Careful: this site is selling what look like fake UGGs and is also using fake Verisign and McAfee badges!
Fake Ugg's from China - asked for refund just after order placed. They keep emailing replies in poor English, contradicting themselves all the time i.e yes, you can have a refund, no you cant, yes, it will take 3 days, no, it will take 20 days!!! I'll never see my money again. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!
It has taken nearly a month and the boots probably are fake from China. Rubbish communicationand I would not buy from them again. The woman I spoke to could not speak english - she told me to Google my own address!! They put the phone down when I said I want a refund and I then reported them to Consumer Direct. It is apparantly illegal not to have a physical address on their website and therefore they have now been reported for this.
Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Im looking to get a refund from my bank. If your bank are involved with a chargeback scheme and you can provide the copies of invoice, proof that there selling as genuine and can proove thgat they are fakes eg: get a note from a retailer you can get your money back. I recommended to anyone reading this don't risk purchasing on this websites. Awful service, complete blaggers.
Do not order from this website like I have, Big mistake, £125 mistake! They are fraudsters, poor poor service and after such a long wait. Will not refund or exchange! ;(
yeah if the word UGG is the website name they are selling fake uggs
How can you tell they are fake? I have had no problem really with this website other than the boots took 3 weeks to arrive. As long as they have the UGG in print on the sole and hologram on the tag then I would have thought this was the genuine article. End of the day you get what you pay for!
If you like them fine, but I didnt like this design on me so wanted a return thats where the problem is. The website says money back garentee. Also have had them confirmed that they are fake wouldnt be that bothard if i liked them cause there good fakes. But yeah like you said you get what you pay for.

Chris O. Agg boots? LOL ... these scammers must be running out of ways to use 'ugg' in a domain name. What next ... Egg boots? Haha ...
Oh btw yep this is phony, well spotted :)
Hint to anyone else reading this - if you see Nightfall boots in any color other than chestnut, like the black and chocolate ones on the front page here, no need to look further. They're fake, always. You may assume the rest are, also.
