I placed an order and did not receive confirmation of the order being processed or shipped. After 10 days I reached out to B Glowing to inquire about my order of various hair products. They proceeded to cancel my entire order and stated in a generic automated email with the message "item is no longer available". All four items are no longer available? Do you not have the inventory to ship to your customers? Why not have a customer service rep reach out to me to offer alternatives? They obviously don't care about their customers so I'll take my business elsewhere for my Oribe hair products. I don't recommend this company so beware!

Pretty much only buy this tanning lotions now. I was using jergens but the fragrance got to me after some time and always leaves a sort of rash

I placed my order on Monday and got my amazing goodies on Wednesday. I ordered some It Cosmetics and Becca. Really pretty packaging and free samples too. Love the brands they stock and can't wait to get more.

I spent $73 on two eye cream. I bought because it said you can return within 30 days. I used for about 14 days and it was making the area around my eyes itch. I asked for a way to return it. I was told that I could not return it because I purchased it on sale. The fine print says returns on non-sale items. Here's exactly what it says for returns"If for some reason you are not happy with your non-sale, gently used, item within 30 days of receipt." I would never have tried this product if I would have know this.

Ordered my eye cream with no problems! Great price, great serice and deleivered with no problem. I will order again!

I love the free samples! It doesn't matter what you order, you always get at least 3 free samples. And, the products that b-glowing carries are quite unique. My new favorite lip gloss is from a brand I had never heard of until I found it at b-glowing. Shipping is always super fast and I've never had an incorrect order. The site is also really easy to navigate and shop by brand, by concern, or by product type. It's my go to for all things beauty!

Used the entire bottle, it does smell good, but did nothing for moderate discoloration on arms and chest. They will not let you post negative reviews on their website, only keep the 4-5 star reviews...not fair to the public!

This site mainly carries niche and many globally conscious brands. I was very pleased with my order from this site. My order arrived promptly. The items were beautifully packaged in red tissue paper and samples presented in a red organza bag. Love their customer service!

Website glitched and put duplicate orders. Customer service won't cancel! Even after I returned the products, they would not process the refund and took them forever to answer their phone or email. SO why risk your money shopping on this $#*!ty website when you could buy the same products elsewhere?
