For starters you can no longet reach them by phone you must email. Once email them they say they've received your request and immediately close your ticket with no resolution or response. Lets talk their reward system... they say that your rewards immediately post after shipping... another joke. At one point I was placing orders every other week and you'd think they'd want to keep me as a loyal Customer... nope I'd spend months stalking them with no response just to get the rewards I earned... needless to say I will not be doing any business anymore... I don't even care how much it costs at this point... I will gladly buy it elsewhere.

I shop online more than thousands of dollars just this store alone, just bc I need 3 outfits every week no repeat, I have no problem with my order at all, price are good, shipping is free and fast thou sometime size small a bit tight and I returned with no problem. Too bad they are going out business filed bankruptcy closed many stores. I hope online store remain open. Thanks agaci!

I absolutely love the styles and looks of clothing and shoes at Agaci but they are cheaply made and get strings hanging off easily and shoe soles seem to peel off after some use. All dresses are spot clean or dry clean only and the workers do not tell you at all (like Victoria's secret will with purchase). Overall the quality of products here is poor and cost is a little high for cheaply made items.

I've only ever shopped in a store in the Mall of America. I thought the workers were very nice to me at least. I was searching for rompers and they pointed me in the right direction. I ended up buying two shirts, a romper, and a pair heels for under $100. Everything fit amazingly! But I need to find a dress for a dinner cruise coming up in May and I'm interested in ordering online. After reading mixed reviews I don't know for sure what I'm going to do yet. I guess I'll just have to see

Received $150 gift card from my daughter for my birthday. She was told by the in store sales person before purchasing that I can use on line since I live 2.5hrs away from nearest store. LIES LIES LIES. No place to put gift card during checkout, they will gladly accept your credit card. Disappointed with A'GACI.

Bought 3 tops and received them 2 days after I ordered. Great quality and communication. Seems like they are on top of their game since reopening.

I ordered online and almost a month later still haven't received my package. I called to see what can be done rep said he'd put a request to find the package and give me 10% off my next purchase and to look out in my email for an update within 24 hours. 10 days later still nothing! I called again the rep offers to do a reship then says they're not available anymore and a refund will take 3 business days on their end. I don't trust this company. They don't care and don't follow through. Opt out for a better clothing company.

You never should even think about working for agaci. Epsically the one in the Florida mall. Working for Sidney is like working for a $#*!. She's a very cold hearted person. A family member could be dying and she would not let u call out. No matter what, even though she puts everyone to work when the rules are that someone has to cover your shift. She will call you names and everything and she won't care. She's a very ignorant person and selfish. So if I decide to work there, good luck. She will do you dirty no matter how long you've worked their. She claims she's worked in retail for a long time but obviously she needs to go back and study that because she has screamed at her employees in front of customers so.

This is my first time shopping with them and I was pleasantly surprised. The jumpsuit I ordered is really cute and shipping was really fast. I would definitely order again!

Great customer service and my order was delivered very quickly. Would highly recommend if buying for a friend or loved one.

This job was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had, management stole and got away with it by accusing other employees when the employees found out, nobody trained new employees right, regular employees were fired and management just got slaps on the wrist, pay and scheduling was AWFUL! Would not recommend this job to even my enemies. DO NOT work for Ingram Park Mall Agaci!

Working at agaci is probably the worst job you would ever want to work at. Florida mall especially. The managers sucks and they Don't know how to manager. I'm surprised it's still even open.

I've only ever ordered online which sounds like the way to go based on the reviews... I have always had a great experience with them. I constantly order clothes from there because they have free returns so it's not a hassle to return anything that doesn't fit. They are pretty quick too... the last order I placed was on the 19th, it shipped the 20th and was delivered the 24th. The credit for the returns is quick also... way better than ordering from Tobi. I would recommend Agaci but order online (free shipping over $50).

They cancelled my order due to lack of availability they should update thir online shopping they should have said it was out of stock... they never deposit my money back bad customer service when i called to ask if i can just order another size they only said that i had to place another order and they had to charge me shipping because it was under 50 dollars and i told them that that was why i had order them with other items in my first order they did nothing about it didn't even apologize

I ordered the clothing online and even went through a third party shipping service but everything went by smoothly! I love the clothes, the material is not bad, everything fit very well and I think it was quite worth the money I spent (which was more than usual with international shipping) Took a gamble and I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not sure if I'm just lucky but I am extremely tempted to order again! :)

I just found their website and instantly fell in love with everything... I spent 2 days shopping and adding things to my cart... I finally was ready to order and was completely taken back by the shipping costs... I live in Ontario, Canada... my entire order costed $120.87... shipping costs were $119. I cannot physically believe this... so I emailed customer service thinking it must have been a mistake... I was told the shipping is estimated by your area (fine I get that)... so I asked where the product ships from and was told Kentucky... so apparently from Kentucky to Ontario it costs $119 to ship... absolutely bull$#*!. I've ordered from Australia before and shipping was only $10 and that was across the entire world. Lol. I'm so disappointed... I wanted a lot of items from the site but I cannot justify spending the same amount for shipping then what my order is. Absolutely ridiculous... if you don't live in the U. S don't buy.

I purchased about 10 items between the sizes of small and medium. I was completely satisfied with the clothes. They were true to size and the exact quality advertised. My package also came on time.

Looking at the awful reviews I was weary to shop here but I had to get something since they were having a 40% sale for Memorial Day. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes and it took a week to deliver. I was extremely happy about the shoes and Ive ordered since then with no issues so far.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would! Steer far away from this company. I ordered something quick and cheap online to wear to a last minute function and paid for priority shipping. They do not honor priority shipping so do not waste your money. My order was "processing" for days. Customer service is extremely rude. I spoke to 3 different representatives and each time i called back the service got worse. The reps kept talking over me, Repeating the same scripted notes in a condescending tone. "Ma'am like i already told you" while chomping on gum. Ghetto is an understatement and believe me I'm no prude. Im completely disgusted. I am currently disputing the charges with my bank since the company was no help. Seriously, do not shop here not here! For someone to take the time out of their day to write a negative review you have to be treated pretty badly. Save your money and energy and find that item on a different site!

Don't even bother to contact customer care they will never help you I spoke to Robert Thomas a MANAGER well he had the nastiest attitude Ive ever heard... I purchased 16 items online only received 12 and was promised I was refunded then a few days later they sent me an email saying they couldn't refund so I called and spoke to him and he was so nasty and full of attitude... are they really customer care... Agaci is a beautiful store but will lose all my business because of people like them who do not care about the people who are the reasons why they receive a salary in the first place... I hate people with stink attitudes. The man never gave me a chance to talk he spoke above me and ignored anything I said...

These are some terrible reviews if I haven't bought from them before I'd never think to try. Like someone said people rarely write good reviews so let me add my good experience. I've been shopping online and always get my order to time. For the price the quality is good they fit nicely. I prefer shopping here than other stores.

Wow reading the other reviews I'm shocked I've been ordering and shopping at Agaci for almost four years. It's one of my favorite stores. They always have amazing deals and they ship fast to my house. I have never had a problem with there staff near me but then again I'm located in Chicago so I guess it depend on the location/state. As far as ordering there always on point for me! 5 stars!
