many emails asking about my order, I finally got a reply saying it would be shipped the next day. 3 weeks later, 1 of the 2 ordered finally arrived but mine did not. It's a good thing I didn't order anything for clients from these guys as I would probably be out of business. STAY AWAY

Ordering was easy, delivery was slow.
Ordered 4 for Christmas presents; ALL 4 canvasses were TOO SMALL for the frames.
Website has now not responded to 4 emails and phone number provided does not answer....ever.
was fooled with ".ca" site suggesting Canada. Actually, apparently Miami based so they don't care about Canada.

This is a scam, rip off site. DON'T GO NEAR THIS OUTFIT.

Absolute CRIMINALS. Have taken money and the product has not been delivered. No answer to my emails and no reply to my phone message (the phone line has now been disconnected. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! It is a sponsored website on google.

How do you get ahold of these guys?! I just ordered something that I was charged 55$ for, then realized I should have ordered it smaller and Googled a contact as there is none on the website! now I find this blog saying they are total scammers but I see some people have called them or emailed them?! Im so mad now! I was ordering a gift for a friend and not it's 55$ down the drain...

they sent me a duplicate order to start, although i did receive my canvas it was bad bad quality, the frame that YOU stretch your canvas over is terrible, the print is sub standard, and the cut on it was all wavy, i wouldn't buy from these again , i i wish i found this site beforehand

Complete scam people...Have not and will not receive 2 pictures I ordered with them. Especially disheartening around the Christmas season. I payed with Visa and they are currently investigating the situation with regards to crediting my account.
PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTE CRAP! The colors ran, there are marks all over and the quality is crap.

Wanna try yourself? make sure you'll pay via PayPal, so at least you can get your money back after a month of writings.
I have placed the order and tried to get hold of the company since I wanted to get it faster. They do no answer emails and phone calls. My further investigation led to the knowledge that the company is running by german-polish guy, who is a pure scam.
As soon as I got money back via PayPal, after 1 month I received an email with the invoice. And - surprise! A month later I've got a parcel from them. With someone's print job. So, the company is printing, or just delivering garbage from a printshop nearby. I called them once again, they did not pick up the phone. So, I put everything into my recycling bin. jenn m. I too paid by paypal, after 1 month of emailing finally got my money back and the invoice arrived yesterday and the prints today. I don't know what to do with them, my order was 300 so I don't want to throw them out but I don't want to pay to ship them back. Can they come back at us even though it was their own stupidity for sending them after we got our money back?

I wish I had seen these first... I ordered 5 prints. I received ONE and it's not even a picture I've taken or seen. I have called as well and emailed and haven't heard back. I am filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's office and with the Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Dept.
This place is a SCAM pure and simple. Stay away. I hope people will learn from our mistakes and not get taken by these horrible people!

Most likely a scam.......sent some bogus receipt to my email, haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. No shipping number sent to me, haven't replied to my email. Don't do any business with these scum bags.

Sent bad picture. Contacted to replace. BY phone and by email. Said would replace . 4 months no response. Phone numbers roll to mailbox full. Scam stay away.

Call your CREDIT CARDS! Have not received the product yet as promised by the company, having seen all the bad comments of other customers I immediately called my canadian bank for transaction dispute. They will re-credit my money, I will only have a harder time if the merchant and his bank redisputes my case. Anyway, if you are also a victim suggest do the same so that the bank of FOTOSERVICE KOELN will know that those guys are really scammers.

Horrendous experience! I ordered a canvas in November 2011 for a christmas present. When it didn't arrive when they said it would I emailed. After receiving a suspicious email back (obviously a standard one automatically sent to people who email) I tried phoning...several dozen times over the next few weeks. No response -ever.
Finally after nearly two months I called my credit card company to try to be reimbursed from this fraudulent company. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Ordered 16 Canvas on Nov 15, got a fake shipping notice on Nov 18. It's been 3 weeks and nothing arrived so far. Tried to call them hundreds of times and no one pickup. Sent 5 emails and no replay. Had to call my cretid card company to stop the payment.

I had a great experience with best canvas. Shipment took the regular amount of time to arrive and yes i had to put it together by myself but for the HUGE amount of money I saved compared to other canvas art prices it was worth it. If you can swing a hammer it was no problem at all. One of my three pannels had a tiny smudge but when I called best canvas about the issue at 10pm, they picked up on the first ring and re-sent the piece the very next morning. The one downfall is that the canvas's are not water resistant, meaning if you spill water on it the ink will bleed, but you can get a clear spray paint at micheals or other craft stores for about 6$ to fix this problem. I would and have ordered from this online merchant since. My experience with them has been great.

Ordered from Bestcanvas.ca over three weeks ago. The site says dispatch within 48 hours. I began to get concerned a week later when I had not received anything. I emailed them and got an automatic email stating they would get back to me within 2 days, they did not get back to me. I have now called and emailed countless times with no answer to my calls (the mailbox is full) and no replies to my emails. At this time I wish I had checked out this company before ordering. The only thing that makes me feel better is that i only ordered one canvas and was going to order 5. Best left alone for sure. The price is good but they are cowboys for sure. Now off to call my credit card company...

I had already ordered and paid for a canvas and was awaiting shipment when I came across your website. Needless to say, I was extremely worried about what I would receive, if anything!! My canvas arrived yesterday and it is beautiful! The delivery was timely, the picture turned out great and I am sorry everyone else here had a bad experience, because mine was just the opposite....
