Balianti IT Consulting was excellent to work with. They took all the hassles away in delivering what I needed for my project. I was screwed by 2 other companies before and wasted time and monies until i came to Balianti, i am extremely happy with the outcome. They delivered fast and to my expectations in half the time. I highly recommend them

He also uses payment methods like paypal and such to screw contractors on repairs after they are done he reclaims the money. Be very careful doing any repairs for his subway franchises in connecticut as a matter of fact doing any buisness with him outside of a subway sandwich

I had the chance of working in this company, this company is run by one man under 3 - 4 different names. He's in US while his design team is in Pakistan, I was hired as Team Lead in his Pakistan office. This guy Aamir is a total fraud, nothing is organized in the company, he treats his employees as trash, worst office environment, no respect, we were forced to work extra hours without extra pay, he literally abuses you while talking and I can go on and on.

And after only a couple of months, I had to leave the company because this job was driving me crazy. Everybody in the company kept telling me to take the next salary and just quit but I gave him a notice like a gentleman. Guess what? He started abusing and threatening me and started blaming me for things that I didn't even do. For example, he threatened me of legal action for fraud and data theft even though I was still working in the company and hadn't left at that time.

Even after leaving the company, this guy kept calling me from different phone numbers and kept threatening me to join back (as he needed me for a couple of projects) or otherwise he'd take legal actions against me.

Like I've said before, this guy is a total fraud. Before signing any contract with him, visit his office and ask to meet his team in USA (he doesn't have ANY team in US).

We signed a contract to have balianti.com develop our site for X amount of dollars. Well 8 months after site was supposed to be done guess what, it still didn't work and he handed us a bill for $15,000 more than agreed. This is still after site did not work correctly. Within the contract it stated that all extra work would be done at $20.00 an hour. Amir also had other companies who was paying Balianti.com to develop their site. Well Amir being the honest Muslim that he is, was trying to get us to implement things from these other websites from other companies that owned the intellectual property rights to use on our site. We spent $50,000 on marketing and advertising for this site when the site was supposed to be done. 8 months later it still didn't work and $50,000 plus was down the drain. Amir says he has a complete design team here in the United States. Another lie. He hired all aspects of his design team from Pakistan. You cannot trust Balianti.com or the contract signed by Amir. He told us he has servers inhouse. ANOTHER LIE. Do not trust Balianti.com. He will sell or give your ideas to other companies. Littlelegacies.com was a company he stole information from and wanted to implement their strategy into our site.

I highly reccommend this professional if you want the best in quality! He did a flash animation for me that was just amazing. I have shown it to several people and they also were really impressed. Amir was very patient with me and even allowed me to request some revisions. His prices were fair but his quality of work is really great. I would gladly use his services again in the future. It took me many hours of work to search through all the flash animators until i chose him and it was worth it! Oh yea and i couldn't believe how fast, he finished the whole project in just a few days. Amazing work! Thanks again Amir,

This was a challenging project with lots of moving parts: web design, flash, php, web services and more. Amir and his team did an excellent tying it all together and over delivering on the project!

These guys are some crooks. They built me a site that had so many security flaws. I was hacked and my site was defaced. Thousands of dollars down the drain and they hang up on me whenever I call them. Buyer Beware!
