I bought a 130$ battery for my daughters computer we have waited 3 weeks and they sent us a bunk tracking number that no post office or anyone has been able to locate. So we're out 130$ and no charger this place is a scam!

I purchased a battery on January 2nd, we received the wrong battery, according to the websites return policy if you receive an incorrect battery or defective battery they will pay the shipping to return the item and send you the proper item or a refund.

I informed them of the issue right away, taking pictures of both my battery and the one they sent and the screenshot of what i purchased. The battery contacts aren't even located on the same side of the battery.

I emailed them and while waiting days for a response I tried calling their phone number, their number on their website its NOT for them. The company that "built" their website is located in the same building as them, i figured that might give me an opportunity to find out their correct phone number but they also would not answer their phone.

After finally getting an email back from support after several days of waiting, I was told to return the battery and they would send me the right one. I emailed back right away asking for a shipping label, that's the last I heard from them.

I sent several more emails and informed them that I would be contacting paypal since they had not responded to me. A month later I finally got my refund but still no response via email. On paypal it says "item no longer available", more than likely they never had it to begin with. HORRIBLE

Sent PayPal money: no delivery. Would not answer my emails. Positive reviews are 10 years old.

Escribo para los hispanoparlantes. No compren a esta empresa. Compré una batería para mi Laptop Hp Compaq y solo después de dos meses ante una disputa por medio de Paypal, me la enviaron. No recibe carga. No es problema de mi PC, según dicen los técnicos. No responden mensajes ni llamadas por teléfono, para que me la cambien por garantía.

Perfect laptop battery for my Dell XPS Core i7. Arrived very fast, and was able to get a discount right on the site. Very happy with my experience, especially since it was shipped from the USA, as opposed to all these companies shipping their items one month later from China.

Ordered battery from battery provider two + weeks ago - has not arrived.
Company limits contact info - email and voice mail only no human. Have sent several emails and voice mails but no response from company.

I went through amazon.com to replace my MacBook pro 15" lithium battery. First mistake. Second mistake was thinking that you could find a mac battery for less than $150. The battery I ordered was advertised as an Apple macbook 15" lithium battery. Upon delivery, I discovered it was in fact a cheap knock off. Fine, name brand is not a big deal to me. But this battery wouldn't even fit in my computer! And when I contacted the seller, I discovered I couldn't return the battery because it's illegal to ship lithium batteries overseas if you don't own a company. Very disappointed and and angry. If even one person decides not to buy from batteryprovider.com because of my experience, I will rejoice.

I was able to get a battery for my Apple Macbook Pro 13" at $50 off the retail price of Apple. The battery performs really well, it gives me mobility for about 5 hours (which is 2 hours above my battery that came with the macbook pro). I talked to their customer service before ordering, and made sure they could ship it by overnight shipping as I had a business trip the next day. Quite surprisingly, I was able to get the battery 3 hours before my flight, and I am very happy about it. The item was just as described, and came will all instructions for me to properly condition the battery. Very happy customer here, will definitely buy again!

Shipped fast and battery still works after one year. Reliable seller in my opinion.
