I have been very disappointed with aritiza as their quality has declined over the years, I have experienced major pilling with all there clothing items. The seems and hemming are done sloppy and is simply not worth the price. They call themselves a "luxury" store, but their quality doesn't met those standards. I advise everyone to save their money and shop elsewhere as aritzia is using cheap materials and charging over 100 dollars for something that will only last one maybe two wears.

I got a winter jacket that never shipped even though i ordered with priority shipping, I had to call two weeks later and they told me, "well i guess you were never going to receive the jacket!" They refused to return my payment on anything but a gift card when I need a winter jacket asap and the store was sold out in my size. They then gave me the option to drive to the original store 8 hours away to put the money back on the original card. They were completely unapologetic. I was also on and off the phone for 3 hours.

The received product is not matching with the one from the websites' photo.
The customer service is playing stupid and refuses to waive the shipment costs even though they sent the wrong product.

I was the last one at the mall of America store on Saturday, January 6. The salesperson knew full well that money was an issue for me and walked me through the store getting more items for me, telling me that they're such a deal that they're on sale, indicating that I csn review what I got at home with home lighting. That I can always decide at home and bring back what I don't want. None of the three let me know that it was final sale. They even talked me into buying a hat at the cashier. There was no mention that the $600 in merchandise was final sale. Disgusting.

Received a Sunday Best Peggy sweater as a gift. Washed it with care as per instructions. It shrunk to child size. Aritzia does not stand by its product as they would not offer an exchange. It was a gift, I did not have a receipt. It is clearly Aritzia's merchandise. I would give 0 stars if I could. $128 sweater now worthless.

Aritizia is the worst. They have the worst policies of ANY store I have ever been in. If you need to return something that you order on line, they make you present the original email even though they are able to pull it up in the store (because the manager did that when I couldn't find my receipt and only because I spent about $2000 over the few weeks before). And recently I ordered another$1000 worth of merchandise with the advertisement that I could get up to 50% off. Of course all my items were only 10% off and when I went to return 2 of the 10 items, they told me they were final sale because I got a 10% discount on them. That is outrageous and highway robbery. Nothing said final sale in it and if it did, it was microscopic so you wouldn't notice it. I put up such a stink in the store that they gave me store credit but I don't even want to ever step foot in that place again. They are theives. I have three daughters and it has been my go to spot for them but never again!

I have been a regular customer at Aritzia for a while now but I have come to realize how terrible their service is and how snobby their employees are. I have shopped at Aritzia a lot and I a button break in half on the fly of my cargo pants and they refused to even send me a new button. They have some nice clothes but their policies are terrible compared to other places that I shop at. I do not recommend shopping here because they will not help you out at all and the prices are very high for the quality.

Worn for 3 days (see picture) wanted me to purchase new coat then send and wait for refund. My daughter also bought a sweatshirt that arrived with tears all over. Not worth the money or the hassle of returning. They should offer a replacement once item is confirmed shipped back.

So first off I ordered 4 all season car tires and they sent me one ring and it says on there website 3-5 business days didn't receive the item that wasn't even the correct item for two weeks that website is a scam don't do it

I wouldn't recommend using this site at all first they tell you you will get ur item 3-5 business days it took about 10 business days and then they don't send u the correct stuff it's deff a scam website

I gotta say I love most of the stuff I buy from Aritzia. I also like that it has resale value, so if I decide I'm done with it someone will buy it off marketplace or something for a decent price. But I'm so disappointed with their return policy, I feel like they rip money out of my pockets. I bought a hoodie and pants in the same transaction and used up a gift card that wasn't enough to cover either item alone. When I returned the pants, they gave me the gift card before refunding the rest to my bank card, though I kept the hoodie. Makes me mad that they lock in my money like this.

Used to be my favorite store. I'm petite and they have my size. I love clothes here, but due to my experience:
First, never buy anything cropped or any sweater online, especially if it's final sale or sale at 50% off or more. Go to the store and try them or you can't return. I have purchased a sweater for $60 and super itchy and way too cropped, had to throw those money away. Couple crop tops that are over cropped, dresses that are smaller than usual. It's better to spend $10 on gas than throwing hundreds away.
Gave 3 stars because of some stuff that I purchased were good quality and fit me well. Just need to shop in store instead of online, that is the only con.

This business is great- been shopping here for 12 years. Yes they have sales that only discount the item by 5-10% which renders the item not fully refundable to your original form of payment. Simply read their return policy or ask in store and they will kindly explain; it is not that hard. The customer service has been 100% perfect and I order multiple times throughout the month. The only thing I can note is the warehouse has started to miss items when you return by mail so I do video record all return packaging now. CS still is super helpful every time.

Had a package go missing, no fault of my own, and now they will no longer deliver to my house. Not even like, make you sign for it, just forever will no longer deliver. They say this is to keep a standard of service, but in reality, it shows they do not care about having my business. Essentially I should have let the package just be lost instead of reporting it. What a literal joke,

The absolute worst customer service. I am warning everyone reading this message to invest their loyalty and business in companies that actually accommodate and resolve issues in a timely, respectful, friendly manner.

The most disgusting attitudes, outdated processes and overall horrible experience dealing with anyone I've contacted. I will never again order anything from this company and advise everyone to do the same.

My first and I now am sure will be many other trips to Ariztia. In this day and time customer service is the connection that I always appreciate and look for while shopping. I'm very pleased with the friendly and personal attention that Elizabeth provided to me while at the store on St Catherine street in Montreal. She was both attentive to me and helpful with offering alternative choices to my interests. Aritzia, you have a jewel here as an employee and she deserves good reviews and attention. I am one very pleased customer and will surely drop by to visit the next time in town…bravo to you Elizabeth!…Helen from VT.

J'ai commandé 2 chandails en cashmere et ils sont tout simplement parfaits! Belle qualité de vêtement, livraison hyper rapide, rien de négatif à mentionner. Je n'ai pas eu de retour à faire, je ne peux donc parler de cet aspect. Un peu cher mais c'est le prix à payer pour cette belle qualité. A noter que le gris est un peu teinté lilas. Cela me convient mais ne conviendrait peut-être pas à toutes.

Quality of products is horrible. Paid $80 for a sweatshirt, washed once and the color came out in random spots. You almost feel bad for customer service team because they have to stand behind their bad products and policies. They knowingly sell defective products and target young people into thinking it's "high end fashion." They're an unethical company that pays and treats their people poorly. The CEO is a disgusting privileged white male that is taking advantage of people and our environment by producing garbage clothing. I hate to even give them one star.

Aritzia used to be great, good quality, worth the price but now not so much. Recently, I always leave the store feeling unsatisfied and unsure of my purchase. I feel rushed and it doesn't help that the return time is only 10 days. Most of the time I'm not able to make it back by then. I recently bought a skirt for $80 and when I tried it on I loved it but since then it has been falling apart rapidly. The hook above the zipper on the back COMPLETELY fell off within a few weeks and there are loose threads everywhere. I always make sure to follow the proper care instructions so this is outrageous. Worst part is Aritzia won't listen and will continue to charge outrageous prices for cheaply made items. I used to be able to trust that Aritzia would use high quality fabrics but now its all plastic and polyester. ALWAYS check tags!

That's not all! The employees at Aritzia are almost never pleasant people. They are very snobby and pretentious. They always put on a very sarcastic and pretentious voice, very fake and rude. They are always laughing around with coworkers and refuse to acknowledge me even when I call for help. Either that or they're constantly bugging me, making me uncomfortable. Almost opening my curtain and asking me if I am okay every single second. I appreciate them asking but opening or getting close to me is unacceptable.

Oh and lastly, I ordered online and for my item to be picked up in store. I repeatedly asked for a size S instead of XS. The worker even asked me twice and specifically said "You would like an S right" and I said yes both times. When I went to pick up guess what size it arrived in. SIZE XS. I was incredibly angry. I needed that top for an event quick. Thankfully their shipping time is small but still.
Might boycott Aritizia at this rate.

I hate that they refund as store credit instead of direct to bank. Price high, quality okay. Oh, I always buy online, customer service in store is always very rude, felt like walked in a crowed of high school girls who are all just too popular. However, customer service on the phone is awesome.

I bought a pair of leggings online. The first pair has several ridiculous black lines, then I asked for an exchange, The second one has multiple holes, then I asked for exchange again, the third pair still have one hole! I contacted their customer service, she said she bought several pairs too, all pairs are in great condition! So I am a picky customer? So rude!

Why bother having items on your website and have stuff that can't be shipped for over 2 months or more? Lame. If you don't have the product, don't put it on your site. This company leave a lot to be desired. Actually, so much so that I no longer shop there! They failed too many times and are now history. Goodbye Aritzia, you blew it and I'll be surprised if you're still in business by the end of 2020. Oh, and nobody will miss you and your ignorant sales associates and $#*!ty change rooms with no mirrors in the stalls.

My first online international shopping experience with Aritzia was very disappointing. I received the Wilfred twirl black skirt with a white mark on it and threads coming from it. I paid 150 USD for the skirt in addition to the custom charges, but now I will have to return it. Aritzia claims on its website that it incorporates eco-friendly policies. But sending flawed pieces to your international customers will only lead to having these pieces shipped back again causing an easily avoidable environmental damage.

Their website charges sales tax to some items to PA. There is no sales tax on clothing in PA by law (with some exceptions which the mens superpuff does not fall under). I contacted Aritzia concierge BEFORE making the purchase about this and they assured it it was their system issue and that I'd be refunded the sales tax. But now they're refusing to refund me. Illegal tax practices!
