My friend bought some really cute lingerie from your website and recommended to me. I was really excited to get me some of that and when I saw I have a $20 discount I was thrilled!! I just received my set and I'm super happy about it. I can't wait to get a new one when I get my paycheck lol!
Great shopping experience. Customer care people helped me to choose my products in a friendly way. My size was not perfect but i managed to exchange my bras and received it in 3 days

Adore Me is the best site for lingerie I came across lately. I love the variety and how classy (without being boring) their sets are. I ordered three sets so far and loved them all, I had to send back one of them but just because it was a bit small. They offer free exchanges so that wasn't painful at all. I got a voucher and ordered it in a bigger size and it was perfect this time around. The shipping was fast too. The best thing has to be the customer service though, I love the chats service, the stylists are a great help and offer tips for choosing the right styles.
Customer service with Mihaela was great and she applied discounts that otherwise were not registering. Great!

The customer service provided by this site is terrible. You cannot get anyone on the phone (my latest hold time was 20 minutes), and you cannot cancel your subscription any other way.

Paid a bunch of money for TERRIBLE quality products... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It's pretty much a scam! Out of the 4 sets I've ordered (because of an impulse-buy Groupon and automatic billing), I've only kept 1 1/2.
The 1/2 was a beautiful corset -- the thong with it was LITERALLY a triangle fabric swatch of the hard corset fabric attached to a 1/2" wide black elastic, and other 1 was a non-returnable body shaper -- which by the way looks like it was a sewn as craft project by a fifth grader, but does the job. The other sets I sent back had cheap material and horrible fit.
Customer service is terrible -- it takes forever for them to answer the phone and weeks to answer e-mails. It took them 2 months to start to refund a set I sent back. They gave me a coupon code for an equal exchange and said they'd just refund the money if I didn't use it. I thought that they'd give me a full refund, but I barely got 50% of what I paid back to my credit card.
Bottom line, I highly recommend that you DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If you sign up once, they'll keep on automatically billing you every month if you don't visit their website and tell them no. You can't even unsubscribe online--you have to call their service number and wait at least 20 minutes for a real person to pick so you can cancel.
i REALLY like the customer service interface that allows you to talk to a stylist IMMEDIATELY! The one I spoke with today was Mihaela and she was helpful and offered many ideas and suggestions of choices I could make. The site procurement does occasionally leave something to be desired but they still are the best I have found that offers both reasonable pricing and sizes that fit my extra special size needs (I'm a 40G bust) the other sites and products available therein make me feel like I've been a victim of usury and still don't carry a very extensive line of products for my size. the returns are easy and so far without any hiccups tho they can take a little while to process. (what does one expect for free?) I recommend the site to all my friends and some of my enemies just because I think they could benefit from the pricing or products and will continue to do so. Worst online company ever, ordered multiple items that took more than a month to ship since they seem to be out of stock after accepting my money for the purchase. My last experience: placed order on 4/06/13, called two weeks later inquiring about the status of my order and wanted to get a refund, was told that I would not be able to get my refund until they receive the merchandise back. Called a month later, was told that UPS sent the package back to them and that I should receive my refund. Today is June 6th!! NO REFUND!!! Their website states that orders are shipped within a few business days, well out of the 4 orders that I placed only ONE arrived on time!
If you look hard enough, you can find any of the stuff they sell for much cheaper than their "retail" price. I even saw some of their products on AMAZON for a fraction of the price. Their quality is the same as well. When you purchase some of their Adoreme "boutique quality" products, you can easily find where the original company's label was cut off and their Adoreme label was sloppily sewn on. Their customer service constantly gives you the roundabout if you have a problem. They didn't used to be like this, back when they were smaller, the customer service would bend over backwards to help. Now, the bored operators give you answers like, "Please wait two weeks to a month for our email on how to fix your problem." Are you kidding me? The quality went down but I was staying for the loyalty program and the customer service. This is an official breakup, AdoreMe. It's you, not me; you've changed.
Needed to cancel an order; contacted customer service and in just a few minutes it was taken care of! Customer service agent (Tara) was very friendly on top of being helpful - love this company!
Customer service is always polite, friendly, and helpful. Whatever the issue, after conversing with Andrea, I leave feeling reassured and valued as a customer. Customer appreciation is hard to come by these days.
This is the best lingerie website ever! They have the cutest styles out there and they always have great deals available for customers. Now for example they have a "2 sets for $49.95" Sale.
A similar sale brought me to Adore Me. Being a poor college student I can't always afford buying something nice for myself every month, but with the prices Adore Me has, how can I say no?
Product quality is okay. My customer service experience has been horrible. It's been over 2 weeks and they can't locate a returned package that was signed for by their shipper. All they keep offering me is 100 points when ever I call without fixing the problem.
I recently found this website on Fb. The styles were sexy and the lady from the chat, Andrea, helped me find great lingerie for my girlfriend. The service is wicked!

I needed some cute lingerie for a boudoir photo shoot and as I was browsing the web I stumbled upon the Adore Me site. I asked the stylist on chat to recommend me some sets for this occasion. She was very helpful and understood exactly what I needed. I loved the options she suggested, there were some pretty amazing corsets that were perfect for the pin-up theme I had in mind. I decided to order three sets. I received my order in a few days, but unfortunately I was informed that one of the sets I had chosen was out of stock in my size. I was quite upset, but the good thing is that I received a code and I was able to place another order that arrived just in time for the shoot. I'm really grateful to the the online agents that helped me and I'm happy to say that the photo shoot was a success. I think I'm going to order from them again soon.
I love the fact that Adore Me has a Curvy collection dedicated to plus sizes. Not all women come in size 0 or 2, and while other lingerie brands ignore us curvier ladies, Adore Me has a whole collection for plus sized women.
Just because I am not a size 0 it doesn't mean I don't like to wear sexy lingerie.
They offer an excellent selection of full figure bras designed with the fit and comfort for curvy silhouettes at affordable prices.

I'm a big fan of their lingerie - the styles are cute, sexy and affordable. Two of my orders were delivered very fast, I had a bit of a delay with the third in April but they contacted me and explained everything! I love lingerie so this subscription site works for me, but I've seen a lot of complaints from people who didn't bother to read the conditions and were unhappy with it. I give them credit for their online chat and fast responses to emails as well. I also noticed they started to bring even more variety then before - I love the new colorful sets, it's so hard to find something beautiful that's not coming in black, white or nude. Thumbs up!

I discovered Adore Me on Pinterest, a few months ago. I'm a big fan of cute lingerie so the photo that I saw made me want to immediately check out the site. When I found out that the sets were only $39.95 and that I would also receive a discount for my first order, I decided to buy the set. When it arrived it was as pretty as I had imagined it to be. However, I thought that the panties fit a bit too tight and I decided to exchange the set for the next size up. It did take them about 2 weeks to give me an exchange code. As I was really excited to get my set and wear it, I thought that was a bit too long, but the customer care agent that I chatted with was really helpful and told me that there was no need to worry. When I finally got my set and I was able to wear it I was extatic. With my net order I knew what size to get, so there weren't any problems. I also found out that they recently updated the exchange policy. You now receive your code as soon as you make the request and I think that's a real improvement. I recommended the site to a few of my friends and I can't wait for them to buy something.

I found this site with a Groupon promo and I was curious to check it out (I mean sexy lingerie and a gift card? count me in!). So after I browsed for a while I decided to use the promo. I am really happy with the sets I ordered, really sexy and spiced up my love life :) And the stylist on the chat was really helpful in finding the right size and style for me. I would definitely come back for more!
I’m actually very happy with Adore Me. The quality and design of their lingerie and corsets it’s really great and that’s for only 39.95$. The only problem I ever had with them was a partially shipped order a while ago but they emailed and offered a voucher and I was able to order another set that I ended up liking more than my first one. They have this chat feature with real people answering to your every question and I have to say that is great help – I talked to several agents online and they gave me amazing advice and helped me choose some really nice sets. They also answered to my emails very fast and solved every issue I had, just don’t send anything during the weekends when they don’t work – you’ll still get an answer Monday morning, but not right away. I didn't know Adore Me was a subscription type business at first but that’s because I didn't bother to read the conditions at all as I’m sure many of us do, I didn't skip the month between 1 and 5 and I was charged but I wrote them and once they explained I understood and took responsibility for it. The charge it’s actually store credit so no harm done, I used it to purchase a very cool blue bustier and matching panties. I was informed I could get a refund within 30 days but I wanted something nice and used the excuse to get it!

I have ordered something in March, indeed they had problems with the old warehouse, and it wasn't a very pleasant experience because my order was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days but only came after 7 days.
I thought that it was room for improvement so I emailed them that they should deliver on time.
A very nice lady emailed me back and told me that it was indeed unacceptable and that they will be changing warehouse because customer satisfaction is their number one priority and that I should come back and visit in a month or so after they finish installing up at the new warehouse.
She also gave me a discount for a further purchase because of the delay in shipping and last month thought I should give them another chance.
I am very glad I did because I ordered the most beautiful bathing suits and this time the order arrived after 2 days.
Not to mention that the suits fitted me perfectly and was complimented by all of my friends at the swimming pool I go to.
WORST ONLINE VENDOR EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I am a frequent online shopper and I rarely write reviews, but I have to in this case. I ordered one set of lingerie on Adore Me. It fit poorly and was cheap- that's not what i was upset about, it's a bit of a gamble ordering undergarments online.
I tried to cancel my membership- first of all, you can only do it over the phone during business hours. The first two times i tried to call over my lunch break and each time spent an hour on hold before giving up and hanging up. The third time I got someone on the phone, and she assured me that my account would be canceled.
Low and behold, I have now been charged not once, but twice. I tried the "live chat" on their website and left it open for an hour- no response. Guess it'll be another week of lunch hours spent on hold!!
I'm reading all these reviews wondering if I'm using the same site as the rest of you! I also foun out about it through groupon, in feburary 2013.
I purchased the $60 for $100 option but loved so many things I ende up ordering three sets my first purchase enrolling in the VIP membership. My order said 5-7 business days or something similar, I remember it was a Tuesday and I received my beautifully packaged items Saturday! The fit is perfect for me (36D) I love that you can usually choose between two styles of panty for the set and the corsets are absolutely breathtaking. All the garments I received were well beyond my expectation in terms of quality and after my inital order they had a double credit deal so I ordered one set (4th and 5th credit) and then got my 6th set for free! I'm ordering my 7-10th sets as soon as I can decide if I want a couple nighties or more fabulous bras!
Also, I skipped March and April and was not charged as a matter of fact I did NOT skip this month and have been waiting all day for my credit so I can place my order!
Really confused and sad about whats been going on for you guys. I'm usually the one to get the worst possible service but I adore AdoreMe!
My last experience with Leidy R was very helpful, and I believe she acted quickly and efficiently in dealing with my complaint. However, the rest of my experience in dealing with customer service has been less than helpful. I have emailed, called, and spoken to representative in online chat. I finally got my problem rectified, but I doubt I would ever use this company again. Their product is good, but they are not always reliable.
I first heard of Adore Me through Groupon. Being a 32DD I was excited to see cute, trendy styles in my size and decided to give them a try. I placed my order on April 5, 2013 and it is still being processed as of April 24, 2013. On April 10, 2013, I received an email stating the shipping would be delayed by one week. Well, it has been two weeks and my order has yet to be processed. They offered me 200 points and a $10 credit, but I can only use the points if I become a VIP member and set my credit card for monthly charges. I do not have time to log on each month and accept/decline their latest offering. I have tried to call their customer service numerous times, only to be hold for 20 to 30 minutes and still not get a representative. I wish I could get my money back.
Update: I finally reached a human being within their customer service. They said my items would likely ship sometime next week. Not acceptable. Even though my order status was STILL pending, they said it could not be cancelled. The representative advised I could just wait to receive my merchandise and then return it for a merchandise credit minus a restocking free. Really?! Why would I want to place another order with this merchant?! I called Groupon and very quickly reached a representative. After I explained the situation, he was very apologetic and issued a refund for the voucher. I am glad my trial run with this company was through Groupon or I would be screwed.
Adoreme.com is an absolute scam! They automatically enrolled me in VIP membership and charged my bank account WITHOUT my authorization. I declined the February showroom and was charged $39.95. Did not receive any product or service. I declined the March showroom and was not charged anything. I declined the April showroom and was charged $39.95. Did not recieve any product or service. When you decline a showroom...it means you DON'T WANT ANYTHING SO DON'T CHARGE ME!!! I didn't realize until April about the charges and now nobody will return my emails or phone calls. How can a company charge you without providing you with any kind of service or product? RIDICULOUS! After several unsuccessful attempts to get the charges totaling $79.90 refunded, I'm filing fraud charges with my bank. This company needs a serious wake up call on business ethics.
I first ordered from Adoreme.com using a groupon. Within a week of ordering on January 1st, my order still hadn't shipped. I reached out to check a status, and they told me they had been having warehouse problems, and assured me it would ship that week. It did not. Over the next month after several calls and several emails, nothing was resolved. Finally, a full month after my order was placed, I spoke to a woman who told me she didn't understand why anyone would tell me my order would come in the first place - the buy one get one free deal I had placed my order with had expired, which meant that I could no longer claim the offer even though I had placed my order when this offer was still active, and one of the units I had purchased was out of stock never to return again - and had been for some time now. However, they had charged my credit card the day after I had placed my order. They sent me offer codes for two "free" sets, covering what I had already paid for, and my January order was never shipped, or listed as canceled.
This month, in preparation for my long distance boyfriend's arrival, I attempted to redeem the offer codes. Having placed my order and purchased an extra set, I saw that my credit card was immediately charged. It has now been 12 days, and my order still hasn't shipped. When I first contacted them, they cited warehouse issues again. But I have contacted them for status updates, for requests for some sort of free expedited shipping for my hassles, every day since Monday now, not wanting to get in the same issue as January. I have tried to be understanding and polite with each interaction. What really makes this bad, was that I called in and a woman had told me that my items had already been shipped, that someone had internally okayed me for free expedited 2 day air service, and that my products would arrive Monday or Tuesday. When I awoke this morning (Monday) to still see my order was "processing", I called, and a new woman on the other end, confirmed that this was in fact not the case, that there had never been a note in the file to do such a thing, and it hadn't been shipped. Essentially, I had been lied to. Adore Me charges your credit card, and then never sends you anything.
DO NOT BUY! Scamming their customers. You are automatically enrolled in a VIP membership when you buy anything from them and they will not refund your money unless it is within 30 days. No customer should be automatically enrolled in anything without authorization. They have billed be $39.95 for the past 3 months and will not refund anything older than 30 days. Customer service is nonexistent, sat on hold for 30 minutes to find this out and person I spoke to was very rude. Investigating with the BBB - very common issue with others it seems.
Extremely sketchy. They offer a Groupon only for new members because they know that these people won't be familiar with the scam they are running. You make your purchase and are forced to sign up for the membership, and it is unclear exactly what they mean by the membership.
What their membership entails is them charging your account monthly for the price of a set (they claim there are $10 sets and there are not) and they absolutely refuse to refund the money on these unless you immediately discover what they are up to.
In my case, my boyfriend made the purchase and so was unaware/didn't notice the charges for 3 months. I had called and unsubscribed from their "service" the DAY I made the order, and so should not have been up for multiple monthly charges. When I called I waited an hour before speaking to a representative, who informed me that they had no record of me unsubscribing, and also because I did not remember the name of the person who I spoke to in January (this is April) they did not believe I had actually unsubscribed and would not refund me the 100+ dollars that they have charged to my account.
Rather than refund me the money, she has suggested I simply purchase something and return it to get my money back, minus restocking. WHAT?
Both representatives were rude and unknowledgeable and the first time I called to cancel, the prices listed on the website were incorrect and inconsistent with advertised. She assured me they would be correct on my statement, but I don't like to "check out" with my card for 200+ more than the price is supposed to be, given their specials.
Will not purchase from them again, reported them to Groupon, and will continue to tell others, this is unacceptable.
Ordered item for xmas and needed a different size. Was told over the phone that it was out of stock (of course) and that they would get more in. Well its 4 months later and still don't have any but still promising to. They wait until they get enuf orders and then they order from manufacturer, but while we all wait they have our money. It will cost you 5.95 for restocking if you don't want something else (that they are probably out of stock on) from their inventory. Good way to run a company based on restocking fees!!! Never again!
I ordered a corset on March 28th. The website said it would be 3-5 days before i received it. i checked online April 8th and the statue is still processing. I also noticed i had a charge of 39.95 on my card from the website that was being issued back to me as a store credit. apparently if you choose the VIP order they take your information and charge you a monthly fee and credit it to your account. I called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. the woman seemed very nice and was helpful to have my monthly charge removed from my card, and informed me that the website was allowing people to order products that were out of stock. She offered to refund me and give me a store credit of $10.00 for my troubles. It seems to be an issue with management on allowing the website to be maintained in such a poor manner.
I got a Groupon from this site. After ordering they decided to start charging me for monthly fees!!! DONT EVER OVER FROM THEM! And!!! When you call there customer service, You will sit there for 45 min and not get a hold of anyone!! I have sent 4 emails, for no one to get back to me. Now I am disputing the charges and ordering a new debit card!

Stay away! I bought the Groupon, then used it to buy my items. When checking out, there are two options for payment:
1. "Pay as you go." (I read this as "make payments on your $39.95."
2. "Pay at once and get free VIP membership."
Okay, whatever. I paid at once. Then today I got an email saying, "If you don't choose to "skip" this month, your credit card will be charged $39.95 on April 6." That's two days away! Wondering why anyone would sign up for this, I went to their website, which says, basically, that every month you can receive a $39.95 store credit or choose to "skip" the month and not receive the credit.
So basically, each month I have the option to pay $40 for a $40 credit. And if I forget to "skip," I get charged anyway.
Adore me has the worst customer service. I am really disappointed and put off. I am also out of $40. Please note that if you use this website you are automatically charged for a VIP membership where your credit card will be charged $39.95 per month until you stop it. If you have to return something, they charge a restocking fee. If you request your money back and the amount was over 30 days ago you don't get a refund. They keep saying it is not their policy when you call. Look, I am now never buying from your website again and that is worse than you giving me my $39.95 back. I also am afraid to use my store credit in case they start charging my card automatically again. Isn't there some way to stop businesses from automatically signing you up for this type of thing at this point? I feel like reporting them to the better business bureau. As someone who was excited to find a website that offers lingerie sizes above DD, I also will mention that the bras are cheap and not supportive. To be fair, it's fun for play, but not for everyday. I do not recommend this company or website at all.
So UPSET!!! Adoreme is a scam!!! The sizes are way too small. I sent return back and it was rejected because I opened the box, which I had too to look at the item. They took my $ and the item back and wanted to charge me $8 just to get what I purchased back after the rejection. I wish there was more that I could do and at this point I am disgusted!!! To top it off, they said when I purchased the original item I signed up for VIP and charged my credit card $40.00 and when I called to complain I noticed it was store credit and eventually received it back. (Probably because I didn't authorize it) Adoreme is a black hole and I will NEVER do business with them again nor will I tell anyone about it. I will do what I can to stop them scamming more innocent persons and that is a promise!!!
I purchased a corset set back in January. The size is apparently wrong since a medium should have fit according to the website sizing and was way too small. I am a size 6 and should not have had any issue getting it on. Unfortunately, I tried to call many times during the inconvenient hours (I am at work during these hours). Every time I called, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and had to hang up. I finally succeeded today in getting through to someone via the phone and internet and they told me due to the return/exchange policy, I cannot exchange since it is over 30 days. Now I am out $39.99 and really, really frustrated!!!!!!
Their lingerie sizes are very inconsistent, resulting in many exchanges, which disqualifies from their headline deal of buy 5 get 1 free. But they don't tell you that up front.
Their customer service is the worst! They are hard to get a hold of and take forever to get back to you.
If you're looking for cheap lingerie, stick to Victoria Secret sales, they are way easier and have more options and better customer service.
AWFUL customer service and quality!!!! I had a Groupon which is the only reason I heard of them and I am having a very hard time receiving a refund for something I returned months ago. Their customer service reps do not know what they are talking about, keep giving me mixed responses and are rude. I paid more than what the Groupon was worth and only received one of my items and cannot seem to get my money refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
OH I am so disappointed in this company because they have nice products. However they charged me and never refunded my exchange. Now they refuse to send me back any emails. So basically they received my return and kept my money.
I sent an exchange back to the company about 3 months ago. It was right after Thanksgiving and now it's March 1st. I never received credit for my return. The set I returned was in brand new unused condition and was packaged for return exactly as the company requested. The exchange paper was filled out and placed in the box, all previous address labels were removed and the new address label provided by the company was securely taped to the box. The box was securely taped shut. I should say that the process required by the company to send back returns is extremely flawed and flimsy. I have never been a fan of the company's return instructions. There are too many opportunities for exactly this to happen.
About 2 months after I sent the package back, I emailed the company asking why I hadn't received a credit or a refund. I was only told that they would "watch for my return." It didn't seem as if anyone even looked into the problem. Subsequent emails to the company have gone ignored and unanswered. I am sorely disappointed because I like their products.
I also purchased a Groupon for this site and placed my order on Jan 2nd. By Jan. 12th, the order still showed as "processing" on their website. I tried calling - sat on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. Sent an email through customer service and got the following response: "Unfortunately, there will be a slight delay in the shipment of your package due to an unexpected high volume of orders. Your Brena set will simply be shipped out next week. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding." Fast forward to Jan. 22nd...the order still showed as "processing". Another email was responded to with: "Thank you for sending us this information regarding your recent Adore Me order. I am so sorry to hear that your order is still processing, this is completely unacceptable and I hope to get to the bottom of the issue as soon as possible. I will be starting an investigation with our warehouse directly and hopefully be able to get back to you with a confirmation of this information without further delay. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do for you at this time." January 28th...still the same. Email response this time was: "Thank you for seeking more information about your order. We just replenished our stock and hopefully we'll be able to send the package by the end of the week. Kindly note that due to a high volume of sales our warehouse has a slightly delay. However, we have more employees in the warehouse working overnight to ensure that all orders are processed as quickly as possible. We apologize once again for any inconvenience this may have caused you!" The next day, I was surprised to receive this email: "The warehouse has just confirmed the issue that occurred with your order and have actively been addressing possible solutions. Unfortunately, we experienced this issue due to our regular server updates that allow us to keep on top of the growing number of customers. This issue allowed you to place an order for the Brenna DD+ set even though it was already sold out in this size. I apologize for the inconvenience and I look forward to having a little talk with our developers because this type of issue is just not acceptable. Also, I am happy to provide you with this new voucher that will allow you to redeem the product of your choice from our website. Voucher code: **********. I will also be happy to credit your account with a $10 store credit in an effort to express our gratitude for your patience and understanding." So, I thought, you know - i understand they maybe had an increase in volume because of the Groupon special, and I really appreciated their offer of a "voucher" and a "store credit". But, get this: I place an order on Feb. 2nd, and checked status today. Surprise, surprise - "processing". I called, sat on hold for 24 minutes and then the line went dead. I have submitted an email, yet again, but this time requesting a refund to my credit card for any and all monthly "membership fees" they made me agree to just to place the damn order in the first place and any other charges to my credit card. I also let them know I was submitted reviews on websites like this and that I would be requesting a credit from Groupon due to AdoreMe's complete lack of professionalism and, what I perceive as, deceptive trade practice. I will post an update when (if) I hear back from "customer service".
Do not order from this company. Exceptionally BAD service from start to finish. I waited 24 minutes for someone to answer my call, and then when my call was answered, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude. When I purchased a Groupon for AdoreMe products, I was not aware that my credit card was going to be charged monthly or that I had to opt out of their flexible membership plan EVERY month in order to avoid my credit card being charged. The information is there on their website, but it's in fine print. I asked the woman to refund my credit card and she told me that I should've known in advance that my card was going to be charged. She also told me that I can opt out of their flexible monthly plan, but I've been through my account on their site and I don't see the link that she was talking about. When I asked her about it again, she told me she'd already given me that information and that I should've listened better. At that point, I was starting to get really ticked off. When I tried to ask another question, she cut me off before I'd finished talked. I asked my question again and then she started over-talking me. I am very surprised that AdoreMe would have someone so rude and argumentative answering their phones, especially when the customer has gone out of their way to remain polite. I have received confirmation thatmy membership had been cancelled and that my card will be refunded for February's recurring payment. Whether that actually happens remains to be seen, but they've made me angry enough that I will absolutely contest it if need be. I don't think I've ever hung up on anyone in customer service before, because I work in customer service, but today was a first for me. I hung up on her before she wasted any more of my time.
Worst service ever! Do not shop here. If you want to pay $40 for something you will NEVER receive go for it. Otherwise stay away!
I ordered my first item 4 weeks ago. When I checked to order status online it said processing. After contacting the company several times, I received the same excuse: We are experiencing an unusually high order but will ship your order next week. Week after week I got the same excuse. I am still waiting for my item. Ridiculous.
