Thank you so much David for getting me back in good graces with Amazon. I was late for shipping out my items and was suspended without warning. David at AmazonAppeal.com wrote the appeal and I was skeptical at first but it worked in 1 day. Now we have 2/3 of our online sales back! A rare find on the internet is to find what you want at a reasonable price and it turns out to be better than expected. This was the case with AmazonAppeal. They gave great guidance and helped us through a touch several days when we thought our entire amazon business we've nurtured for 10 years was wiped out. We were quickly back up and running within 10 days. It is no easy feat and I would suggest to follow every one of amazon's rules, you don't want to be put in that situation, but if you find yourself there... these are the people to contact.

I waited several weeks after my store was suspended to ask for help... I thought I could handle it on my own. Well it was a waist of time and special a waist of revenue! DO NOT HESITATE! Ask David for help!
I tried several appeals on my own and just kept going around in circle. After the appeal from David was submitted I was reopened within 2 weeks. (The appeals department is very slow at this time so be patient!)
David did a terrific job helping us - he had our plan back to us in about 2 hours. Thanks to his help we are now back on Amazon selling again! I highly recommend this service.
