The sizing was not accurate and I ended up being charged hidden fees for something I did not choose to sign up for. I will be canceling my account with Adore Me and not buying any of their products again.
I was pleased with the overall speed of the service and ease of ordering, but I was given the wrong size.
Easy, convenient, fast!
After over a month, I still have not received my order, and was finally contacted about it for the first time yesterday. Every time I have talked to anyone from their customer service, they've all been very short with me and unhelpful! I will definitely not be ordering from them again.
More plus size options, please. I'm sick of having to skip every month until the plus size dept is updated :(

The shipping was speedy
I was pleased with the website's variety, price, layout, etc. I'm just not sure how I feel about the VIP program yet & some of the items have limited sizing that doesn't quite fit top & bottom.
It was delivered quickly with very cute packaging! And I loved the item!
Bought my fiancé some lingerie and it was very nice but when we tried to tie a bow with the waist belt in back (the way it was shown) the belt almost completely ripped off with very little pressure put on it.
Don't buy anything from this site!!! I did not sign up for VIP, used a gift certificate and noticed my card the next month was charged $39.95. I called customer service and they continued to argue that I signed up as a VIP, also refused to place a supervisor on the phone. Low quality items, low quality service- no thanks! my first order was my last!!!!
The lingerie is pretty, but not worth the $ and you have to stay on top of the VIP membership and cancel each month or you'll be charged. I wasn't surprised by that as some users have been, but I did forget to cancel one month and decided to cancel my membership as a result. It is a pain to cancel, must do by phone and of course you're on hold. I was able to accomplish it with three phone calls but had to demand a confirmation email when I didn't receive it. Based on the reviews I saw here, I didn't feel comfortable if I didn't have proof of my cancellation. Decent lingerie but be careful.
I was being charged every month to be a "member" and was completely unaware. Apparently it's some fine print sh*t that they don't make you aware of so they can rip you off every month. Don't use this site unless you know it. Worst experience ever and it's not even good quality $#*!.
I once bought something SIX MONTHS AGO and just realized that this company has been siphoning money off of me ever since. I called them today and was told that they would ONLY refund the most recent month, and that they would not remove my credit card from their system. Now I have to call the credit card company and dispute the charges. This company is garbage, and I am telling EVERYONE I can to AVOID THEM.
Same as everyone else. Bought a relatively nice set of lingerie and was fairly impressed. But NOT worth the $40 a month they take out of my bank account each month. Tried the 1800 number AND the help email with no response. I guess I'll have to cancel my card/contact my bank to assist in getting this handled. DO.NOT.BUY.
I recently made a purchase from this site, and it wasn't until after i made my purchase i read the reviews on this site which made me very worried about what to expect. I received my purchase on the 7th business day and i am happy with my product. This website is not expensive therefore you can not expect very high quality but from what I have i am happy, the quality is good and the stitching is all good.
This isn't any different than the ones below, but I want to drive their rating down as far as possible. I bought something once from this website back in January and was happy enough with my purchase -- I was able to use a coupon to make it affordable on my budget. Apparently a $15 purchase qualifies you to be signed up for "VIP" treatment against your will, which just means they'll take $39.95 out of your bank account if you don't check your spam emails hard enough to know you need to "skip" the option for them to take your money and allocate it to their products.
This is $#*!ing ridiculous and $#*! whatever comment appears below this saying I was informed or that I can call customer service. I am on the phone with customer service, and it's Katy Perry on loop.
$#*! you guys. I can't AFFORD this. My card expires in a few months so I'm just canceling it so you can never take money from me again. Not to mention filing a dispute against this charge.
This is a SCAM and the fact that it targets women who want to make themselves and others feel good on a budget is DISGUSTING. I hope these people have moments where they feel insecure about what they are doing, BECAUSE ITS A BAD THING TO BE DOING.
They were smart enough to blast facebook, particularly women, with ADs so I'm sure they'll make plenty of money on this scam. I probably would have used this service again if this hadn't happened, so best case scenario you just gained $40 and lost me and my friends as customers forever.
If i could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. Called customer service and was on hold for over 15 minutes. My card was charged $39.95 without my knowing then when I called I was told I could be placed on a "payment vacation" which means I would not be charged for the next month but after that the charges would continue. I then said I DO NOT want to me charged again since the quality is not worth the price. Customer Service told me I was to pay the difference between the discounted price and the regular price, then my account would be canceled. All in all, poor product, poor customer service. I absolutely do not recommend.
This is the worst online shopping experience that I've ever had! It's a total scam! I purchased one item from them December 2013 and I was charged 39.95 on 1/10/2014 and another 39.95 on 2/6/2014. I've tried calling the number 646-355-0570 several times to cancel the hidden VIP fee but unable to reach anyone nor leave a voice message! I also sent a few emails out to the email@example.com (reference # 104349) and firstname.lastname@example.org but receive no reply. Since I have no luck reaching to anyone in AdoreMe, I have called my credit card company to block all transaction from AdoreMe.
This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an online company! Once you make an order, you are automatically considered "a member" and get charged $40 every month. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel this membership and the charges keep rolling in every month. I've tried numerous times to get through to this company's horrible customer service, have spent untold minutes on hold and still have not had any success in getting my membership cancelled. I'm considering legal representation at this point! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I like the lingerie and I like the idea behind the site, they just have horrible customer service.
The first time I experienced it was when my credit card expired. The site wouldn't let me update my new card because it was the same number but with the updated expiration date. I tried entering the new expiration date but I kept getting a warning that said that the card was already on file. Yes the card number was on file, but the expiration date was different. I contact customer support. They offered no real solution. They told me to delete the card then put in the new one. I wasn't able to do this because you have to have a card on file. I tried putting in the card number with the expiration date, the system still wouldn't take it because it said the card was already on file. I finally gave up, because I actually like the lingerie, and just put in a completely different card.
The second issue I had was that my packages never arrives on time (This was my 6th shipment and I finally got fed up). When I contacted the support team, they sent me a link to how the shipping works. I am not a moron. I know how shipping works. On their site they say that a package should be delivered in 3-5 days. I did not receive my packages until the 8th or 9th business day (excluding Saturday and Sundays). That's ridiculous. I sent that email to customer service on January 20th. Today is February 6th. I still have not received a response.
I skipped this month. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again until this shipping issue is figured out and customer service improves. I work for an internet subscription company myself, and we never leave our customers this long without an answer. If our shipments are delayed, no matter if it was our own fault or the shipping company, we offer our customers some type of compensation.
I didnt realize the VIP subscription would charge me monthly. I tried getting out of it and can't get in touch with anyone. If this hadn't happened I'd review the lingerie well. But this is completely outrageous
This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in my life. My item came in a timely manner, but the DDD i bought was more like a B. That actually didn't even bother me (I'm gonna rip the thing off of me anyway). What bothered me was the VIP program. I, like many others, do not even know how this happened. Luckily I caught it before my card was charged and hit the "skip this month" option. I read that the only way to cancel this option is to call, no emailing, which is a huge pain because I knew I'd be hold for ever. So after being on hold for half an hour, I'm finally connected to someone. I tell her all of the information needed, and she tells me she can't cancel because I'm still in a trial period and it isn't an option. I ask to speak to a supervisor and have to deal with this woman patronizing me (and telling me the supervisor is out to lunch, even though it's 10:30 am their time) So now I wasted 45 minutes trying to cancel something when I'm just going to have to do the whole show over again. I urge everyone to stay away, I wish I would have read the reviews before hand.
I unknowingly joined AdoreMe in December of 2013 when I ordered my first set. When it came in the mail I was a little disappointed by the quality of the set and it was very cheap. However I only paid $25 so I guess I got what I paid for. After receiving countless annoying emails I remembered to skip the month of January and today I woke up to find I was automatically charged $39.95 because I forgot to skip this month. Needless to say, I was pretty annoyed. I called my bank to cancel the transaction. I then called AdoreMe customer service to cancel my "subscription" and they informed me that I would still be charged half the monthly price for canceling within the first 45 days. WTF? Now I have to wait until the 20th to cancel. This website has cute lingerie and all but seeing the quality of the set I ordered, its not even worth $40 bucks. The whole website is just a scam to steal your money!!! Can't wait to cancel!!!
I completely agree with all these people wanting to put zero stars. NEVER, I repeat NEVER join the adore me VIP program. I live in California and when I wanted to skip the month at 9:44pm on the 5th it would not let me skip. I am calling in the morning to cancel my account and if they charge me any more money I will ask to talk to the president to tell them to run their business better and not scam us out of our money. NEVER EVER SIGN UP OR ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF THIS SIGHT!!!Don't get coaxed into their "deals" because in the long run they won't pay off. Most ridiculous thing i have ever had to deal with.
My wife and I had a very bad experience with this company. I purchased a Groupon worth $100 at Adore Me and gave it to my wife as a gift. She made a purchase and was somehow signed up for the VIP program. (My wife didn't intend to do this and is not sure how it happened). When the lingerie came (a set), she tried the top on, it didn't fit, so she sent the set back for an exchange.
First, we got an email saying that they received the item(s), but it did not pass the "sanitary inspection" and would therefore need to be returned back to my wife or destroyed. This is when I got involved. When inquiring about the sanitary inspection, I was told (via email) that all items returned must be in new and unused condition. The only thing I can figure is that she took the item out of its packaging to try it on and this is what "damaged" the items. The representatives will say you can try the items on and how easy it is to return, but beware. I could not speak with anyone who could tell me how, exactly the piece was damaged.
Second, just dealing with them is a nightmare. My experience with their online chat was good, but they are not equipped to handle customer service issues. I first replied back to their email (the one that said they were rejecting the return). That was a couple of weeks ago. To date, they have not responded, so I decided to call.
In calling them, they would say "hello? hello? I can't hear you, you will need to call back." ... This happened three times. In addition I was disconnected once while being transferred and once while on hold.
I finally asked for a supervisor and was told she was in a meeting. I asked her to call me back. She called the next day and, oddly, said I couldn't get a refund, because we had asked for an exchange. She didn't mention the damage to the items at all. My wife did intend to exchange for the correct size, but after all of the headaches she decided not to do business with them. In the end, the supervisor gave me a refund without much fight, but insisted on charging me a $6 restocking fee. A restocking fee?! I wasn't going to fight over $6, but then again, why would they?

I am very disappointed in this company. I placed an order with them thinking that it would be a wonderful experience, as this was my first order. I was not concerned about the VIP program as I have seen this before, although, it is quite a pain. I do understand it. However, what I am very upset with is, the fact that when I log into my account I cannot see my information and it states that there is "no credit card on file" when clearly there is as I just placed an order. Needless to say, I called the customer service hotline and told them about this. Their response, "its your computer, theres nothing we can do." Which is fine I get that. Moreover, I cannot "skip this month" because on my end it is showing there is no card on file. Which is a LIE because I know there is. My order has also not arrived yet, 30 days to receive an order? That is ridiculous. I don't care if I live in Canada and they are from the states. All the other american sites deliver within 5 days at least. Needless to say, once I receive my order I will never be ordering from this site again and cancelling my membership. Things need to change with this company..and FAST.
I purchased a lingerie set in Dec of 2012. The credit card that I purchased this set on was one I rarely used and generally used for vacations. I then did my annual balance check that I do an extensive spreadsheet on and noticed that I had a charge for $39.95 on my account. I thought that this was odd as I never authorized this purchase. I started doing some research and low and behold, they've been charging me $39.95 a month for 13 moths. I was overwhelmed by the fact that in all the years that I've handled this credit card in this nature that it bit me in the ass. I then took full responsibility, contacted AdoreMe and they absolutely refused to refund the full amount. Offered me an initial refund for the current month of $39.95 and that was it. After the ignorant employee expressed that I will not get any of my money, I decided to contact the better business bureau. Today I noticed on my account a refund of $239.70. No where near the $519.35 that they have been charging me. When I contacted them, they basically said that was their policy and I have 12 months to use the credits or they are gone. While I take responsibility for my own credit card, I do not like the fact that I am now being FORCED to use over $200 to purchase their garbage. I am continuing my dispute with my credit card, the BBB and I am also going to get my lawyer involved if the full credits are not refunded. I WOULD NEVER AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TAKING $39.95 A MONTH!!! THIEVES!!!!!
They get you with membership fees and seem like they offer good deals but hit you with fees and then once you try to return the product you have to pay full price for it which is super expensive. Poor quality product did not fit at all nor flatter at all. I would not recommend adore me
The material is bad, fitting is different between different bras and they will bill you without warning you!
I have quite a few sets that I have really enjoyed. However, I had two very bad experiences.
1 - I brought 6 sets at Christmas during the Buy one get one sale. One set came in CLEARLY not the correct size. The rest fit fine but one set was so small I could get the bra on. I contacted customer service and was told since there was none left of that design there was nothing they can do. So I was stuck paying for a bra that was clearly mis-labeled. Not my fault.
2 - The last time I purchased through them the sizing was off again. This time there was still some in stock so I decided to just go up to a bigger size. There was an issuing with shipping and I never received the product even though it said delivered. I spoke to numerous people and was told different stories. Two people said they would send out a replacement and a confirmation email. When that did not happen both times I called back again. Then I was told there was nothing they could do for me since it said delivered. The post office says there is nothing they can do because it was not an insured package. So basically because this company is cheap and does not get the insurance I am again stuck paying for a set I don't even have. (This issue has happened once before with GAP and a replacement was sent out within a week because they put the customer first).
Needless to say, I spent well over $200 in my first two months since signing up for VIP so you would think they would want to keep their customers happy. I have not cancelled my membership yet because I had to wait on hold for a long time the first time I tried. There are many things I have seen that I want to buy but I have to keep reminding myself this is not a company I wish to deal with.
ZERO stars. This is THE worst possible place to shop. Like everyone else is saying, their bras are cheap, fall apart, and charge you without you knowing. WORST experience ever.
Sizes run small I actually ordered a size bigger and it barely fit. I tried to get out if their monthy buy but they won't take the request by email and trying to deal with customer service, especially if you work and can't spend all day on the phone. So the 1st of each month I skip the month I will keep warning people about them until they take me off their monthly auto buy or we take your money anyway. Hopefully the BBB can do something about them
Don't join VIP!!! Nightmare to get out of. Also if you order wrong size there is no way to cancel the order to re-order and customer service can't make the size correction.
So far I've bought two bras from this place and they are perfect. Match the images and descriptions and actually fit. Plus shipping is fast, which is great.
I've never had to deal with customer service so I have no comment on that. But I am not too fond of this membership that I had no idea I actually signed up for until I noticed the money missing from my account. For me it wasn't too bad, I caught it the first time it happened but for those who don't it can quickly add up. There definitely needs to be a change to the sign up, so you don't start losing $40 a month.
They steal your money, I had no clue they were charging my card.. i haven't even used the adorme website in 3 months. My hard earned money is not worth their cheap quality bras and its bull$#*! they need to be shut down.
I would give this a zero if I could! I had a horrible experience with this company. Not only do they charge you outrageous amounts for lingerie they don't make themselves (it is the same as other brands), but they also fraudulently charge you an extra $39.95 a month. When you place your order, they sign you up under their VIP account, and no where on the screen does it inform you that you will be charged $39.95 credit every month. So you place your order, there are often times issues with the orders, and then when you finally receive it you think you're all done, but you're really not. After my initial purchase, they gave me a store credit of $39.95, however, I also noticed a charge on my debit card for the same amount. I was not at home when this occurred, and so I could not go to the bank to rectify it. A few more days passed, and there was another charge for $39.95, and this charge sent my card in to overdraft, so I was charged another $35 for that (by my bank). When I called to try and have these charges reversed, I was on hold four separate times, three of which were hung up on their end, for a total of about 40 minutes. When I finally reached a representative, I was informed that by ordering that pair of underwear, I was saying yes to the credit and because it had been thirty days past the initial charge, and I had not opted out of that month, even though I was not aware of the charges to vein with, they could not and would not refund the first charge. They ended up refunding the second charge, but as I was looking for a way to cancel the account, since you cannot edit your credit card information, the representative informed me that it was not possible to do online, and that I should spend the credit that was on my card, and call back after I spent that and cancel my account. I would then be forced to pay another $10-30 for the difference between the two accounts (VIP and normal). When I informed the representative that I did not want to spend the credit, I just wanted to cancel my account, she informed me more than once that I should spend the credit. When I told her that I was not going to buy anything from them ever again, she finally cancelled my account. I then the next day had to file a fraud report at my bank and cancel my card. I was able to get the second charge and the overdraft fee reversed, but that first charge I will never get back. I have read other reviews of people who had this same problem, and they say that every time someone posts negatively on Adore Me's Facebook website, it gets deleted, so this is my attempt to spread the word. Also, I just checked, and it does not look like they deactivated my account. Now I have to wait until February to see if I get charged again. Worst mistake ever. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and they have sent the report to the company, but so far, I have had no response. Be wise, fellow shoppers.
TERRIBLE Experience!!! I placed an order on this website and when i received my order confirmation it said that it had enrolled me in a $40 a month service. I called customer service and was on hold for about 40 minutes and a woman told me there was nothing she could do for me. She couldnt cancel my order..she couldnt unsubscribe me from the service....but i could take advantage of all their amazing deals... WHAT?!?! I kept asking to speak to a supervisor and the woman told me she couldnt transfer me. There is no way on the website to remove your credit card information also. the only thing u can really do is cancel your credit card. Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase anything from this website! Its a total SCAM!
I never write reviews- this is my first one ever, and I am an online shopper all the way. Adoreme.com gets a zero stars. I wanted to get their Martin Luther King promo code (buy one get one free), but every time I did, the page would refresh and I was forced to check out with their VIP promo code, which apparently starts me into automatic billing every single month for a new lingerie set. After I found this out (and still totally pissed that I was forced to check out with that code rather than their MLK code), I gave them a call. They said I couldn't cancel my VIP membership until 10 days, and I would be charged the difference. I politely explained the MLK code and that I was forced to check out with VIP status- but the customer service rep didn't care. I'm going to be charged the difference and they're going to keep my card on file for 45 days. I've read so many other reviews where they don't give you refunds and they are horrible with actually canceling your account. I'm really pissed off- especially because most of their lingerie can be bought at other stores for much cheaper. The ONLY reason I bought there was because of the MLK deal. They have cheap lingerie that is NOT worth the price of VS lingerie. I'm pissed that they force you into VIP membership, but obviously don't treat you like a "VIP," ha! DON'T BUY FROM HERE! If anything, see what lingerie you like from their site, then find it cheaper on another site...you'll save a few headaches and a lot of mula.
This is my first time ever seeking out an opportunity to rate a company online. I am going out of my way to urge people I don't know to NEVER purchase from this site.
I unknowingly opted into the VIP membership. You cannot remove your credit card information from their site at all. You can't even edit it. You can only add another card. If you try to cancel the VIP membership, you have to wait a full 10 days, which is a part of their inexplicable "trial period". My three emails have gone unanswered, their customer service line is wildly unhelpful as they seem to just recite store policies from memory.
Best of all, I wrote an honest review on their facebook page. No expletives, no harsh words, just an explanation of how their service seems intentionally confusing. I also shared a link to this page and my comment was deleted completely.

I love the items I had bought! they are good quality and well worth the price! I love how they have many sales and it shipped very fast! only problem is the costumer service is inadequate. I tried calling several times and can't get anyone. I ordered an item that is too small but is not eligible for return so I want to exchange it for another sale item. and I cant get anyone to help me. be careful of VIP membership its a steal if you use it right.
WORST WEBSITE EVER - 0 STARS
I ordered a lingerie set and they only sent me the top and left out the bottoms. I decided to send it back and cancel my order> After speaking to 3 representatives and not be able to speak to the manager right away I got extremely frustrated.
Their manager Britany ended up being extremely rude and not helpful. She said she would cancel my order and I then received a $40/monthly fee charge just for simply signing up with the website.
I am currently trying to call to have them delete my account from their website, because I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS WEBSITE THE TIME OF DAY AGAIN!

I would give this site zero stars if I had the option. They automatically charge you 40 dollars a month when you make a purchase. I tried to get refunded and they would only refund one month because they have a 30 day no refund policy. STAY AWAY
I have purchased 10 sets from this company. Some set are worth the money some look like they come from Target. The customer service is horrid! I have never receive any items as stated on the website. It usually takes two weeks not 3 days. They ship to the wrong address, sometimes the billing address sometimes to the shipping address. This of course creates all kinds of problems. I get mixed answers every time I talk to them about an issue. Over all it's middle of the line. Some products good, some not. But if you have a problem, and there always seems to be one, getting it taken care of is a nightmare.
I will echo what many say about this site. I am getting married in April, so of course they started advertising to me on Facebook. I stupidly took the bait. I ordered quite a few sets, mostly because when I ordered one thing, they would say "oops our fault, it's not in stock, here's more money to spend on the site" So I would. I just talked with customer service and I told them the way they did thing was not right, by showing VIP prices without really announcing to you that buying at the price meant you would have the $39.95 monthly fee on it. The sales rep explained that "It was marketing, like when you walk in a store and the sign says "$5.99 and up" Well, honey, the difference is, all items still have individual price tags. So now, I must wait 45 days to cancel so they can charge me again, if I don't want to pay back the difference of "sale prices". I am beyond frustrated, and will not fall for their stupid scams again. Do no waste your money here.
I feel scammed!!! After your first purchase, you get charged $40 a month!! Do NOT purchase from this company unless you want to give them $40 every month for the rest of your life, whether you purchase from them again or not. There was open communication with a representative while I was looking to make my first purchase, and now I can't contact anyone to NOT be a "member", where they never gave me a chance to opt-out. I cannot disconnect my card from their website to not get charged the monthly fee! I don't have money for that and don't need $40 worth of lingerie each month!!!!! Now I will have to change my account information or get a new card to keep my money!
Beware Of this company-They only give you the deals if you sign up for a VIP membership (most people dont even know they're signing up for anything at all). This membership basically cost $40/month. They say it isnt a monthly charge, but it is if you do not "skip month". Say what you will Adore Me, you are still charging $40 if we forget to skip a month or dont notice the charges. I dont want store credit! When we called to opt out of this program they made us pay double what we paid for the product since the membership is what gave us the discount (the only reason I bought). Beware, read the fine print many times before you get yourself into this mess.
This is the first review I have ever done on any store/restaurant/anything. If I could give a 0 star I would. It is pretty much the same as the other experiences. I just checked my bank online to pay bills and just happened to see adoreme on there yet again under pending. The date was Jan 6th and I had not made a purchase since before Thanksgiving. I called them to see why I was being charged, logged onto the site, and saw that I had an 80.00 credit. WHAT?? I didn't realize that they were going to charge me twice what I paid for the original purchase every month. When I called, the lady said I should have read it closer. I asked if it happened often that people were mistaken and she said yes. Then why don't they make it bigger and in bold. She refunded me my 80.00's and I told her that I would NEVER be making another purchase with them again.
Worst online shopping experience ever! When I initially purchased something I had no idea I was enrolling in an ongoing monthly subscription! The first order they sent didn't fit and there was a huge black grease stain on it. The second item also did not fit even though I took their "stylist" advice and ordered up a size on their corset....I actually ordered up 3 sizes.....still was too small! I don't get it - I can wear Victoria's Secret lingerie....why doesn't any of the "plus size" AdoreMe junk fit.....oh, that's right.....because it's junk! Poor quality, chintzy little adornments sewed on to look like "bling".
So I tried calling their customer service. What a joke! Rude, and uneducated is the nicest way to describe these girls. I requested my membership canceled in November....it was never done. I discovered this when I noticed on my bank statement that I had been charged AGAIN! Then when I asked to cancel again and have my credit card refunded, they refused, saying they only have access to refund 1 month. I requested to speak to a manager and was hung up on 3 times!!!
Nothing good about my experience with this company......nothing but bad on top of bad on top of bad!!!
