“They will steal from you and get away with it easily!”

My Opinion Careful the folks at ARA are thieves, and cheats! They simply and brazenly just stole my diamonds and deny any and all hoping I go away. *Please take pictures, weights, tracking+signature confirmation, and keep a detailed itemized list before shipping here, do not send diamonds especially nice diamonds what-so-ever to ARA if even doing business with ARA at all. I understood and understand most "gold buying" "businesses" are basically just scammers, parasites and thieves. Although I had heard good things about ARA. I send in two shipments of my gold, silver, and diamonds. ARA offers 2% below market price for gold, 10% below for silver and absurdly low insult offers for diamonds. ARA stole more than a couple of princess cut diamonds from me and are hoping I go away by ignoring me. I sent them pictures of my gold diamond ring with diamonds before shipment to ARA and after what they returned to me. Make sure you call and "lock-in" your prices or else they will choose their own "lock-in" price. Payment takes fourteen days typically to get your check, which is slow. These folks do not pay for the secondary silver/palladium/copper/platinum etc. value found, they just keep it. (Example: 14k gold ring with 9k copper and about 1k of palladium you will get paid only for the gold (at -2% below market albeit) but not the other valuable metals. ARA also keeps cubic zirconia and "secondary" also known as "semi-precious" gems even though cubic zirconia still is $6.00 dollars per carat, which adds up quickly when you get thousands of shipments. The acid that they apparently use for diamond removal left my other diamonds with black marks on the outside. Those diamonds are effectively "junk" now as I consider it. It is much better to pay a local jewelry store worker a couple bucks to remove your diamonds with care in front of your eyes. I will be talking to the Dallas County Sheriff to see if I can get my diamonds, put in a official report hopefully for future reference against them. Put in an official complaint to the appropriate regulatory office hope they audit this place, there is likely to be some more criminal activity here given how they treated me and the nature of this business (My opinion, not a fact until proven in court of law). I strongly doubt these type of folks are following the law 100%. Unravel what, if anything, they have to hide. Deanna I need my diamonds back, if you folks are not happy about paying $1,249 dollars per one troy ounce for gold to have the market fluctuate down to $1222 bucks blame it on your business structuring don't steal my diamonds to try to make up the difference! You have not given me value, I gave you folks value. Think twice before sending anything besides maybe gold to ARA. Thank You for NOTHING!
