We have purchased from this website twice. There product quality is excellent. The prices are 1/3 of what they charge in stores for reveres osmosis systems that are not as good. I would highly recommend dealing with this company. Aaron Southern Ontario
I installed an Aquasafecanada Reverse Osmosis system under my kitchen sink about eight years ago with no problems. This week a filter canister came loose from the filter housing and flooded my kitchen and living room. Inspection determined that the housing threads had become brittle and could be easily peeled back with a thumbnail. System pressure is regulated at 65 PSI and there was nothing close to this filter that could precipitate a failure.The plastic wrench which came with the system was also brittle and could be broken by finger into little short pieces. It had been at least four years since the filters had been last changed and they were not dirty when removed now. It is apparent to me that the plastic Aquasafe uses has a rather short useful life. I replaced with a reputable brand.

It would be nice if one could order parts on their webiste. I spent 20 minutes trying to purchase a part for my system. Got bilked $5 for some scam donation and can't get to the carty to make the purchase. Buy from a reputable wholesaler and avoid the hastle. PISS poor service.
On our second system after the 1st lasted almost a decade of consistent use. So far so good.
Tip for consumers:
If you subscribe to their email list then you can get some pretty sweet deals on filter changes when they have sales. It's a good time to restock.
Worst customer service ever! Product is poorly made and very cheap... had nothing but problems. Do not recommend!
