Purchased PhilipsHTS7500 after two days was informed that the purchase was processing. I asked what that meant and did they have it in stock they said it was discontinued. I asked for refund no reply. Phone their number got 2Checkout .com in USA asked for refund, got e-mails to indicate it was being refunded and I am Still waiting. Must try my Credit Card Company for refund.AVOID will asked for new credit card to replace existing at same time. PLEASE AVOID

Edward H. Folloe Up: Spoke to Card Company who advise to request refund again Rang 0871 284 4844 where I got 2Checkout.com Inc. she sounded American. Told her my problem:- that Philips had discontinued item and asked for refund. She said she would implement a refund and email me back. She did and also I got a copy of her email to Bargain-Mad to make a refund. Three days later I checked with my Credit Card Company and a refund had benn made back to my account. Job sorted.

Ive had similar experience as below, ordered a new TV on a Saturday eve. - by monday lunchtime had no confirmation of order email from them and item was stilll showing in my basket - (despite being charged by their payment provider) . no telephone number for them to conatact so cancelled order with them as I was after the TV quickly. A month later I am still chasing a refund of over £500 pounds on an item that never even shipped. They havenrt responded to my last 2 emails regaring a refund - my advice - AVOID THIS SITE

Dont trust this company, will rip you off and take your money and you will receive no product. Day light robbery is what this company are up to. Two months I have been waiting for a refund because I never received my T.V, took the last two months to get my money back and thats after about 20 different e-mails to this company and still nothing, kept fogging me off. Finally got on to the payment conpany who take to money on behalf of Bargainmad. 2Checkout.com the company are and told them the story and all they want is to see you asked for a refund by senting Bargainmad a e-mail, so save all you email to bargainmad and then call 2Checkout.com @ 0871 284 4844. Maybe wrong but the only good comment left for this company is by a person called Neil Hmmm is that the same Neil that works in customer service for Bargainmad. The prices on this site look very low but trust me I wouldnt buy ANYTHING from them!!!

I just ordered a camera from them and then read this blog. I never received any confirmations or responses to my emails, the web site went down so I contacted Check2.com who processed the transaction. Fortunately the transaction never went through so I didn't suffer. This appears to be a one man sole trader in Ipsich. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'm having exactly the same experience as others, and wish I'd checked this company out before I placed my order.

My order was placed for a Samsung TV, and no emails were received until after four days I requested a refund through 2checkout.com (their payment provider), which emailed bargin-mad.co.uk who finally got in touch with me.

This is the only email I've received from them to date, and it states "An email was sent to you shortly after your order was received asking what item did you order, as although payment was received no product showed up. Please let us know the item ordered so we can process your order asap".

They're claim that they'd sent an email is simply untrue as I've received no emails from them, nor have they replied to any of my responses to this email.

I've re-opened my ticket with 2checkout.com to ask them (again) for a refund, and hopefully this time they will oblige.

Ordered a LG 24" monitor on Friday 10th September and received it this morning. I received a confirmation email of my order, then i was sent 2 seperate emails containing despatch information and a tracking number so great service and good prices. I know that a lot of companies save on customer service to offer cheaper prices but i had no problems here with any part of this website. Would recommend highly
