When I bought the shoes the I used for my vacation I never meant to return it, but the botton of the right shoe came off. When I went to the store Aldo in Victoria Garden, this guy told me: if you don't have the receipt, nothing I can do. I said "I don't want my money back" I want another exact shoes. But it didn't work. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased this pair of shoes directly from ALDO at their store in Colombia. After a brief period of normal use, the shoes developed numerous defects, rendering them unwearable as they now look terrible. Despite attempting to contact their customer service for support, I found that they simply don't care. They have low quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.

Hello, December 2022, I bought a pair of shoes that I started wearing only 2 weeks ago and they already broke ((( I am very dissatisfied with the "quality" for which I paid a lot of money! (( (( I have bought a lot of shoes from you, including all my families), but after this experience we will definitely not buy anything from ALDO again!

You canceled my order without any notification, I'll never buy nothing in this store anymore cause you're very irresponsible and nobody deserve this treatment that you gave to me. I needed to go to a store on dubai mall to know about my order and the manager promissed me that my order would come to me! If you don't have a product in your online store don't make me waist my time spending my money that I work hard to have and I was waiting for this products. The sales Man, Rabih, in le mall Dbayeh - Lebanon, refused to exchange a small item at 41 USD, that was a gift from secret santa. He shouted and screamed and objected in front of all the custumers... Unfortunately this is NOT a respectful behavior towards very kind clients. We are Top Animation, Zumbamania, Zumba kids, BodynMind and SportsMania, we request an apology with full respect from Aldo, (Rabih in person) to our relatives. Merry Christmas!

I order a pair of shoe from and trying to return them because they are to big. These she must run big, so I tried to return them and the customer service lady told me that I couldn't return them because it was a final sale. I said what I'm I suppose to do with to big shoes. She told me to gift them to someone. Are you $#*!ing keeping me. I don't have money like that, but that was rude and unprofessional to say to someone. So Aldo Shoes you have lost a customer! I have been shopping with you all for years and never have had a problem like this. People should not have to keep a pair of shoe if they can't fit them. 😒

My experience in the Deerborn Michigan location was terrible today sales employee Khadijah was having a bad day. Poor Customer Service poor communication made my shopping experience terrible which I still bought. Six items I will no longer shop at that location.

Got my heels from Aldo but they started to fall apart after wearing it for couple of times. And this isn't for the first time it is happening. On top of that, I did not get any refunds despite continuous follow-up

Asking the timeline of shipment due to delay, the representative said when it's picked up by the courrier it'll be shipped, i asked again about the timeline, she/he said "please read what i just sent". WOW. I could only tell them the exact same line. Aldo your customer service quality sucks! Little to no training/their character quality sucks.

The shoes it was 98$ after sale is 27$
We buy it after 24 hours was damaged on all the turn of back
After change it from them after 1 week the new one was removed completly

What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost and one month late, I had to run around the whole street to find it as courier left the wrong address on the card, impossible to talk on the phone or chat, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait to refund. Horrible, never again will I ever buy anything from Aldo

My wife and I purchased three pairs of shoes at the ALDO store inside the Tyler Mall in Riverside, California on 11/17/2023. At checkout the the store manager (Sabrina) only put two pairs of shoes in the bag. We realize this when we got home. The mall closes at 8:00PM so we were not able to go back the same day. We returned the next day and told the cashier of the issue, the store manager was standing next to the cashier and she remembered my wife and I. She said " I remember you" Told us to hold on and went to the back room. When she came back her attitude was very rude and told us that she had giving us two pairs in the bag and one without a bag. I than told her that was not the case and asked her to check the store cameras. She told me she couldn't check the cameras and there was nothing else she would do and we had to leave the store. I than told her " do you really think we would be coming back if we had the shoes?" I asked her a second time to check the cameras, she said she could not and she was going to call security. She went to the backroom my wife and I waited. She came back and I asked her to give me the contact information to corporate and her supervisor, she told us "get it your self". I asked a second time and she fully ignore the request. I told her "are you going to ignore me?" and she just went on with no response. Security never came. We're out a pair of shoes, the condescending attitude and lack of effort to resolve a customer's concern from a store manager (Sabrina) is a reflection of the lack of service training from ALDO to their store leaders.

I've been trying to reach the customer service for 2 days by chat by call by everything waiting 1 hour on the phone and no one is answering and they took my money until now I did not receive any information or any updates or anything from 8 days very bad service if I can put 0 star I will do it

I purchased iconistep (white) using website. My purchase came I 5 days, but shoes have marks that they were used, not new!
I payed full price and have got used, How can it happened?
Not respectfully done by Aldo…
If you had it used - put as clearance sale and the customer who wants them will buy them, but who would like to have new and paying full price SELL NEW ONLY!

I walked into Aldo Polo Park in winnipeg and the older man (about 50 yrs old) did not greet me whatsoever. He was on his phone for 5 whole minutes and when I interrupted his scrolling to ask for a size, he was extremely rude and made it feel like it was a hassle to get the size i wanted only for him to come back and tell me he doesn't have my size and went back to scrolling on his phone. When I had asked another employee for the same size in the same shoe, she politely helped me and brought out the size that the man said they didn't have.

Placed an order online at aldoshoes.com. At the time the website indicated that shoes are in stock. But after more than two weeks, received an email that order has been cancelled because it was out of stock. This reflects very poorly on the company. Initially it was indicated that the item will delivered within a week but then after two weeks informed that the item has been out of stock. Very poor experience. Will not recommend ordering from Aldo to anyone.

I ordered a pair of shoes and the bag to match for my daughter's graduation only to receive two bags. I am leaving in three days and was asked to drive 40 minutes to do the exchange. They do not offer overnight shipment so it looks as though I may not receive the shoes in time.
I requested to speak with a manager only to be told, I'll get a call back tomorrow. The representative was kind enough but as he exclaimed "nothing much we can do".
Will no be ordering with Aldo again.

I bought one pair of boots for my daughter from Aldo store, but she complained pain to both feet after only wearing one day. I tried to return to the store at Scarborough Town Center, but was denied, both the cashier and the manager are super rude and unfriendly! Then, I started calling customer service. For two weeks, I called everyday, no body answered the phone. I finally got talking to their staff, but they requested multiple pictures of the boots and receipt, I sent all to them. 3 days later, the staff said they didn't receive the receipt and requested me to send again. The fact is I sent the pictures and receipt in one email, why they didn't receive the receipt? Anyway, I sent the receipt again, Another 3 days later, they emailed me back and told me to wait while they assess the qualification of returning. After almost 1 month of emailing back and forth, finally I got the refund. It's so exhausted and I wonder whether the money is worthy of my energy and time! Now, I find the reviews on this site, really should check the review before buying! Don't buy Aldo's products unless you want yourself angry and frustrated everyday!

It's almost as if their inventory is stored in a zoo, considering the extent of damage reported. Their lack of awareness regarding stock availability adds to the vexing experience. This has occurred twice, underscoring deficiencies in both customer service and product quality. The omission of product unavailability notifications appears intentional, as they seem to prioritize processing orders based on demand. If a product garners sufficient orders, it's fulfilled; otherwise, they resort to explanations such as "out of stock" or "product damaged." I have attached a screenshot where the wallet I ordered is still shown as available, but in my purchase list, its shown "not in good condition". Aldo's approach should mature to address these shortcomings.

Nothing much… just Aldo sucks big time!

I don't think it's worth the $$$, but their styles are gorgeous. It's definitely worth it during sales though... so, sort of stuck in between for the ratings.

My boyfriend, however, ordered several pairs of shoes online and the sizes were ridiculously smaller than what he intended. Highly suggest you go to the store to purchase to get the best fit.

Ordered shoes and have been waiting over a month. Reached out and asked them to cancel order. They told me they're out of stock and they'll send me the shows when they're in stock. At month two I asked again for them to cancel order, at the very least let me buy other shoes and I'll pay the difference. They still refused and can't give me even a ballpark estimate of when the shoes will come. No refund. No shows. Makes no sense. Will never buy from them again and will spread the word wherever I can.

I'm in emirates mall tried to refund some items, and the sales person name Sweet just took my credit card and made picture from both side! When I asked why she did this, she said it's policy. Without any explanation she just got full information of my card! And after that she was so rude! From beginning she tried to push me to take gift card and I won't it, and this is my right! Very poor quality of service, never going back to this shop!
