First ordering experience was good. Second was a mess. Still trying to get a payment issue cleared up, as they charged my card for a shipment I cancelled (and never received either)...I have emailed multiple times only to get NO response...I have called customer service...was on hold for about 20 minutes & then the sweet thing that answered the phone had no clue what she was doing...she told me someone would call me back & I'm still waiting....NEVER ordering from them again....don't recommend you do either... SO FRUSTRATED!!

I wish I had read reviews first, but got sucked in by the low price for the expensive heart medication my dog needs. My first order to them was fine: received medication in a timely manner. However, I went to order a refill for my dog last week in order to make sure I got it before the holidays (remember, this is a HEART med that my dog needs daily...not flea treatment or heartworm refills or something like that). Ordered online; site said it was in stock. I even paid 3 day shipping to assure that it would arrive. Monday (11/25) I noticed there was no activity with my order. I phone the company and they told me that they "didn't realize" they were out of the medication on Friday and that my order hadn't shipped yet due to that. If I want it by Wednesday I would need to pay 2 day shipping. At this point, I didn't even get angry and agreed to pay the 2 day shipping. I just wanted the meds for my dog on time. Tuesday I got a tracking number through UPS. However, when I called UPS they had no record of that tracking number. So Tuesday (11/25) I called VetMeds again. I was then told there was a "problem in shipping" so my order didn't go out. If I want it by Wed I will need to pay an additional $14 for overnight shipping. At this point, I start to get angry and ask for a supervisor. There is a lot of back and forth and eventually I am told that a supervisor approved that I would get the medication shipped overnight without additional charge and I would receive it on Wednesday. Wednesday arrived and I had no tracking number. I called VetMeds. Guess what? I was told there was another "problem in shipping" and my order wouldn't be arriving until Friday. At this point, I'm pretty angry because we would be out of town for the holidays. So, I ask for a supervisor again. I tell her "The only possible way that this can be made OK is if you get it to me by Friday at this address" (I gave them the address where the dog would be staying). The supervisor blatantly lied to me and assured me she had the package "right there" and it would be going out that evening for a Friday delivery. Guess what? No package came on Friday. I tried calling the company and no one answered the phone. At that point, I sent an email telling them to cancel the order and refund my money. I heard nothing from them. Yesterday (12/1) I called them again. I again asked for a refund. I was told that my order had already shipped and was scheduled to arrive that day (12/1), and the only way I could get a refund was to send the product back. Guess what? It didn't arrive yesterday and didn't arrive today. The tracking number they sent me is again fake: UPS has no record of it. They lie and lie and lie nonstop. Tonight I called my credit card and disputed the charge and they are crediting me and charging VetMeds the money back. Thank God for them! VetMeds employees are liars and crooks and I am reporting them to the BBB. Never order from them. They rope you in as a new customer and then screw you over. They should have just informed me from the beginning that they wouldn't be able to get my dog's important med to me by the holidays and I would have ordered from somewhere else for that refill, but they are DISHONEST and DO NOT CARE about your pet.
My experiences with this site over the last 3 years have been mixed. The last 6 months have seen significant improvements. My last 2 orders have been received in a timely fashion, and are always the correct medication. I would recommend giving them a try. Do not order and expect to have your meds in 24 hours, plan ahead and you will be satisfied with the service.

Sep 24th- Order faxed over to my vet which was then Faxed over that same day
Oct 10th- still nothing, had emailed with no response
Oct 12th- finally got a response saying there was a delay and shipment was being sent out 24-48 hrs
Oct 13th- asked for Fedex Tracking #.. no response
Oct 15th- called and asked for tracking. Person on the phone didn't speak English well, said, " im so sorry that someone told you it was on the way. It's not". When asked if I wanted it to get sent ASAP even though they have zero customer service and nobody ever gave me a straight answer, I was told that they couldn't guarantee delivery. Are you kidding me??? Asked for a refund
October 28th- still don't see my refund. This is BULL$#*!

From what I have seen you do have a chance of receiving your order but there is only one person staffed here at any given time. Meaning that if you need meds in a timely manner don't buy it here. If they say your getting your meds in 1 week, you need to add 2 or 3 weeks to that, and I am not exaggerating. Don't expect to get any customer service either and don't expect them to remember or find your order #. The great prices here reflect that this is a one person operation and you can't expect one person to process hundreds of orders per day. Don't forget he or she needs at least a days rest per week and sleep between shifts as well as time to eat.
SCAM....Not sure I will ever receive the meds I ordered. One line of BS after another.
I called on Monday 10/21 and asked a few questions. I liked the answers I got and placed my order over the phone right then. The customer service person (Angeline?) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. She had to call my vet several times and called me each time to let me know what was happening. She even called me after finally receiving the fax from my vet, to let me know she received it and my order was going through. Today, Wednesday 10/23, the meds arrived. I can't say enough nice things about the way this was handled. I will use them again and recommend them.
Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever! I purchased meds for my dogs on September 26th and after four phone calls 20 days later I still don't have my purchases. Also, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I called them the last time.
Yesterday my dogs got a right leg pain. My dogs was not yet roaming her and there .I call my friend because my friend has 2 dogs .My friends came and told about Allvetmed.com online store in USA. They don’t take shipping charges .I call Allvetmed .com and told them a problem about my dogs. They told me about the medicine name Vetprofen .Within 2 days my dogs get running here and their. I thanks to Allvetmed.com
Well this is a broken record and I too should of read the reviews. I placed the order and six days later they hadn't done anything. My vet had already faxed the prescription which they had evidentally lost. Then I had to call my vet to have them contact them AGAIN. Then I was promised my meds would go out 2nd day air and the next day I received a shipping confirmation that they were going out GROUND. I called AGAIN and they said, oh our mistake, we will call and try to change the shipment and call you back. They didn't do anything and didn't call me back. I had to go buy meds for my dog at my vet to get me by and I still haven't received what I ordered over 10 days ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
You do not need to be an expert in pet health to order a product from All Vet Med. They help you to know different diagnosis of different diseases. They help you identifying the symptoms by yourself and let you spot the area where a pet might be suffering. Have used their services for over ten times by now, I feel I have become a pet health expert now!!!
I wish I had checked for online reviews before getting involved with this company. We discovered that our cats had fleas last week. The vet recommended a medication and told me to order it online from 1-800-Pet-Meds. I found allvetmeds and was happy to see that the product was $20.00 cheaper on their site.
Since we are going to be moving at the end of the month, I wanted to deal with the fleas as quickly as possible as I didn't want to pack up any fleas. I placed my order on 9/6. I paid for two day shipping. I called the vet and told them that the prescription request would be coming in and to please get it back to the website ASAP because of the urgency of our situation. Since I placed the order on a Friday, I figured that even if the vet responded immediately, our product might not ship until Monday. I'd still have it in my hands by Wednesday. Not ideal, but it's nobody's fault that the weekend got in the way.
I did not receive a "your item has shipped" email on Monday so I called on Tuesday to check the status of my order. I was told that the vet didn't respond until Monday so they were shipping it out today. I would have it in my hands by Thursday. I was irritated but it wasn't their fault that the vet didn't provide a prescription until Monday. I called my vet to verify when he faxed the prescription back to the company. His receptionist said that he sent it Saturday so, assuming that this company does not work Saturdays, it is accurate that they did not get the prescription until they started work on Monday morning. I can accept that but if they had it first thing that morning, why did it not ship that day?
Thursday came and went. I called allvetmeds this morning to check the status and was told that it STILL hadn't shipped out. I rarely get angry with a salesperson but this was too much. I paid $17.00 for 2 day shipping a week ago and it hadn't even made it out their door yet??? I was told my shipping would now be free and I would have it in my hands on Monday. We'll see.
Update: On the evening of 9/13/13, I signed into my account on allvetmeds.com and saw that my order was still showing as unshipped. There was no way it was going to make it to me on Monday if it had not gone out on Friday - since Angelique told me that they do not to expedited shipping on Saturdays - and I cancelled my order immediately online.
I went to PayPal and opened a dispute and received a full refund with no questions asked. 1-800-PetMeds may cost a little more but at least I got the product I ordered in the shipping time frame that I paid for.
Stay away from allvetmeds.com. At best, they are an extremely unorganized business. At worst, they are outright crooks.
Ordered med and quickly canceled order. Money was taken out of paypal acct. right away. When refund was attempted the refund did not clear the senders bank. Attempted to contact the company, no answer at customer service. Have left emails for customer service, no response. No money in my acct. My vet warned me not to use this company. Thank goodness I have a vet looking out for my best interests. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
Don't order from this company. Same story as everyone else. Ordered my cat's meds on 8/5/13. My credit card was charged $142 shortly thereafter. It's now 8/27; no meds despite emails telling me the product had shipped. Numerous complaints to the company have finally resulted in a new tracking number from UPS Innovations that appears to be real. ETA is 9/3, a month later! We'll see if it arrives and if it's the right medication. The discount is not worth the aggravation or concern that the medicine may be a placebo or outdated.

Gets a 1 only because there is not a negative rating. STAY AWAY from this site. Not a business but a sham of some sort - holds your $ but doesn't send product. Cannot contact by phone and basically lies via email. Had to get PayPal involved to get my refund - thank goodness I used them or I would be stuck. Not to mention my pet will now have a gap on meds because of their poor practices. BBB rating of F is well warranted.
I wish I had read these reviews before trusting this company to fill my dog's prescription. I after a week and a half and many phone calls all promising shipment that day, even expedited shipment I finally cancelled my order. They lied to me on every phone call. My dog has been needing this medication desperately, the fact that they know an animal could be suffering while waiting for their medication to arrive, and to continue to lie to the owner anyways is beyond my comprehension. I will be placing this review everywhere I can. I sure hope they follow through with my refund or it will only get worse for them!!
Strangest collection of reviews. Some 5 stars and they all read like ringers, like they're planted there by the company. And then a bunch of 1-star, several of which wish they could choose zero stars.
My experience is neither of these. I've used the place twice. The prices are excellent. I'd give them 4-5 stars on that. Customer service and timeliness are horrible. Very very difficult to reach. "Processing" takes a very long time. And they use lousy shipping services (UPS handing off to the USPS -- what a terrible idea -- and it arrived 2 days after the estimated arrival date). Overall it nets out 3 stars, but based on the experiences of too many others, I'll not give them another chance.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered medication for my aged dog from this company. Two weeks later I called to see where they were. I was told to call on Monday to see if they came in. I called and was told they'd expedite shipping since my dog was out of his medication by this point. The medication still didn't arrive by Friday, so I called again. I was told the EXACT same thing...call on Monday to see if it had come in...to them...not me! Very frustrating, crooked company! Cannot even get a manage or supervisor if you need to speak to one! Worst company I have ever dealt with! My advice...stay away....very far away from this one!!
My complaint is identical to all others who have posted here- they charged me and never sent the product. They also charged me for an order I cancelled, two weeks AFTER I cancelled it!! I took the liberty to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission and the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION who issues licenses to companies like this. I also reported their pharmacy to the pharmacy board in Florida. I disputed the charges on my credit card and put the complaints in the mail today. Companies like this need to be SHUT DOWN and punished to the extent the law allows! We are only trying to do right by our pets and they are trying to bilk us for money!!!! I included this web site in my complaints so some of you may be contacted regarding your complaints as well.
I did not order from this site even tho they had the best prices I found. I got suspicious when I was reading the page about rx required and I noticed the grammar was all wrong! Then I was looking at reviews of some products and each I checked had at least 1 review with 4 or 5 stars and the reviews all had the same poor grammar! They are obviously fake and written by the company, who don't even seem to be American, which makes me worry that the meds aren't even real but some cheap knockoff! I copied and pasted the address listed into my search engine and a store called Veterinary Mart or something came up for it so I called the number listed and it was disconnected! I also tried calling AllVetMeds.com's phone number and no one would answer after 10 minutes so I hung up.I couldn't remember the site address for that site that lets you check the DNS info about who owns the site and such, so I searched on my search engine if it was legit and found this site and I am NOT surprised about what I have read. I am SO glad I didn't order from them! I am disappointed that they AREN'T legit tho cuz I DO like their prices. I'm sorry for all of you who had these awful experiences, except the ONE person who had no problems (hmmmm....), but thank you all for posting so other people like me don't waste our time, money and efforts! :) The internet is a wonderful thing!

05/06/2013 – The order was placed.
05/07/2013 – Credit card charged.
05/19/2013 – Have not received order. I sent customer care email asking where is my order.
05/20/2013 – Customer care replied, “We apologize for the delay we have had with the medication, your order will be shipping in 24-48 hours.”
05/22/2013 – Received email stating order has shipped, with a tracking number.
06/11/2013 – Still have not received order. Now the tracking number is invalid. I sent customer care a second email.
06/12/2013 – After not receiving a response to my email, I called (877)-421-8387, asking where my order was. I was told that the order had been canceled and amount credited. Looking at my credit card statement online I did see the credit on 06/04/2013. I asked why the order was canceled. After 10 minutes on hold, the person could not explain why the order was canceled. The person confirmed that they had no communication from me (email or phone) record of a cancelation request. The person offered to ship the product to me in 2-3 days at no extra charge. I explained to the person that they have two options: 1) Discount my order for the inconvenience and the fact medications were already a month late. -or- 2) Keep the order canceled and I would post reviews of my experience. You guessed it, they choose option 2.
This place is a scam. The exact things everyone else said happened to me. I also read that they are ordering meds from out of the country and substituting them for the brands we thought we were purchasing.
Wonder what else is going on at this place? Is it even legal? Run fast and don't look back.

I placed an order from Allvetmed on May 26th. I went online a few days after I ordered and read many bad experiences some people had. I got very, very concerned and called the company . Someone answered my call and put me on hold to check my order. They said they called my vet and my order was processing. I still was very concerned, but received an email two days later with a UPS confirmation number to check. The confirmation number didnt work until the next day. I just received my order in the mail today (June 4th). I received everything I asked for and had no problem whatsoever with this company.
Do not EVER order from this company. I ordered flea/tick medicine on 4/22/13. It is now 5/27/13 and no meds have arrived. I called twice and both times was told it had shipped either the same day or the day before. I emailed and they told me it shipped and gave me a bogus tracking number. They are obviously a fraudulent operation. Reputable companies will tell you the truth if there is a problem with an order, but all this company does is lie. Now my dogs are overdue for their meds and Allvetmed has the prescription, so I can't even get the medicine somewhere else without going back to the vet!
Very frustrating. When I placed my order they charged me twice through paypal. when I alerted Paypal they refunded one of the payments but then AllVetMed kept the second payment and marked my order cancelled. It took about a week and three phone calls to get AllVetMed to repoen the paid order. It took them a day or two to send a fax to my vet. My vet's staff said that they replied their approval within two hours and I believe them but AllVetMed said that they did not receive it until a day and a half later, and that it arrived a half hour after AllVetmed closed for the evening. They promised to ship the next day. Two days later still no shipment, and they claimed it was because they were still awaiting approval from my vet. When I gave them the above story they switched to saying that they had the approval but that by mistake they had not forwarded it to shipping. They promised it would ship the next day. Two days later still no ship. I called, they were out, expecting to receive it 3pm the same day and would ship before the next morning. Next morning, still no ship. I cancelled the order. This was Wednesday. I re-ordered from petmartpharmacy.com who had a low price, free shipping, helpful staff and got the pills to me by Friday.

Got the run around everytime I called there.. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!! What a waste of time! I'm not really sure but I'm thinking they are scam artists.. fyi... waiting on a refund :(

I placed an order with this company after being warmed by my veterinarian that the company did not have a good reputation. I placed the order on April four and the money was immediately taken from my account. When I contacted the company four days later about the status of my order I was told my veterinarian had never approved the order. When I spoke to my vet she assured me it was approved on April five. Nevertheless she approved it again on April 8. During the next 5 days I was in contact with a company numerous times and each time I told something different. Finally I contacted the Attorney Generals office to report this company's fraudulent activities. My next correspondence to a vet meds was via a copy of the Attorney Generals response. Within 3 days my order was cancelled and the money deposited into my account. During my correspondence with the company the only way I could get through to them on the telephone was by selecting option 3 the veterinarian line. This morning I placed the same order with 1 800 pet meds and 4 hours later had an email from the company saying my order was shipped and a UPS tracking number. I encourage anyone having trouble with this fraudulent company contact there attorney generals office division off fraud. That seems to get some response.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ALLVETMED.COM. Why can't I give them a BIG FAT ZERO! Biggest liars EVER. They take your money and sit on your order. After 2 weeks of emails and promises that they were getting my order ready, I finally cancelled my order and was told I would be reimbursed withing 24 to 48 hours. Of course I did not get my money back. Will have to dispute it with my bank now. TOTAL SHYSTERS! They hang up on you when you call, too! They do not want to even answer the phone there! WOW! Appalling...need to go out of business!
The other reviews say it all; this place should not even be in business as they basically take your money and provide no service; it has been two weeks since I ordered a vet precribed antiibiotic for my dog; still no receipt; now I have to worry about getting a refund for a costly medicine; like othrs I wish I had read the reviews first; hopefully this place will not be in business long.
No one answers the phone, no one returns calls. No one replies to emails. I placed my order 3 weeks ago. I wish I had found these reviews weeks ago! Starting the cancellation process. My dog has arthritis and is in a lot of pain waiting for his meds, this is ridiculous.
I agree with the reviews who say the good reviews have to be fake.
Ordered critical heart medication for my dog. Received email after a few days indicating that order shipped but nothing arrived within a week. Contacted them multiple times but received no responses other than sorry for the delay, no details about status of my order. Finally received order two additional weeks later. Sent them email telling them what I thought of their customer service and as a result they closed my account. Never received a response of any kind. Took about a month to receive the meds.
THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND THE EMAIL I WROTE TO THEM:
I am a first time customer so i contacted my vet's office immediately following placing my order on 12/20/12 so they could note my dogs file that I placed an order with your company for my dogs Heart medicine and that your company will be contacting them to to get approval for the three prescriptions ordered prior to being able to fill them.
It is now 12/28/12 and I have neither received, nor heard from your company regarding my order. I tried calling the customer service number 877-421-8387 today and after pressing #1 for existing orders was disconnected each of the 5 times I called. I then called the same number and pressed #5 which notes is for after hours pharmacy and was disconnected twice.
After calling and pressing #5 for the third time I finally reached somebody who did not hang up on me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was connected with Miss Claudia Calon who looked up my order #405 and informed me that my order had been faxed to my vet's office twice for approval and has not received a reply.
MY DOG IS IN ADVANCED HEART FAILURE AND RECEIVING THIS MEDICINE ON TIME, AS YOU KNOW, IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!! Why wasn't I contacted to let me know that your company was having a hard time getting my order approved?
Please contact me today! I have been waiting to receive my order #405 that was placed on 12/20/12. My dog is in ADVANCED HEART FAILURE and it is extremely important that I receive this medicine immediately as it was ordered over 7 days ago. If i do not hear back from somebody today I am cancelling my order and will post this email on every dog related site to help other dog owners be aware of your customer service.

WARNING! Orders Do Not Ship. If You get through via Phone, they are completely unprofessional and really don't know anything, and actually lie to you. After 2 weeks, 2 emails and 2 Phone calls, I am left with nothing but a sick dog and a wallet thats $100 lighter. Managers who are always "In a meeting" never call back. Thanks for nothing!

Ordered my dog's heart 3 medications through them on Nov 11. Received a confirmation via email that my order shipped Nov 12. Waited 2 weeks. Nothing. Called because I could not track order with the directions they emailed to me and was told my order was actually NOT shipped because they were OUT of STOCK. I told them I've made 2 visits to my pet's vet across town to pick up more medication "in the meantime" while I was waiting for my order to arrive and that they should've sent me some type of communication letting me know where my order is. I said I need them to overnight this shipment now because my dog needs her medication and will be out once again on Friday (it was Tues.) They said they I will have it "no later than Friday". Nothing again. Called, was on hold for more than 15 minutes before I was routed to a voice message machine to leave a message. Unbelievable. I checked online to find the order is estimated to come next Wednesday!! It's now been over 3 weeks, out over $100, no medication, no response from Allvetmed.com to my voice message or email left. Still waiting... Had to go back to my vet across town again to pick up the 3rd medication. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Unacceptable.
AVOID ALLVETMED.COM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with (and 95% of my purchases are made online)!!! They flat out LIED to me saying that my order had shipped and even sent me a TOTALLY BOGUS tracking number!!! When I finally called in to question them I was informed that they didn't even have the product in stock!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!
Not to mention, after I did an additional 2 minutes of searching (literally) I found what I wanted for less and from a reputable company (countrysidepet.com) who also acts as a vendor/supplier for NewEgg.
STAY AWAY, ordered meds for my dog weeks ago. Have been calling to check status, first they said order would ship in one day, called five days later to find out they were out of the meds. Rep said they were coming in today and I would receive a tracking number that night. Called next day and was told they shipped priority but no tracking available. Now a week later I just called and was told they shipped but no tracking number. When I asked for a manager I was told that no manager was available. I logged onto my credit card website to find that I was not charged, when I brought that up, I was told, ok the order has not shipped yet, please wait to get your order. By now my dog is out of her meds and I'm forced to go to my vet and pay alot more. I am going back to my old online ordering company, may be a few bucks more, but they do as they say. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
I ordered GlycoFlex II for one of my dogs and Revolution Flea meds for 3 dogs and 1 cat. My order supposedly shipped on Sep. 12, but I have not received it. They charged my card though. When I called about it on Sep. 19 they said USPS lost the package and that they had reshipped my stuff on Sep. 18 with UPS. They were suppose to call me back with a tracking #. Never got a call back so called today (Sep. 20) and they said the package had reshipped this morning, but they could not give me a tracking #. When I pressed for one and told them I really needed the flea meds the operator hung up on me. Called back and got the same person (Diana, operator # 201). I asked her to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. I said I would prefer a refund at this point she said ok she would cancel my order and give a refund. I asked about the package that she said had already shipped this morning and she said it hadn't shipped yet! I cancelled my credit card and filled a claim just now. This company lies and are a bunch of crooks.

These scam artists took my money, let me wait for two weeks, needing my pets prescription meds. I kept looking for a shipment notice, none came.It is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone, and they DO NOT return calls if you leave voicemail. The long and short are this, I got jerked around for three weeks. I had to order from another company. They WILL NOT refund my money but say they shipped my order the day AFTER I cancelled it. I did not get my money back, I did not get my pets medication. There are hundreds of bad reports online about this company's foul customer service. I too, think the good reports are fake.

I placed my order more than 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I've tried emailing and calling with no response. NO ONE answers the phone when you call their customer service phone number.
After threatening to report them for fraud, I finally got a response that the charge will be removed from my credit card - we'll see....
This company has the worst customer service ever. If your pet can wait almost three weeks to receive a refill for medication my all means use this company. None of the representatives new anything about my orders they put me on hold up to five times every time I called. They don't have certain things in stick when there website says otherwise. They have to first order you meds after you place your order from the manufacturer which takes three to four days. Then they send it to to you which takes another three to four days. Does anyone else see something wrong with this??? I recently order from them after a week they called me to tell me they order I placed didnt have actually the same brand of meds as my previous orders so they offered a alternative which I agreed and they TOLD me they would send it out immediately. Well five days later my dog is unwell and sickly waiting for her meds which allow her to digest her food. So as allvetmed.com STARVED MY DOG!!! I called them and they said my order was never placed and they never called me to change the brand and I was lucky to get my money back when I asked. this place is a joke. They have no regard for there customers or compassion for their pets.
Ordered on evening of 3/12, they contacted my vet on 3/13 in the AM and shipped that same day. I received on Friday 3/16. There customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. Product is exactly what I wanted and expiration not till 2014. I am very pleased with the experience and recommend them!
Don't trust the positive reviews. This company employs people with poor communication skills who make promises then break them. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. The next day, I received an email (which copied and displayed all other email addresses who had ordered) saying that I should cancel my order because the product was on back order. The following day I received an email saying that they had found the meds and could ship after all. 10 days passed, then I received an email saying my order had been cancelled because the meds were out of stock. When I followed up, I received a series of obnoxious, unprofessional emails blaming everyone but themselves for the issue. Save yourself the time and energy, and DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I found this great pet store online, that would be very useful to any pet owner. I personally own a few cats, dogs, fishes and birds, and all of them benefit ! There are great sales and low priced products and the prices are much lower than at the pet pharmacy. Never had problems with payment and shipping, also the site is very easy to use. allvetmed.com!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They charged my account for an order i never received. I contacted them twice and they never wrote me back. I had to get the BBB involved and they totally lied to them saying they tried to get in contact with me. I never got their emails. If they had the wrong email, they should've at least responded to my emails i sent them.
I think the other reviews are fake. It took a MONTH and numerous phone calls to get my order. This is a great idea, but they are understaffed and have lousy organizational skills. They said my order was sent a week after I paid, but when I checked on my order after waiting THREE weeks, my order wasn't even entered under my account. There was NOTHING there. I called them and they said they were resending my order, but I'm pretty certain they never sent my order the first time. If you look at other review sites, they have a lot of complaints filed against them. Also, if you order, don't use Paypal, use your credit card so you can get a refund if you don't get your items.
