This store is great. I ordered insulin for my dog and got it in 2 days. The last place took 3 days to just contact my vet and another 2 days for delivery. All my future shopping will be from this store!!

I am man, and hate using the internet, so a friend of mine recommended Allvetmed, because I love cats and rescue them at my home. I asked her since I hate using computers, why them. She told me that their 1800 number allows me to make my orders over the phone with their very friendly customer service reps. I was so happy to speak to the gals at Allvetmed, they made it so easy for me to order all my cat’s needs.
I own a farm and pastures in Texas, and own many horses, when one of my horses get sick, it’s a nightmare having to go running to a vet to get meds, since we are in such a rural area, it’s so much easier for me to order online, with the tons of horse products that Allvetmed carries and great prices as well, all I have to do is order what my horse needs, and then Allvetmed, contact’s my vet via phone, fax, or email and once the vet approves it, it’s ready to go, and it arrives right to my property…this saves me all the aggravation, and time……thanks for the convenience Allvetmed.

My puppy got very sick one day and I was traveling and Allvetmed got my meds out the very next day, they resolved the whole thing, they called the vet, got approval, and shipped out my order the very next day to my current location. I would not know what I would do, if it wasn’t for Allvetmed my puppy is my life and baby, and now he is doing great……ever so greatful, Allvetmed.

I am handicapped and cannot drive. I use to drive to my local vets or store every time that my dog Molly got sick. I found Allvetmed and was surprised at how many medications they carry that my vets use to sell me. I save about 20% with shipping costs and all from what my vet use to charge me and I don’t have to go anywhere, I order straight from my computer.
Their logo is original means love for pets, I start ordering from allvetmed for my Labrador 1 year ago, they always ask for my dog and send me treats for free…
They will take your money and you will not receive product, then they will not answer your calls or emails.. Go to the BBB and check out the complaints against this company..
Allvetmed is a best online pet pharmacy supplement. I call their customer service for my cat health. They take very quick response and now my cat health is good. Thanks Allvetmed team and their customer service.
On 01.20.2014 night my dog got leg pain I Ordered med from allvetmed.com and they quickly delivered; now my god is very well. AllVetMed is a good Pet online pharmacy.
If you dont mind waiting over 6 weeks to get your medications then this online retailer is for you. The meds seem to be legit and packaged very well. It is very obvious they have issues in their shipping/order processing department.
I never had any problem with shipping any product..The price is affordable..I buy from here regularly..and this website is getting better with New owner..so I like this website..
I had ordered with this company for a few months, and all went well. The medication is for my dog's heart condition, needless to say very important. Then in November I placed an order. When it didn't come I checked the tracking information. It said it was supposed to be delivered a week prior to the then current date. I called AllVetMed and left a message as well as emailed customer service. I never heard back from either. I had to buy medication from somewhere else until it finally arrived. At this point I didn't blame the company except for not returning my inquiries. So I ordered again, and again the medication didn't arrive. And no shipping info. So I emailed, and they said it should be shipped out that week, they had just received it late. I asked if my order could be rushed because I hadn't been informed the order would be so late. No response. I bought a little more from somewhere else, still waiting. It still didn't come. Then my husband called. They said it would now be shipped out that week. He asked about rushed shipping they said no. So he called to cancel the order and get from somewhere else. The manager told him it would be in that day and it would be two-day shipped to us. So we bought a little more from the vet and continued to wait. The next week on the day it was supposed to arrive we received a tracking number saying it had just been shipped and estimated arrival wouldn't be for over another week. I couldn't believe this was happening, nearly 3 weeks to even ship my order?? So I called and was told there was no note about two-day shipping my order, there was nothing they could do. They said sorry, normally they will rush over-due heart medications, however the week before it was 3 phone calls before they agreed to rush it, then DIDN'T do it. I asked for them to overnight me some medication for the next week until my order arrives, they said it's not in stock. Maybe they would give me a credit. They would call back. No call back. I called again, they said they still didn't know what they could do for me and I have to wait. Now I don't know how much I have to buy from the vet (very expensive) and I feel cheated. If there had been any communications/updates on my order being so late the situation could have been solved. It could even be solved if they sent overnight medication to last til my order arrives. Or give me a refund. I have yet to hear back....... Bottom line: Yes the prices are good, but does it matter if the medication never arrives? Or your pet dies before it arrives? And very hard to get a response or compensation from customer service.
I cannot recommend another company more. Allvetmed.com has the best customer service ever. I am using this site more than 2 years. Its product quality are highly applicable and always on time. One more thing that they are giving free shipping on all orders over 59.00. Giving 10 on 10 and recommended to everyone.

Place order on January 2, 2014 and order shipped on January 5, 2014 at my location. They also update me every status of the product. No need to mail them. Great place to save money and time.

I ordered a prescription in a certain form, they sent me a different for which makes it very difficult to divide the dose into fourths. I called and was told they only had the form they sent me. I did massive research before I ordered from them because they were the only company that sold this med in tablets, according to their website. I was they didn't carry tablets, that there was no supervisor on duty and that only if I returned the meds (which they would promptly throw away) would they refund my money. The customer service broad wouldn't shut her mouth long enough for me to tell my story. I will NEVER order from them again and recommend that no one else does either. All my paper work and even the pill bottle said tablets on it, but was filled with capsules.
I've been dealing with Allvetmed for years! I love their pricing and their shipping is quick. I always receive treats in the box for my dogs. If I have ever had an issue and sent them an email, they have always responded immediately. No one can beat the pricing and they are awesome!

I have 2 pets and they have plenty of needs. When pets grow older and need special care to keep them healthy, that time you have to spend a lot of money. But thanks to Allvetmed I'm tension free. I'm getting med and foods at good price with free advices.

It has been 3 weeks since placing my order and I've called twice to find out details of why things have taken so long. The first time I was told it had the same tracking number as another package and that it would arrive within the next day or so. 3 days later I called and found out that it hadn't even shipped yet. I spoke with Angeline and asked to have it expressed shipped, and for the supervisor to call me back and she said they would do their best. It was sent out regular mail, and I didn't get a call from the supervisor, Richard. I can understand unforeseen delays, but negligence isn't acceptable. My cat is sick and really needs the medication. I hope this helps someone.
First ordering experience was good. Second was a mess. Still trying to get a payment issue cleared up, as they charged my card for a shipment I cancelled (and never received either)...I have emailed multiple times only to get NO response...I have called customer service...was on hold for about 20 minutes & then the sweet thing that answered the phone had no clue what she was doing...she told me someone would call me back & I'm still waiting....NEVER ordering from them again....don't recommend you do either... SO FRUSTRATED!!

I wish I had read reviews first, but got sucked in by the low price for the expensive heart medication my dog needs. My first order to them was fine: received medication in a timely manner. However, I went to order a refill for my dog last week in order to make sure I got it before the holidays (remember, this is a HEART med that my dog needs daily...not flea treatment or heartworm refills or something like that). Ordered online; site said it was in stock. I even paid 3 day shipping to assure that it would arrive. Monday (11/25) I noticed there was no activity with my order. I phone the company and they told me that they "didn't realize" they were out of the medication on Friday and that my order hadn't shipped yet due to that. If I want it by Wednesday I would need to pay 2 day shipping. At this point, I didn't even get angry and agreed to pay the 2 day shipping. I just wanted the meds for my dog on time. Tuesday I got a tracking number through UPS. However, when I called UPS they had no record of that tracking number. So Tuesday (11/25) I called VetMeds again. I was then told there was a "problem in shipping" so my order didn't go out. If I want it by Wed I will need to pay an additional $14 for overnight shipping. At this point, I start to get angry and ask for a supervisor. There is a lot of back and forth and eventually I am told that a supervisor approved that I would get the medication shipped overnight without additional charge and I would receive it on Wednesday. Wednesday arrived and I had no tracking number. I called VetMeds. Guess what? I was told there was another "problem in shipping" and my order wouldn't be arriving until Friday. At this point, I'm pretty angry because we would be out of town for the holidays. So, I ask for a supervisor again. I tell her "The only possible way that this can be made OK is if you get it to me by Friday at this address" (I gave them the address where the dog would be staying). The supervisor blatantly lied to me and assured me she had the package "right there" and it would be going out that evening for a Friday delivery. Guess what? No package came on Friday. I tried calling the company and no one answered the phone. At that point, I sent an email telling them to cancel the order and refund my money. I heard nothing from them. Yesterday (12/1) I called them again. I again asked for a refund. I was told that my order had already shipped and was scheduled to arrive that day (12/1), and the only way I could get a refund was to send the product back. Guess what? It didn't arrive yesterday and didn't arrive today. The tracking number they sent me is again fake: UPS has no record of it. They lie and lie and lie nonstop. Tonight I called my credit card and disputed the charge and they are crediting me and charging VetMeds the money back. Thank God for them! VetMeds employees are liars and crooks and I am reporting them to the BBB. Never order from them. They rope you in as a new customer and then screw you over. They should have just informed me from the beginning that they wouldn't be able to get my dog's important med to me by the holidays and I would have ordered from somewhere else for that refill, but they are DISHONEST and DO NOT CARE about your pet.
My experiences with this site over the last 3 years have been mixed. The last 6 months have seen significant improvements. My last 2 orders have been received in a timely fashion, and are always the correct medication. I would recommend giving them a try. Do not order and expect to have your meds in 24 hours, plan ahead and you will be satisfied with the service.

Sep 24th- Order faxed over to my vet which was then Faxed over that same day
Oct 10th- still nothing, had emailed with no response
Oct 12th- finally got a response saying there was a delay and shipment was being sent out 24-48 hrs
Oct 13th- asked for Fedex Tracking #.. no response
Oct 15th- called and asked for tracking. Person on the phone didn't speak English well, said, " im so sorry that someone told you it was on the way. It's not". When asked if I wanted it to get sent ASAP even though they have zero customer service and nobody ever gave me a straight answer, I was told that they couldn't guarantee delivery. Are you kidding me??? Asked for a refund
October 28th- still don't see my refund. This is BULL$#*!

From what I have seen you do have a chance of receiving your order but there is only one person staffed here at any given time. Meaning that if you need meds in a timely manner don't buy it here. If they say your getting your meds in 1 week, you need to add 2 or 3 weeks to that, and I am not exaggerating. Don't expect to get any customer service either and don't expect them to remember or find your order #. The great prices here reflect that this is a one person operation and you can't expect one person to process hundreds of orders per day. Don't forget he or she needs at least a days rest per week and sleep between shifts as well as time to eat.
SCAM....Not sure I will ever receive the meds I ordered. One line of BS after another.
I called on Monday 10/21 and asked a few questions. I liked the answers I got and placed my order over the phone right then. The customer service person (Angeline?) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. She had to call my vet several times and called me each time to let me know what was happening. She even called me after finally receiving the fax from my vet, to let me know she received it and my order was going through. Today, Wednesday 10/23, the meds arrived. I can't say enough nice things about the way this was handled. I will use them again and recommend them.
Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever! I purchased meds for my dogs on September 26th and after four phone calls 20 days later I still don't have my purchases. Also, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I called them the last time.
Yesterday my dogs got a right leg pain. My dogs was not yet roaming her and there .I call my friend because my friend has 2 dogs .My friends came and told about Allvetmed.com online store in USA. They don’t take shipping charges .I call Allvetmed .com and told them a problem about my dogs. They told me about the medicine name Vetprofen .Within 2 days my dogs get running here and their. I thanks to Allvetmed.com
Well this is a broken record and I too should of read the reviews. I placed the order and six days later they hadn't done anything. My vet had already faxed the prescription which they had evidentally lost. Then I had to call my vet to have them contact them AGAIN. Then I was promised my meds would go out 2nd day air and the next day I received a shipping confirmation that they were going out GROUND. I called AGAIN and they said, oh our mistake, we will call and try to change the shipment and call you back. They didn't do anything and didn't call me back. I had to go buy meds for my dog at my vet to get me by and I still haven't received what I ordered over 10 days ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
You do not need to be an expert in pet health to order a product from All Vet Med. They help you to know different diagnosis of different diseases. They help you identifying the symptoms by yourself and let you spot the area where a pet might be suffering. Have used their services for over ten times by now, I feel I have become a pet health expert now!!!
I wish I had checked for online reviews before getting involved with this company. We discovered that our cats had fleas last week. The vet recommended a medication and told me to order it online from 1-800-Pet-Meds. I found allvetmeds and was happy to see that the product was $20.00 cheaper on their site.
Since we are going to be moving at the end of the month, I wanted to deal with the fleas as quickly as possible as I didn't want to pack up any fleas. I placed my order on 9/6. I paid for two day shipping. I called the vet and told them that the prescription request would be coming in and to please get it back to the website ASAP because of the urgency of our situation. Since I placed the order on a Friday, I figured that even if the vet responded immediately, our product might not ship until Monday. I'd still have it in my hands by Wednesday. Not ideal, but it's nobody's fault that the weekend got in the way.
I did not receive a "your item has shipped" email on Monday so I called on Tuesday to check the status of my order. I was told that the vet didn't respond until Monday so they were shipping it out today. I would have it in my hands by Thursday. I was irritated but it wasn't their fault that the vet didn't provide a prescription until Monday. I called my vet to verify when he faxed the prescription back to the company. His receptionist said that he sent it Saturday so, assuming that this company does not work Saturdays, it is accurate that they did not get the prescription until they started work on Monday morning. I can accept that but if they had it first thing that morning, why did it not ship that day?
Thursday came and went. I called allvetmeds this morning to check the status and was told that it STILL hadn't shipped out. I rarely get angry with a salesperson but this was too much. I paid $17.00 for 2 day shipping a week ago and it hadn't even made it out their door yet??? I was told my shipping would now be free and I would have it in my hands on Monday. We'll see.
Update: On the evening of 9/13/13, I signed into my account on allvetmeds.com and saw that my order was still showing as unshipped. There was no way it was going to make it to me on Monday if it had not gone out on Friday - since Angelique told me that they do not to expedited shipping on Saturdays - and I cancelled my order immediately online.
I went to PayPal and opened a dispute and received a full refund with no questions asked. 1-800-PetMeds may cost a little more but at least I got the product I ordered in the shipping time frame that I paid for.
Stay away from allvetmeds.com. At best, they are an extremely unorganized business. At worst, they are outright crooks.
Ordered med and quickly canceled order. Money was taken out of paypal acct. right away. When refund was attempted the refund did not clear the senders bank. Attempted to contact the company, no answer at customer service. Have left emails for customer service, no response. No money in my acct. My vet warned me not to use this company. Thank goodness I have a vet looking out for my best interests. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
Don't order from this company. Same story as everyone else. Ordered my cat's meds on 8/5/13. My credit card was charged $142 shortly thereafter. It's now 8/27; no meds despite emails telling me the product had shipped. Numerous complaints to the company have finally resulted in a new tracking number from UPS Innovations that appears to be real. ETA is 9/3, a month later! We'll see if it arrives and if it's the right medication. The discount is not worth the aggravation or concern that the medicine may be a placebo or outdated.

Gets a 1 only because there is not a negative rating. STAY AWAY from this site. Not a business but a sham of some sort - holds your $ but doesn't send product. Cannot contact by phone and basically lies via email. Had to get PayPal involved to get my refund - thank goodness I used them or I would be stuck. Not to mention my pet will now have a gap on meds because of their poor practices. BBB rating of F is well warranted.
I wish I had read these reviews before trusting this company to fill my dog's prescription. I after a week and a half and many phone calls all promising shipment that day, even expedited shipment I finally cancelled my order. They lied to me on every phone call. My dog has been needing this medication desperately, the fact that they know an animal could be suffering while waiting for their medication to arrive, and to continue to lie to the owner anyways is beyond my comprehension. I will be placing this review everywhere I can. I sure hope they follow through with my refund or it will only get worse for them!!
Strangest collection of reviews. Some 5 stars and they all read like ringers, like they're planted there by the company. And then a bunch of 1-star, several of which wish they could choose zero stars.
My experience is neither of these. I've used the place twice. The prices are excellent. I'd give them 4-5 stars on that. Customer service and timeliness are horrible. Very very difficult to reach. "Processing" takes a very long time. And they use lousy shipping services (UPS handing off to the USPS -- what a terrible idea -- and it arrived 2 days after the estimated arrival date). Overall it nets out 3 stars, but based on the experiences of too many others, I'll not give them another chance.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered medication for my aged dog from this company. Two weeks later I called to see where they were. I was told to call on Monday to see if they came in. I called and was told they'd expedite shipping since my dog was out of his medication by this point. The medication still didn't arrive by Friday, so I called again. I was told the EXACT same thing...call on Monday to see if it had come in...to them...not me! Very frustrating, crooked company! Cannot even get a manage or supervisor if you need to speak to one! Worst company I have ever dealt with! My advice...stay away....very far away from this one!!
My complaint is identical to all others who have posted here- they charged me and never sent the product. They also charged me for an order I cancelled, two weeks AFTER I cancelled it!! I took the liberty to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission and the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION who issues licenses to companies like this. I also reported their pharmacy to the pharmacy board in Florida. I disputed the charges on my credit card and put the complaints in the mail today. Companies like this need to be SHUT DOWN and punished to the extent the law allows! We are only trying to do right by our pets and they are trying to bilk us for money!!!! I included this web site in my complaints so some of you may be contacted regarding your complaints as well.
I did not order from this site even tho they had the best prices I found. I got suspicious when I was reading the page about rx required and I noticed the grammar was all wrong! Then I was looking at reviews of some products and each I checked had at least 1 review with 4 or 5 stars and the reviews all had the same poor grammar! They are obviously fake and written by the company, who don't even seem to be American, which makes me worry that the meds aren't even real but some cheap knockoff! I copied and pasted the address listed into my search engine and a store called Veterinary Mart or something came up for it so I called the number listed and it was disconnected! I also tried calling AllVetMeds.com's phone number and no one would answer after 10 minutes so I hung up.I couldn't remember the site address for that site that lets you check the DNS info about who owns the site and such, so I searched on my search engine if it was legit and found this site and I am NOT surprised about what I have read. I am SO glad I didn't order from them! I am disappointed that they AREN'T legit tho cuz I DO like their prices. I'm sorry for all of you who had these awful experiences, except the ONE person who had no problems (hmmmm....), but thank you all for posting so other people like me don't waste our time, money and efforts! :) The internet is a wonderful thing!
