This company is horrible!! Do NOT order from them! They sent me a defective dress-looked NOTHING like the item online and when I sent the item back, and received confirmation from the shipper that Aphrobridal received the item, they lied to me telling me they did not have it, then later said they have to wait for the item to be "processed" and tell me they are "pretty sure" I'll get my money back. They stole my money and I have no wedding dress. Save yourself heart ache---do not order from this company
I ordered a dress from this company, big mistake!! They charged my credit card and then claimed I never paid them. You can't get anyone on the phone so you have all contact via email with people who barely speak English. The company refused to acknowledge that I paid them even though I have the authorization number and the charge on my credit card bill. So now I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card and still don't have a dress. DO NOT BUY FROM aphrobridal.com!!!!
Can you tell chinaDDS to shut down fraud sites or do they not do that in China. I know in the US some hosting companies would do that.

i think i was scammed. I placed an order 2/2/12 and it immediately appeared on my cc thru a paypal purchase. its been almost 2 weeks and they havent confirmed i even placed an order! I have called the numbers, they do not work, i am using a calling card and dialing 011 86 first...
I think I was scamed as well. I ordered a dress from them on the first of Feb.. 2012 and still not even an email confirming my order. But they sure took my payment from paypal as well. I am not so sure as to what we should do or if we can do anything I guess at this point I am still just praying that my dress arrives. My wedding is March 17th on a low budget if it doesn't get here I am screwed.
Hi s.j I just went back on this site and was looking at other dresses and reading more reviews. Have you noticed that they have not answered any comments since 2011 and earlier. Not that I found anyways.
yeah, i crossed my fingers as I googled them prior to ordering and saw some good and some bad reviews... so I took the plunge, thinking it is protected thru paypal. not sure if that is the case... I ordered express, did you? along those lines, there is no reason my order shouldnt be here by next friday, since they say "ships in 10 business days" the following monday at the latest, i have a little more time, june 1st, but not really if nothing is coming! all the other shops want like 4 months!! good luck and I will keep you posted on any arrivals. I am thinking i will call paypal over the weekend and ask if they "guarantee" their vendors, as if it is a scam, they shouldnt put their stamp on it! Then its off to the credit card company, i am at least going to call to log a possible issue before making any payments on the charge and see what they recommend as far as waiting, and filing a dispute. all the reviews i saw on THIER site were positive of course...

Wow, Yes I did order express and with the 10 day theory I should have mine by next Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. So I will you keep you up to date on everything. I think I might try to stay up late and do the live chat thing tonight being that China's daytime is our night. If I get throught to anyone I will again let you know. have you heard anything? i got what looked like an apology email saturday and an email saying my order shipped on monday, with a tracking number they said wont show for a few days, hopeful it will arrive soon. No response to my request for an express refund. As it was not express but if it arrives and in good shape, i will be happy. some reviews i found were not too good on quality.
Some of these prices are too good to be true...Is there a reason for that...like maybe that they aren't true? Anyone that has used this site to buy dresses it would be great if you could give me an idea if they are loyal enough. THANK YOU :)
Hi Alexandrea, I think you're right that they are too good to be true. On their website it says they are listed in all these directories, but when I looked them up they weren't actually listed. I think they are probably phonies. Sorry!

hi Alexandrea im also looking for a wedding dress and the two sites iv looked at also have great prices and there company is based in china!! it kind of makes me scared to order from them! the two sites are beebuyer.com and floradresses.com i found the same dress on both sites! i want it so bad!!! but like i said im scared of getting ripped off! let me know how evrything goes wih you!
hi everyone, i took the risk on 25th of march and ordered my wedding dress from aphrobridal, it paid off, i got my dress on 9th of april and it is everything i could have dreamed about, it is georgous, everything the web site said it would be, i would recomend anyone ordering from them, great service, and great comunication if needed,
I can say sitejabber is full of horror stories about brides getting ripped off by sending their money to china and then never getting their dress. Some people say they got their dress on time, others say they lost their money and didn't even have a dress for their wedding. I think there are some things in life you can skimp on and save the $$$, but I wouldn't dream of doing that for your wedding dress. It is okay to get screwed by buying a computer from China that never gets to you and you get ripped off, but not a wedding dress.... at least not for me..
I really dont know I really want a trur answer can anyone give me a hhhhhhonest answer I dont have a lot of money and I really cant affoord to ripped not on this day anybody know this site aphrobridal are any other resonable one sincerly

I have had a look on aphrobridal and have fallen in love with one of the dresses. No other dress I have seen compares to it. I am wary from ordering from them as would like to see what the dress looks like on me and not a model and if i really didn't like it on i'm not sure if I would get a full refund. Would be great to hear from anyone who has ordered and returned or had good/bad experiences.
I just received my dress from aphrobridal!!
To be honest, I was really hesitant about ordering a wedding dress from this website, but I figured that I spend $160 on a bunch of things that don't matter so why not take the risk. My dress (Style W1000020) came in less than 2 weeks! I just ordered it on Oct 15, and it was delivered to me today on Oct 28.
I am extremely happy with the results. I had the dress custom made to my size and it fits very well.
For $160, my wedding dress is beautiful. There are a few areas that if you look closely, you can see stiching, but you really have to be staring very closely at the gown. So, if little minute things like this bother you, then you may want to reconsider, but to me, I could barely tell... And for the amount of $$ that I am saving, I'll take the very minor inperfection!
I would definitely recommend this site.

this website is based out of china. if you don't like what is sent to you (if it's sent at all), you'll have very little recourse.
Mandy - i can send you pictures of my dress if you would like to see. I have had someone send me a private email and I sent her pictures. She wound up ordering her dress from here, too. She also sent me pictures of her dress.
I am very hesitant about ordering from this sight, but as Sandy R says, sometimes you have to take a chance, the dress I like is not available on other sights, looked at loads, believe me! Think I will take the plunge, will let you know how I get on.
that makes me really nervous - just make sure you cover all your bases and pay with a credit card that would give you protection - and keep all evidence of their confirmations and promises!
