I signed up for a ''free'' 5 day membership to get some extra cash in a game. Today when wanting to cancel i realized i had been charged $1 for my ''free'' membership and if i wanted to cancel the trial it would cost an additional $1. I also read here that even though cancelling you will eventually start getting charged for the premium membership which is $39.99. Clicking the customer service button does absolutely NOTHING and when i try to log into my account it just takes me back to the frontpage, no matter how many times i've tried. I've tried sending a mail but i doubt it'll lead anywhere.

Do not go here. Same problem others have said... charged $40 on day one of "free" trial, no way to reach customer service, ( except for the chick who is there to get you to sign up). Tried to charge one pound British to process the cancel, but when we entered our email and card number it wouldn't recognize the account. This site is trouble.And it ain't over yet(:
These scumbags charge you a dollar to cancel online, what a bunch of crooks.
This company needs to be investigated. I have no recollection of signing up for a movie service. They have my email address and credit card (obviously because I was charged $39 and change) I checked my email after calling their customer support company (separate from Any-time Movies). When I started questioning the charge the lady started getting defensive. I have to imagine all they get are refund calls. She quite firmly informed me that they have a strict no-refund policy. That is ridiculous to say the least. After a minute of that bull, I asked for her supervisor. She took a second then informed me that he had stepped away from not only his desk, but had left the building. So I asked to speak to his boss. Apparently the call center was under no supervision when I called, because there was no other manager/supervisor there. I have worked in a call center and there were always a couple levels of management present. The "customer service" lady told me the name of the company she works for is Fitschigogerl out of California. I believe that is the spelling she gave me. I am unable to find that company doing a quick Google search. She could not give me any contact information for Anytime Movies. Very cheap business ethics from both companies.
Go to hell Anytime-Movies - I've been conned $47.00 and I am more than angry... stay and burn in hell for your immorality...
After trying out a five day free trial for anytime-movies.com through my Tapjoy app I ran into many troubles. The first problem I ran into was the fact that I could not use the site to watch movies through my phone or anywhere because it kept on giving me a hard time to even log in. When I called to cancel my trial, not only was I charged $39.95 but I was also told that they would not give me my money back even though I called to cancel before the trial was over and had told them I was never able to use the service due to technical difficulties. As if that wasn't enough, the customer service was very rude towards me. To add insult to injury, I was basically told that I would not get my money back and that even though I wouldn't be able to use the service, it was my problem. Then I was told that my account was cancelled and that I would receive a confirmation email yet, I never received one which leads me to believe that they will be trying to charge me again. Please stay away from this website as I have good reason to believe that they are fraudulent. This is the first time this has ever happened to me and I wouldn't like to see it happen to anyone else. I have had to file a complaint through my bank in order to see if there is a way I could get my money back. Hopefully I will get good news. If anyone knows of any other ways that I pursue this further and try and get my money back I would greatly appreciate it.
