I had the most amazing experience with my customer care rep. That's right, there was only one. I was always speaking with the same person, the person who knew my whole story, so I didn't have to explain it from the beginning each time. I could just reply right back to the email chain, and got answers, and amazing assistance promptly and effectively. I ordered three dresses, and they are gorgeous, great material, and well made. I LOVE this company, and will definitely be shopping there again!
I placed an order for an item that ended up being way too short, not great material, PLUS slightly different from the product showed online. I went to check out their return policy only to see that they do not readily accept returns, only exchanges, and they charge a restocking fee to boot. Not a fan!

I love love love all their clothes, found them on instagram and just fall in love with every post! Anyways i ordered 2 dresses and a jumpsuit all fit me very well and looked exactly like the photos. Just need to lose some weight and I will look really cute. I got free shipping and i got a discount for my order because it was my first order.

I bought 4 dresses from Auemay I found them because one of the bloggers I follow on instagram was wearing their clothes. I loved all but 1/4 of my dresses. It was a big too short for me. The quality of all my purchases was really nice and super cute.
The return policy was super easy, they didn't charge me a restocking fee, the return was super easy and when they received my return they issued me a refund right away. I think they have updated their policy and allow returns now because someone told me before they didn/t

Customs lost my order and the service person did a really nice job in helping me retrieve my order and even tho is wasnt their fault they provided me with a new one now that is really good service
