Called the customer care 6 times but nothing!
Their customer care representatives have shown a complete lack of empathy and professionalism, callously looking at our situation. To add to the distress, my father is currently facing a severe health condition, and we trusted this company to provide genuine help. I have concrete evidence of their dismissive behaviour, recorded during interactions with their customer support. I asked about REFUND POLICIES, they are not even answering my question and were talking about something else and also they disconnected my call 2-3 times on hearing about REFUND.! Shockingly, the company lacks any review section on their website or a dedicated complaint number, making it nearly impossible for people like us to raise our concerns. Funny thing is we cancelled the order before and they called us tonnes of times asking for the reasons and now when we want to connect with someone to understand more clearly regarding medicines, they are unable to direct us to them. I urge everyone to be cautious. Your money and well-being deserve better.

After giving medicine they don't even answer your calls instead make false promises for callback. Amit Verma sent medicine for my mother as she was facing issues with her feet. He just made false promises that if no results found I will take care of it. After few days my mother called them everyone said that they will arrange a callback from Amit Verma but no one has called.

Most Irresponsible and Unprofessional Unani Pharmaceutical company that 'does not care' about it's reputation and value at all. It does not bother them that a huge Syndicate gang involving 'high scale Medical and Financial Fraudulent Activity' is being run using their founder "Hakim Suleman's Identity". Highlighting this company's utmost Negligence, it has absolutely "no clue" till date that how come it's patients' encrypted data/information gets breached, leaked and reaches out to the fraudsters who defraud these patients for 'stupendous amounts of money' by sending them fake medicines using courier services in name of treating and curing serious health conditions such as kidney, heart issues etc. Moreover, based on my personal experience, "Atiya Herbs completely sidelines and ignores their victimized patients" on being informed about such crimes that have been going on for years. It shouldn't come as a surprise if it's discovered as it could be a possibility that any insider(s) or employee(s) from within the company him/herself is involved in leaking their own patients' encrypted data forming a 'Well planned Nexus'. Otherwise how come this vast scale Fraudulent Activity has been taking place for years and still going on?
I approached Atiya Herbs in February 2022 in hope of getting treated for a major health issue. Their medicine hardly benifit me but instead I eventually became victim of huge fraud in their name for which they take no responsibility! I've shared my initial receipt as well as also few photos of parcel and fake medicines that I received later!
Atiya Herbs should be held "absolutely accountable" for these Acts of Frauds before the Health Ministry and Media outlets at both State as well as the Central level!

Based on various good reviews, I ordered 2 medicines from Atiya Herbs. I received the medicines but not in the committed time. It took more time for delivery than what they told me. Company need to focus on their delivery part. Medicines are good and effective.

Very expensive medicines... I have done 4 months course of P-Care capsules but first three months there was no problem but now at the end of the course, the problem is reversed back again... Jo problem thi woh ab firse waapis aagayi... So, these medicines are just complete wastage of money and time also.

No authorised doctor will talk to you and give you irrelevant medicine just to make money out of it.

Atiya Herbs takes quality seriously. The products I tried were of exceptional quality, clearly made from carefully sourced herbs and ingredients.

Expensive medicines which dont work. Unqualified doctors. I have used 5-6 bottles of medicines for 2 different problems both didnt work. Waste of time and money

Thode sabdo mai samjho. Inke products nhi kharidne chahiye koi araam nhi milega,fake.customer care bat tamizi se baat krte hai,faaltu mai or dawai chipkane ki koshish krte hain.

After trying several methods to cut fat i came to know about F care herbs from TV show, i talked with doctor there and they send me this F care capsuels. Yes, this medicine has reduced my fat, waist fat and blood pressures problem has also come down. I did not have to do any extra efforts. I only took F care capsuels. The problem is that you have to pay before delivery and then wait for medicines. But i am happy with my results.

Once they sold their product u will not be able to connect with them but beofre selling the product they will call you continuously untill the u but their product.
I bought one p care and after that doctors wont connect with you.

I have skin problem and was advised to take L care. Spent Rs. 6000/- and no relief. Doctors do not show any concern. No feed back taken.

I am using S-Care capsules since last 2 months, the medicine is very good. But every time I ordered the medicine the Atiya Herbs team showed a pathetic response after taking order. They don't have any tracking of the orders they dispatched, even they will not be able to tell you whether your order has been dispatched or not even after 10 days. In my first experience I didn't get medicine in 10 days it's hardly two day job in NCR (Delhi to Ghaziabad), I make several follow ups, than I got 3 consignment for the same order after one week.
Second time I ordered and called up for courier details after 5 days, they told that medicine has been dispatched and it will reach within a day or two. After 5 more days I called up as I didn't receive the medicine, they were repeating the same sentence " it will reach, please wait". I called up several times in a single day & repeatedly asked for courier detail. Than they told they can't deliver the medicine on that address. I told them why they didn't tell this earlier, they were not able to answer. I again requested them to send the medicines on a different address on urgent basis, this time again the same story happened and I am still waiting for the medicines. Each time I am calling them, a new person is picking the phone and saying he/she will check and call me back. They don't have any tracking mechanism to check whether for any customer courier has been sent or not.

So if you are using the medicines from Atiya Herbs, follow up them regularly if the medicine you ordered has been dispatched or not, else God knows when you'll get it.

I erroneously booked for C care medicine instead of T care. While getting confirmation call I came to know about the mistake and I requested them to replace it with T care which I required. They assured me for change but they sent the Care instead of T Care. I overheard one employee making obnoxious comments. Hakim Suleman is widely accepted and highly respected by all Indians and world at large for his knowledge and behaviour. Alas, Some persons in his office are disgracing his company.
I am his diehard client/Patient ever since I came to know about him. I wish him a long life. Please look into the matter.
