The USPS (FEDS) would confiscate my seeds on occasion. Bcbud happily replaced them. Thats how long I've been doing business with them. I've purchased seeds from every seed bank in the world. A lot of great seeds out there. Customer service at Bcbud has always been great. Its easy. Pay and recieve seeds in about 4-5 days. I recently bought Northern lights from 2 well known vendors. I got 2 different strains. I purchased White Widow from Bcbud when it first came out and recently received another order. Exactly the same. I'll tell you a secret about the White Widow excessively from Bcbud. You can clone the Buds. You will have a cola growing out of virtually every pod. So many you will have to trim (alot). Im 65 now. Ive been growing indoors for 40 years. I think i will just settle in with Bcbud from now on.

This is the way they treat loyal customers so I hope that get a big case of reality and face the fact that they are finished as a company and nothing but dark days ahead for these scammers!@&$$@@ BC BUD!

Waiting 41 days for my order, have three more orders in worth $900 and now they decide to rip everyone off and not return phone calls or e-mails as they have moved to Somalia with all of our money! This is the way they treat loyal customers so I hope that get a big case of reality and face the fact that they are finished as a company and nothing but dark days ahead for these scammers!@&$$@@ BC BUD!

I did eventually get my package... 2 weeks later. I have given up on bcbud.ca and they're empty promises. So I found this new website called releafed.com. I read some reviews about it and I ordered. I made my order on Thursday and it was shipped Friday with a working Canada Post number. I received my order on Wednesday (due to the long weekend). They don't have a big selection but at least you get it on time.

These guys are up to something bad. They take your money and then you never hear back from them. I had ordered twice before and had luck, lengthy wait, this time June 7th and I have heard nothing. No returns to my emails and their voice mail box is full. Threw away $150 and I am pissed. They are thieves! May karma bite their $#*!!

I ordered twice before and it took 2 weeks to come but my last order never did may 9 they took 220$ from me order #******* and still nothing phone don't work and Web site is gone the only name I can find responsible is Anthony B Lonely if someone knows how to get this guy email me let's make sure these guys don't operate again when the legalize it we got to shut down these mail order sites we got to get back are money let's find this guy and put him in jail *******@gmail.com

I'm seeing people with orders starting with the numbers 18... stating that they have not received their orders, mine starts with 17... and I'm never expecting to see anything arrive at this point. If their system is sequential, they have taken many thousands of dollars in, and continue to do so, without the ability or intent of fulfilling their obligations. What a rip off!

In april of this year I made a small order to test them out. Never got anything. So a month later my husband called on my behalf cause I was at work and the order was for him for his health problems. Someone named kattie answered the phoned and started flippin out cause he called them with our # blocked. When we asked about our order and she laughed and hung up then 2 weeks later got a email saying our order is on its way be here in 7 days. Needless to say never got it and now its september. Un f ing real...

It has been 6 weeks since I placed my last order, $320. I have not heard anything back from them other than an email saying that my money was accepted. They don't answer my calls or emails. They don't allow posting of negative testimonials, they are removed or not published at all. Just thought I'd let you know and I will keep you up to date.

Excellent choice of cannabis, however I have stopped using them, since it was taking about 2 weeks on AVERAGE to send out orders for my last few that I placed. They kept telling me that it was because they were changing warehouses, but the more I thought about that the more lame that excuse seemed. Thank God I have found a local dispensary with at least as good selection, and open 7 days 10-10.

Placed an order in early May.
They accepted my money etransfer and sent a email that the order is 'processing'.
Since then I have heard nothing.
I have tried to contact everyday for the past 10 days via there email addresses as well as the telephone # they list ( the telephone message service is full and will not allow you to leave a message).
Nothing - no response whatsoever!

Yes I to had $170. Order never fulfilled Ordered April 29th and nothing to date. 888 not working and nor website! So so many people taken advantage of, frickin happy to see them gone and a shame we can't get our money back considering payments were done email money transfer. Which is traceable! It seems they didn't think on that one!

I left a review about bcbud, and then saw the ad from ash at potcargo.com. I just got my first order, very happy. Great prices. Plus we get $30 off cause we were ripped off from bcbud. Give them a try.

Have placed orders in the past that arrived successfully but each time took progressively longer with less and less customer service availability until this last order made the beginning of June which I still have not received a tracking number for although they made sure to take my money immediately after ordering. The phone number is never answered and the machine is always full so good luck getting any information on your order and thus far the email has been equally useless. At this point I don't care if the order arrives or not I am so done with the headaches of dealing with such a disorganized group like bcbud.ca

I too have been taken for $300, I thought that they were seriously trying to help people
I have been ordering an oz a month since january and it started out ok the last order that I received took almost a month and I should have been smart enough to quit then but I placed another order and now I have been waiting over a month, no tracking number or anything.
Emails and phone calls to them are ignored

Scam! Dont use! I have been using bcbud.ca for a couple months now and HAD a good experience. But no longer use them.The product seemed consistently awesome. I would be happy to add another star if they would just ship the product as fast as they accept payment. My last order took almost 20 days before it was shown as shipped by the post office. Within 24 hour ship time would be acceptable and get a 5 star review. I also told a couple friends who were very happy with them (aside from slow shipping times) and received a few freebies on a very large order.
Only order if you don't mind waiting up to a month to get your product. I won't be ordering again! I've moved on to more reputable suppliers on leafly. I have had good luck with contacting cust serv. In the morning but it sounded like she was getting out of bed.and its the same response of blowing smoke in my $#*!. Update********* looks like they took the money and ran someone please do ddos on their site!

Tip for consumers:
Look harder for a supplier, maybe try leafly.

I ordered on May 2 and it is now May 24 with no shipping notice. There are obviously having major problems and won't say a word to anyone about it. Do not order from here, there are other places to order from. I doubt I will even receive my order. Good thing it was a very small one. Thieves!

I received my first order back in March. However, my most recent order from the 1st of June probably won't be coming anymore. They must have pocketed a lot of money from this without even delivering the goods, it's ridiculous.

I ordered almost $500 worth of bud on May 10,2016 and have nothing to date (July 8,2016).
Have used them for a couple years with success but that seems to have disappeared.
Have sent an email to them daily and to date received 1 reply in early June which said that the busts by the police out west had put a serious damper on them sending out orders but they would most likely be in good shape by the end of June.
Well here it is July and I am feeling like I have been scammed!

BCBud.ca SUCKS! If you like spending money on a service that takes your money asap and runs... this is the place for you. I've made several orders. The first one came in two weeks, The second one came in three weeks and I'm going on a almost 6 weeks for my most recent. Ive spent 1500 plus with them and I can't get a response for the life of me. No email goes answered and they never pick up the phone when I call. The product, if you get it is good but everything else SUCKS! There are much better alternatives out there. They are the worst of the worst Canada has to offer. Its strange that a company that had so much going for them fell apart. Seriously fell apart too. Its like there a bunch of kids that got big fairly quickly and they didn't realise the work that would be involved. Or it went to there heads and they blew it? Regardless I was pleased with a 2 week turn around at the time and was probably there biggest fan. Today, after everything, they have nothing going for them anymore and is very sad. Do some searches for mail order marijuana or buy cannabis online etc. you will find there are much better alternatives. herbaldispatch.com is my preference.

Send hundreds of emails and FB messages. I did for 2 days they finally answered me and sent the product. Harass the crap out of them. Save your envelopes they have return address. I took photos and sent them too them... Dont quit i sent hundred emails one night they begged me not to email them anymore..
