please please please don not buy from these bastards!!! my uggs never arrived but i did take out a dispute with paypal and i did get my money back so there is hope! it took paypal ages tho, the cheeky chinese $#*! even had the cheek to say she would give me a discount if i ordered another pair!! as the old saying goes if its too good to be true it usually is so go to a proper ugg store next time and never trust the wrethches again..... i wish u all luck with getting your money bk xx

I paid for boots from this site that havent arrived and am now in a claim with pay pal to get back my money the site has since dissapeared but a ste called australia ugg shop .com has now appeared selling the same with all the exact wording and faqs as the previous site also the site is chinease not uk it looks like its a scam unfortunatly stay well clear.

I also ordered three pair off Uggs for a Christmas present on the 9th of december. Now the website is not available anymore. I also thought that paying through paypal is a kind of insurrance. Now I believe I was a fool to believe that. My money is gone and three people are very disappointed for not receiving the Uggs as a christmaspresent. Who can help me???

I ordered 2 pairs of Uggs from this website on 07.12.09 thinking it was a official site. The website has now disappeared and im left out of pocket with no sign of the boots. I stupidly thought that because i was paying through paypal i would be protected but they havent yet done anything to resolve this issue. Im now left £125 out of pocket and no boots that were promised as gifts at christmas.

Have been scammed by this outfit which sells fake UGG boots stinking of Paint, and lined with fur rather than sheepskin. They are unresponsive to all attempts to communicate and having googled the support number provided, namely 646 520 0833, it seems that this number is also associated with a number of other scams, operating via the following websites amongst others:
